Abstract

ABSTRAKPendapatan pengusaha UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) Kripik Pisang Ibu Siti dan Geblek Buk Tuminem mengalami penurunan semenjak pandemi covid-19. Selain itu juga adanya beberapa keterbatasan pada kedua UMKM tersebut pada proses penjualan antara lain, packaging produk masih sederhana dengan cara manual sehingga produk yang akan dipasarkan tidak tahan lama, belum memiliki label kemasan, dan pemasaran produk masih belum luas. Dari permasalahan mitra tersebut UMY melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang disinergikan melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) memiliki beberapa program kegiatan untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra. Program ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penjualan serta pemasaran Kripik Pisang Ibu Siti dan Geblek Ibu Tuminem ditengah pandemi covid-19. Kedua UMKM telah diberikan sosialisasi serta pelatihan menggunakan media sosial di era digitalisasi dan untuk membantu pemilik UMKM dalam mengatasi penurunan penjualan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Tim pengabdi telah membuatkan akun media sosial, dan juga telah membuatkan logo dan pamflet yang nantinya akan disebarkan melalui media sosial agar dapat meningkatkan hasil penjualan. Serta menciptakan packaging product yang menarik sehingga menambahkan daya tarik konsumen. Kata_kunci : optimalisasi; UMKM “Kripik Pisang” “Geblek”;  media  sosial; manajemen pemasaran. ABSTRACTEntrepreneurs of "kripik pisang" led by Mrs. Siti and "geblek" led by Mrs. Tuminem are facing big problems, especially in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. First, these Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (“MSMEs”) do not utilize the internet and social media networks to market their products. Second, they haven't packaging products that attract consumers' attention. Third, they do not manage their finances well. Therefore, they get a small income and even tend to decline. The UMY Community Service Team and KKN students have implemented programs and activities to empower these entrepreneurs. First, this team has socialized and taught how to create attractive accounts on the internet and social media to expand product marketing. Second, this team has helped the small entrepreneur to package and label innovative products. Third, this team helps the entrepreneur to properly manage the company's finances. This team hopes to realize the goal, namely that small entrepreneurs can expand product marketing and increase consumers. Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan dari mitra pengabdi kami adalah usaha mengembangkan skala ekonomi dengan industri kerajinan anyaman palitan di Dusun Nglengkong, Desa Giripurwo, Kabupaten Kulonprogo, yang masih mengalami berbagai kendala. Diantaranya, banyak penduduk Dusun Nglengkong yang bekerja di Industri kerajianan namun belum memiliki organisasi (lembaga) bagi buruh kerajinan. Kemudian alat dan cara pembuatannya masih kerajinan manual dan tradisional. Pemasaran masih melalui pengumpul/koordinator, sehingga daya tawar rendah. Dari permasalahan mitra tersebut UMY melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, disinergikan melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang bertujuan untuk memotivasi masyarakat pengrajin serta meningkatkan kualitas dan standar produk dengan menambah jenis produk kerajiannnya. Metode yang dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang melibatkan sepuluh orang mahasiswa KKN dan tiga orang tim pengabdi. Hasil kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang diikuti sekitar 22 pengarajian anyaman mulai terinisiasi untuk membentuk wadah organisasi yang struktur organisasinya merupakan bagian para pengrajin yang ada di Dusun Ngelengkong, menambah wawasan para pengrajin anyaman Dusun Nglengkong yang awalnya tidak semuanya mengetahui cara pembuatan anyaman palitan begitu pula dengan anyaman yang menggunakan senar, serta kegiatan ini membantu produsen memasarkan produk mereka melalui sosial media yang dapat diakses secara online. Kata Kunci : industri kerajinan; penguatan; sosialisasi; pemasaran; produk unggulan desa ABSTRACTThe issue for our service partners is the effort to build economies of scale in Nglengkong Hamlet, Giripurwo Village, Kulonprogo Regency with the Palitan woven handicraft industry, which is still experiencing various obstacles. Among them, many Nglengkong Hamlet residents work in the handicraft industry but do not yet have a handicraft workers’ association (institution). The methods and production processes are still manual and traditional crafts. Marketing is still through collectors / coordinators, so there is little bargaining power. UMY, through community service programs, is synergized from the partner issues through the Community Service Program, which seeks to inspire the community of craftsmen and increase the quality and standard of products by increasing the types of craft products. The strategy used consists of socialization and instruction involving ten students from the Community Service Program and three service teams. The results of the activity included socialization and training which was attended by around 22 weaving craftsmen who began to be initiated to form an organizational forum whose organizational structure is part of the craftsmen in Ngelengkong Hamlet, adding to the insight of the Nglengkong Hamlet weaving craftsmen who initially did not all know how to make palitan weaving as well as woven using strings, as well as this activity to help producers market their products through social media that can be accessed online. Keywords : craft industry; strengthening; socialization; marketing; superior product of the village

