Abstract

The study aims to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and motivation on performance in PT. Son of Tonga Tiur view Rembang. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. The first hypothesis with the value t count> t table (2.115> 2.000) with significance level 0.038 <0.05, means that there is significant influence of com- pensation (X1) to employee performance (Y). Testing the second hypothesis is the work environment variables (X2 ) to employee performance (Y) can know the results of the calculations whereas the t 3.818 2.000 t table at the 0.05 sig- nificance level (? = 0.05). Thus the significant effect of work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y). The third hypothesis tests the motivation variable (X3) on employee performance (Y) can be detected t count is greater than t 2.058 2.000 table, at the level of significance is 0.05 ( ? = 0.05), thus there is significant influence of motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y). Hypothesis test kempat com- pensation variable (X1) working environment (X2) and moti- vation (X3) jointly affect the performance of the employee (Y). Regression calculation is obtained f count> f table (12.765> 2.74) at 0.05 significance level> 0.00. Thus the three variables (X1, X2, X3) jointly have a significant influence on employee performance (as Y). Adjusted R2 value (coeffi- cient of determination) indicates the variable compensation, work environment and motivation can explain the influence of 32.3% on performance, while the rest equal to 67.7% ex- plained by other factors not included in this study.Keyword: compensation, work environment, motivation, per- formance

Abstract

The research aims to test the effect of managemet development, working environment, and communication to employee performance. This research uses the entire population of the SMP Negeri 2 Kaliori as many as 37 people. Results of reserach refer that the managemet development have an influence positive but not significant to employee performance, while the working environment and the communication have an influence positive significant to employee performance. In addition, the results also refer that managemet development, work environment and communication have an influence positive significant together to employee performance.Key word: Managemet development, working environment, communication, employeeperformance

Abstract

Penelitian Integrasi Gender Dalam Pengembangan Potensi Kemitraan  Yang  Berbasis  Kearifan  Lokal Masyarakat Pesisir Kabupaten Rembang, dilaksanakan di wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Rembang pada lima desa yaitu Desa Tasik Agung, Desa Punjulharjo, Desa Dasun, Desa Pandangan, Desa Bonang. Desa-desa tersebut berada disepanjang pantai utara namun ha tidak menjamin bahwa kualitas sumber daya tinggi, ini tampak pada rendahnya pendidikan ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Meski pendidikan perempuan di pesisir Kabupaten Rembang masih rendah, tetapi hal itu tidak menghalangi mereka untuk berperan aktif dalam wilayah publik. Jika kegiatan berdagang ikan di pasar, dikategorikan sebagai pekerjaan di luar rumah, maka, perempuan pesisir Kabupaten Rembang lebih dominan dibandingkan laki-laki, temasuk dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi rumah tangga.Masalah peran-peran perempuan seperti ini tidak dianggap sebagai yang utama. Kegiatan ekonomi perempuan dianggap sebagai pelengkap yang membantu pekerjaan laki-laki atau suami. Kegiatan ekonomi kenelayanan perempuan pesisir, terutama lembaga non-ekonomi terbukti sangat membantu pengembangan ekonomi mereka. Pengembangan lembaga ekonomi tersebut bisa dilakukan sejauh perempuan dilibatkan sebabagi subyek dalam pengembangan organisasi ekonomi. Keikutsertaan pemerintah, laki-laki dan pihak-pihak luar dalam pengembangan organisasi ekonomi perempuan, harus lebih dari sebagai ‘pelengkap’. Kata kunci: gender, masyarakat pesisir, pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

This research uses the entire population of the employee hygiene and sanitation installations RSUD  as many as 40 people. Results of reserach refer that the training and job environment have an influence positive significant to job effectiveness. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan pengaruh intellectual capital, komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Karya Mina Putra Rembang Divisi Kayu Rembang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data subyek. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer. Data diperoleh dari persepsi karyawan. Jumlah karyawan yang dikirim kuisoner dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 orang. Kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan dapat diolah berjumlah 150. Model analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, uji parsial dan uji determinasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial intellectual capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Karya Mina Putra Rembang Divisi Kayu Rembang. Secara keseluruhan, pengaruh intellectual capital, komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Karya Mina Putra Rembang Divisi Kayu Rembang adalah sebesar 48,9%, sedangkan sisanya 51,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar model penelitian.Kata kunci: Intellectual Capital, Komitmen Organisasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh Reputasi Auditor, Likuiditas, Umur Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Financial Leverage, dan Earning Per Share terhadap Initial Return. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan data perusahaan yang melakukan Initial Public Offering (IPO) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode tahun 2008-2012 dan diperoleh sebanyak 32 sampel perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Reputasi Auditor dan Likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Initial Return. Umur Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Initial Return. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Initial Return, Financial Leverage, dan Earning Per Share tidak berpengaruh terhadap Initial Return.Kata kunci: Initial Return, Reputasi Auditor, Likuiditas, Umur Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Financial Leverage,dan Earning Per Share.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan dividen terhadap set kesempatan investasi (2) mengetahui pengaruh keputusan pendanaan terhadap set kesempatan investasi (3) mengetahui pengaruh resiko sistematis terhadap set kesempatan investasi, dan (4) mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap set kesempatan investasi. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel keputusan pendanaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap MBVA, keputusan investasi dan keputusan pendanaan berpengaruh positif signifikan sedangkan kebijakan deviden berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan. Hasil pengujian determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemilikan manejerial, keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan deviden mampu menjelaskan variabel MBVA sebesar 46%, sedangkan 54% kemungkinan dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang belum masuk dalam model penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Dividen, Keputusan Pendanaan, Resiko Sistematis, Profitabilitas dan Set Kesempatan Investasi

Abstract

The research aims to test the effect of work stress on performance with social support as amoderating variable in the study Mover Team Empowerment and Family Welfare (TP PKK)Rembang. This research uses the entire population of the members of Team Empowerment andFamily Welfare Driving Rembang year period 2010 - 2015 as many as 58 people. The dataanalysis technique used is simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis(MRA). Results of research refer that the work stress have an influence negative not significantto performance TP PKK Rembang, while work stress have an influence positive sifnificant toperformance when moderated by social support.Keyword: work stress, social support, and performance
