Abstract

Abstrak: Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan aturan melalui Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 69 tahun 1999 dengan mewajibkan pelaku usaha untuk mencantumkan label pada kemasan produknya. Hal ini sering diabaikan termasuk pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) binaan dari Posyantek Al-Ikhlas. Mayoritas mitra binaannya bermasalah dalam pengemasan produk terutama belum adanya lebel pada kemasan untuk membungkus produk. Padahal mayoritas mitra binaan produksinya berupa makanan. Berdasarkan permasalah ini, maka tujuan dari adanya pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan (kualitas SDM) pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan labeling pada kemasan. Program kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan yaitu sosialisasi, persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan dan terciptanya labeling kemasan produk. Labeling kemasan yang tercipta belum dilengkapi dengan adanya legalitas halal dan ijin produksi, sehingga pada kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya perlu dilaksanakan pendampingan dalam pembuatan sertifikat halal dan ijin produksi bagi pelaku UMKM Bina Posyantek Al-Ikhlas. Abstract:   The government has issued a rule through Government Regulation No. 69 of 1999 by requiring businesses to include labels on the packaging of their products. This is often overlooked including small and medium-sized micro enterprises (MSMEs) assisted by Posyantek Al-Ikhlas. The majority of its partners have problems in product packaging, especially the lack of label on the packaging to wrap the product. Whereas the majority of its production partners are in the form of food. Based on this problem, the purpose of the implementation of devotion activities is to improve the knowledge and skills (quality of human resources) of MSMEs through labeling training on packaging. The training and mentoring program is carried out through four stages, namely socialization, preparation, implementation of activities, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The result of the implementation of this devotional activity is the improvement of knowledge and the creation of product packaging labeling. The packaging labeling that is created is not equipped with halal legality and production permits so that in the next service activities assistance is needed in making halal certificates and production permits for SMEs Bina Posyantek Al-Ikhlas.

Abstract

Abstrak: Jumlah Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Serang di Oktober Tahun 2020 ini menembus angka 25.000 mengalami peningkatan sebelumnya di awal tahun 2020 baru mencapai 16.000 UMKM. Gerakan Pemuda Ansor Propinsi Banten sebagai organisasi massa kepemudaan terbesar di Propinsi Banten menangkap potensi pemuda yang bergerak di bidang UMKM sangat tepat menajadi alternatif pemberdayaan ekonomi sekaligus Salah satu yang dilakukan oleh GP Ansor yaitu dengan menciptakan wirausaha muda melalui UMKM Ansor ritel. Melalui UMKM Ansor ritel diharapkan mampu membangun sebuah ekosistem bagi anggota Ansor khususnya kabupaten Serang. Namun di era digital ini, Ansor ritel membutuhkan keterampilan untuk menghadirkan produk yang menarik konsumen, dimana penjualan dilakukan secara offline dan online. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini antara lain meningkatkan skill SDM pelaku UMKM Ansor ritel cara membuat tampilan desain produk agar menarik minat konsumen dan meningkatkan skill SDM pelaku UMKM binaan Ansor ritel dalam Teknik memfoto produk dengan bantuan alat visual merchandising agar menarik minat konsumen. Hal ini yang melatarbelakangi pentingnya untuk dilakukan pendampingan dari pihak Perguruan Tinggi dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan dan pelatihan e-commerce visual merchandising. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu wirausaha muda UMKM Ansor ritel mampu menggunakan alat foto studio mini visual merchandising.Abstract: Number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Serang Regency in this October 2020 has broken through the 25,000 mark, it has increased previously, at the beginning of 2020, it had only reached 16,000 MSMEs. Banten Province Ansor Youth Movement as a youth mass organization largest in Banten Province captures the potential of youth engaged in the field of MSMEs are very appropriate to be an alternative to economic empowerment as well as Wrong One thing that GP Ansor does is by creating young entrepreneurs through retail Ansor SMEs. Through retail Ansor SMEs, it is hoped that they can build an ecosystem for Ansor members, especially Serang district. But in this digital era, retail Ansor needs skills to presenting products that attract consumers, where sales are made offline and online. The purpose of this activity is to improve the HR skills of retail Ansor MSME actors to make product design displays to attract consumers' interest and improve the HR skills of MSME actors assisted by retail Ansor in the technique of photographing products with the help of visual merchandising tools to attract consumer interest. This is why it is so important to do assistance from the Universities using the . method visual merchandising e-commerce mentoring and training. The result of this activity is that young entrepreneurs of retail Ansor SMEs are able to use mini visual merchandising photo studio tools.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 memperparah kerawanan pangan di pusat-pusat perkotaan karena terganggunya rantai pasokan pangan. Urban farming dinilai menjadi solusi yang baik untuk memperbaiki kondisi tersebut. Namun, terjadi kesenjangan keterlibatan wanita dalam kegiatan urban farming. Jadi, studi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan mekanisme psikologi keputusan partisipasi wanita untuk aktif dalam urban farming di Kampung Ramanuju Baru, Cilegon dengan Stimulus-Organism-Response. Studi ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif explanatory research dan analisis data dengan SEM PLS aplikasinya yaitu Warp PLS 7.0. Faktor sosial (stimulus) berhasil sebagai prediktor yang memberikan pengaruh kepada motivasi (organism). Selanjutnya, motivasi (organism) ini akan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan partisipasi (respon) wanita untuk aktif dalam urban farming di Kampung Ramanuju Baru, Cilegon.