Abstract

National development is a concept, where the government will strive to achieve the welfare of society evenly and thoroughly. Through BUMDES (Village-Owned Enterprises) the national development plan can be realized if there is an active role of the village government and the community. This study aims to determine the governance and contribution of the existence of BUMDes Tridadi Makmur to improving the socio-economic welfare of the people of Tridadi Village, Sleman Jogyakarta District.This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, data collection using online media. The research result shows that 1). The management governance of BUMDes Tridadi Makmur, seen from the BUMDes organizational structure, has met the basic needs of the organization, with reference to the duties and functions and authorities that are adjusted to the conditions of the BUMDes development, 2). The existence of BUMDes has a social contribution, namely Tridadi Village has turned into a village as a tourist destination such as the Puri Mataram tourist vehicle and has been awarded an award by the Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration at the "2019 Archipelago Tourism Village with Advanced Category" event. Besides that, it has also contributed to absorbing the workforce, amounting to 135 people with the majority of Tridari Village residents and economically contributing to improving the welfare of the community

Abstract

This study is based on the events of acts of terrorism and the finding of radicalization efforts in Indonesia. This situation requires a response from many parties, including civil society, that is more participatory in supporting deradicalization efforts. This study aims to analyze the role of social media in influencing the narrative and interest of community collectivities in the deradicalization movement in Indonesia. The method used is quantitative discourse analysis. The data source is social media Twitter, with analysis tools using Nvivo 12 Plus. The study findings explain that Twitter social media can be an alternative in forming participatory, educative, and preventive narratives against deradicalization efforts in Indonesia. The use of social media Twitter can also influence the community's collective interest to get involved in opposing radicalism, whether online or in public space. The results of this research is that deradicalization efforts can also be carried out by utilizing social media, especially by maximizing hashtag and meme features. This finding is an essential argument that deradicalization efforts cannot be carried out with the same approach as shown by radicalism, in that deradicalization is not carried out with arrogance or violence but with a more educative participatory approach. This approach maximizes the potential of social media, which has proven to be more accommodating to reaching the wider community and is more participatory. The substance of this study is seen as a recommendation for maximizing the deradicalization movement in countering radicalism in Indonesia. The limitations of this study are in the research method, which only analyzes specific data sources, so further research is needed that can utilize data sources, especially in exploring data sources from other social media platforms.

Abstract

Organisasi sosial Keluarga Jujur Bahagia (KJB) yang berada di Kelurahan Prenggan, Yogyakarta, merupakan organisasi yang kegiatan rutinnya mengajarkan nilai-nilai kejujuran dan disiplin di PAUD maupun pengajian. Namun semenjak Pandemi Covid-19 telah memaksa organisasi sosial KJB untuk vakum dalam kegiatan PAUD dan pengajian karena adanya pelarangan untuk berkerumunan, sehingga kurang optimalnya kegiatan yang dilakukan serta semakin berkurangnya relawan KJB di masa pandemi. Disamping itu juga organisasi KJB memiliki beberapa keterbatasan antara lain, belum adanya pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan di massa pandemi covid-19 serta belum adanya perubahan metode atau model dari kegiatan yang dilakukan di massa pandemi covid-19. Dari permasalahan mitra tersebut UMY melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang disinergikan melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) memiliki beberapa program kegiatan untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra. Program ini ditujukan untuk mengubah metode pembelajaran yang di sesuaikan dengan situasi covid-19 saat ini. Pengurus KJB Kelurahan Prenggan dalam hal ini telah diberikan sosialisasi serta pelatihan dalam penggunaan aplikasi Video Conference untuk membangkitkan kegiatan yang vakum dampak dari kebijakan pelarangan berkerumun, Adanya penyuluhan parenting untuk menyadarkan dan mengajarkan para orang tua tentang pentingkan kejujuran dan kedisiplinan pada pendidikan anak usia dini, serta pengajian online.

Abstract

The technical viewpoint recognises the critical role of information and communication technology as a driving force in our time. The importance of public policy management in the environment of public service institutions and regional commands is investigated from the standpoint of public administration and the use of social media. Academics need to map out ideas about how social media and government interact. This research aims to see the important themes or issues raised by scholars in social media and their government articles. What are the comprehensive factors that influence the use of social media in government circles? The research method used was a literature review on social media and government by reviewing journal articles on social media and government published in Scopus as data-based and processed using the NVivo 12 Plus analysis tool. The results of this study reveal five significant problems between social media and the government. These problems include digital difficulties, policies, information, communication, and politics. This research also gave birth to social media and government, which must take the form of digital activism; secondly, access to information disseminated by the government through social media; and third, administrative communication, which looks at how ideas are offered via social media to the government. Fourth, to achieve social media and government goals, it is necessary to demonstrate ethical and political behaviour, formulate policies following those goals, and then evaluate those policies through the implementation of rules or laws.

Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi informasi pada era sekarang sangatlah pesat sehingga dikala pandemic seperti ini pemerintah memanfaatkan media sosial dalam penyebaran informasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplor sejauh mana penyebaran informasi pemulihan perekonomian di Indonesia selama pandemi Covid-19 melalui akun twitter @PerekonomianRI. Kemudian, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif eksploratif dengan bantuan aplikasi NVIVO 12 plus sebagai alat untuk menganalisa penyebaran informasi pemulihan perekonomian di Twitter. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa akun media sosial Twitter @PerekonomianRI telah menyebarluaskan informasi secara massif tentang pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia. Beragam hashtag turut andil dalam meningkatkan penyebaran informasi pemulihan ekonomi serta adanya akun media sosial Twitter lainnya yang mention tweet terkait pemulihan ekonomi Penggunaan media sosial sangat penting di era sekarang dalam penelitian ini dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa dalam penyebaran tweet oleh Kemenko RI melalui akun media sosialnya mengenai pemulihan ekonomi di Indonesia, pada tahun 2020 Kemenko Prekonomian RI memiliki antusias yang tinggi dalam penyebaran informasi melalui akun media sosial twitternya, @PrekonomianRI tentang pemulihan ekonomi di Indonesia dengan persentasi 44,50% hal ini menandakan kementrian Kemenko Prekonomian RI pada tahun 2020 pada awal Covid-19 sangat fokus agar prekonomian nasional tidak menurun sehingga banya melakukan penyebaran informasi tentang pemulihan ekonomi dengan hashtag paling banya yang di siarkan pada kanal media sosial twitter yakni #untukekonomiindonesia. Kemntrian Kordinator Perekonomian RI juga mejalain Kerjasama dengan beberapa kementrian yang ada, dan juga media-media yang ada di Indonesia

Abstract

"Peyek Initomas," as a micro, small and medium enterprise (UMKM) in Kluwih Sub-Village, has decreased its income since the spread of the COVID19 pandemic. In addition, the small business also packs products that are too simple so that they are less attractive to consumers. Furthermore, the small business does not yet have a wide marketing and packaging label. UMY staff have several program activities to handle the difficulties in partnership with Student Real Work Lectures (KKN). First, the team socialized and trained small business owners to use social media for marketing their products. Second, the team assisted the small businessman in creating location points on Google Maps so that buyers, especially those outside the area, could easily find them. Third, the team assists the business owner in creating a "market place," including Instagram, Shopee, and the Balecatur Website to market their various products