Abstract

The number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Cilegon has decreased significantly from 2016 to 2019 amounting to 34,870. The micro and small businesses that are assisted by Posyantek Al-Ikhlas still have problems in developing their product management. On average, MSME actors do not yet master the knowledge of packaging. From these problems, it is necessary to enrich skills regarding packaging with methods training accompanied by mentoring. This training and mentoring program is expected to improve the skills of MSME players in packaging so that they can add value to products and can compete in modern markets. This program will be implemented in four stages including (1) socialization, (2) preparation, (3) implementation of activities, and (4) monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

There are currently eight digital platform partners for conducting online training. The digital platform partner of the Prakerja Card provides 1,338 types of training from business to personal development. Furthermore, there are still five digital platforms that submit proposals to be able to join as partners in the Prakerja Card Program and there are 362 new types of training proposed by partners. With the increasing number of choices for the type of training, the partner anda organizers need to evaluate the factors determining the decision to take part in online training for women who have Prakerja Cards in Banten Province. The research approach used is quantitative. The population of this research is women who have Prakerja Card in Banten Province. The number of respondents in the study was 150 obtained by purposive sampling method. SEM Warp PLS  application is used for statistical data computation. The results revealed that the factors that could influence the decision to participate in training for women who have Prakerja Card in Banten Province were cultural, social, personal, and technological factors.

Abstract

This study tries to explain the antecedents of task performance using Self Determination Theory from autonomy and relatedness elements that are often ignored in the work environment. The autonomy element is represented by work engagement and the relatedness element is represented by the coworker support. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of work engagement and coworker support on task performance. Thus, quantitative research methods were chosen because according with the research objectives. Yogyakarta Provincial Government employees who have worked for 2 years as many as 150 people are respondents in this study. The results of the study prove that work engagement and coworker support contribute to the improvement of employee task performance.

Abstract

Everyone has their own rights and obligations, especially in terms of education. This has already been stated in the contents of the 1945 Constitution article 31 paragraph 1 which states that every citizen has the right to receive education with the same treatment especially for the children with disabilities. The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of puzzle game in the learning process about solar system for children with disabilities. This research is included as research and development. The research design is quantitative and qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this research are including observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the use of puzzles has an effectiveness that affects the learning process of solar system material which is showed by the SPSS test. The SPSS test shows that each item in the questionnaire has a value of more than rtable with value of 0.6694.

Abstract

Abstrak: Fokus pendidikan Lembaga Tahfidz Qur`an (LTQ) berpusat pada ilmu moral dan agama sehingga belum membekali santrinya dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan wirausaha. Kondisi tersebut membuat santri tidak memiliki minat untuk berwirausaha dan memilih untuk mencari kerja setelah lulus dari LTQ. Kegiatan pengabdian melalui Pelatihan kewirausahaan yang diinisiasi oleh perguruan tinggi menjadi salah satu solusi untuk menumbuhkan minat wirausaha santri. Pelatihan kewirausahaan dengan mitra LTQ Utrujjah tujuannya yaitu untuk membangkitkan minat wirausaha peserta yang terdiri dari santri dan pengelola LTQ Utrujjah. Pelatihan kewirausahaan dilaksanakan dalam dua pertemuan secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting. Tahapan pelatihan kewirausahaan ini dimulai dengan perencanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, monitoring serta evaluasi kegiatan, dan pasca kegiatan pelatihan. Pelatihan kewirausahaan ini berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan dapat terlaksana dengan baik dalam dua pertemuan dan diikuti oleh dua puluh peserta. Peserta menunjukkan perasaan senang, perhatian, dan ketertarikan dengan materi mengenai kewirausahaan. Peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini terlihat memiliki minat untuk mencoba memulai usaha yang dibuktikan dengan tiga puluh lima peserta yang mampu menghasilkan ide bisnis yang dapat direalisasikan.  Abstract: The education focus of the Tahfidz Qur'an Institute (LTQ) is centered on moral and religious knowledge so that it has not equipped its students with entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. This condition makes the students have no interest in entrepreneurship and choose to find work after graduating from LTQ. Service activities through entrepreneurship training initiated by universities are one solution to foster student entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurship training with LTQ Utrujjah partners is aimed at generating entrepreneurial interest in participants consisting of students and managers of LTQ Utrujjah. Entrepreneurship training was held in two online meetings via Zoom Meeting. The stages of this entrepreneurship training begin with planning activities, implementing activities, monitoring and evaluating activities, and post-training activities. This entrepreneurship training based on observations made can be carried out well in two meetings and was attended by twenty participants. Participants showed feelings of pleasure, attention, and interest with the material regarding entrepreneurship. Participants after attending this training seemed to have an interest in trying to start a business as evidenced by thirty-five participants who were able to generate business ideas that could be realized.

Abstract

Bappebti mencatat bahwa jumlah investor crypto per akhir Februari 2022 mencapai 4,2 juta orang. Jumlah investor crypto bahkan mengalahkan jumlah investor saham. Meningkatnya jumlah investor juga selasaras dengan semakin mudah dan beragamnya aplikasi investasi crypto. Di Indonesia aplikasi investasi crypto sudah tersedia seperti Tokocrypto, Pintu, Indodax, Luno, Zipmex dan Ajaib. Bahkan baru-baru ini Ajaib mampu untuk mengontrak Idol K-Pop menjadi Brand Ambassadornya, tentunya hal ini dilakukan agar jumlah investor yang menggunakan aplikasi tersebut menjadi meningkat. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini, dimana peneliti ingin melihat apakah factor-faktor seperti perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan electronic word of mouth, mampu meningkatkan minat menggunakan aplikasi investasi crypto. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan alat analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SEM Warp PLS 8.0. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring. Responden yang mengisi kuesioner telah memiliki kriteria tertentu karena teknik sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 orang. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa electronic word of mouth, perspektif kemanfaatan (perceived usefulness) dan perspektif kemudahan kegunaan (perceived ease of use) berpengaruh terhadap minat. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memungkinkan akademisi, praktisi, serta lembaga-lembaga pemerintah, untuk merancang mekanisme yang dapat memfasilitasi keberhasilan layanan investasi crypto.

Abstract

Job readiness can be one of the characteristics that show the quality of a worker. Final-year undergraduate students need to prepare themselves to work, and new undergraduate students start from 18. They have entered early adulthood. The research objective was to determine whether there was an effect on undergraduate student self-confidence in the age group during the fourth semester of their lecture on their employability. This research is a survey type quantitative method, with primary data obtained through questionnaires. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of undergraduate students taking Personality Development courses in the semester. The number of respondents was 294 students. The results showed an effect of self-confidence on job readiness, amounting to 24.4%. As much as 75.6% of job readiness is influenced by other variables not studied. Educational institutions or practitioners involved in work preparation activities can prepare individual development plans through various programs starting with identifying each individual himself.
