Abstract

ABSTRAKPerubahan landscape perekonomian global telah bergeser kearah teknologi digital. Oleh karena itu, dukungan atas gerakan nasional “Bangga Buatan Indonesia” dan “Gerakan Bangga Berwisata Indonesia” menuntut Kominfo bersama – sama penyelenggara platform perdagangan digital berupaya mendorong  wilayah – wilayah komersial, yaitu: desa - desa atau kelurahan yang masih alpa dari 4 G coverage signal memaksimalkan peluang dari teknologi digital melalui massive infrastructure deployment untuk Information and Communication Technology (ICT) diseluruh wilayah dan destinasi penting di Indonesia dari tahun 2021 sampai 2022 serta program pendampingan bagi UMKM dan UMi, POKDARWIS, serta DESWITA. Branjang salah satu Desa di wilayah Kabupaten Semarang sarat akan potensi wisata. Keindahan pemandangan sawah berundak/ terasering merupakan kekayaan alam yang dapat diolah menjadi produk bernilai jual. Selain itu, keberagaman budaya yang dimilikinya juga berpeluang menjadi potensi unggulan. Itulah sebabnya, dalam rangka mengangkat sejumlah potensi yang dimilikinya sebagai Rintisan Desa Wisata diperlukan upaya promosi sehingga keberadaannya dapat terekspos oleh calon wisatawan. Sementara itu, keberadaan Deswita yang tak terpisahkan oleh kehadiran UMKM sebagai penggerak kemajuan daerah wisata dan sekitarnya membuat keduanya harus jeli melihat prospek dari perubahan pada landscape perekonomian saat ini. Oleh karenanya, Tim Pengabdian STIEPARI Semarang mengadakan program pendampingan untuk mendukung percepatan digitalisasi DESWITA dan UMKM. Kata Kunci: deswita branjang; UMKM; digital marketing; pendampingan digital marketing  ABSTRACTThe changing landscape of the global economy has shifted towards digital technology. Therefore, the support for the national movement "Proud of Made in Indonesia" and "Proud Indonesian Traveling Movement” requires Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (KOMINFO)  together with digital trading platform providers seek to encourage commercial areas, namely: villages or sub-districts which is still unreachable by 4 G signal coverage, to enlarge opportunities from digital technology through massive infrastructure deployment for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in all important regions and destinations in Indonesia from 2021 to 2022 as well as mentoring programs for MSMEs and UMi, POKDARWIS, and DESWITA. Branjang, one of the villages in the Semarang Regency area, is full of tourism potential. The beauty of the scenery of terraced rice fields is a natural wealth that can be processed into selling value products. In addition, its cultural diversity also has the opportunity to become superior potential. That is why, in order to raise  a number of potentials it has as a Tourism Village Pioneer, promotion efforts are needed so that its existence can be exposed by potential tourists. Meanwhile, the existence of Tourism Village (DESWITA), which is inseparable from the presence of MSMEs as a driving force for the progress of tourist areas and their surroundings, makes both of them have to be observant in seeing the prospects of changes in the current economic landscape. Therefore, the STIEPARI Semarang Service Team held a mentoring program to support the acceleration of the digitization of Tourism Village (DESWITA) and MSMEs. Keywords: branjang village, MSMEs; digital marketing; digital marketing assistance

Abstract

There are still employee complaints that the compensation is not consistent with the concept of justice, the existing facilities at the research site are insufficient to perform community service duties, the facilities that require quantity and quality improvements. This study aims to prove the effect of compensation, facilities, and work environment on the job satisfaction of environmental employees in Kendal Regency. This study design is a descriptive study employed by quantitative analysis using SPSS version 17.0 for the Windows application. This study investigates the relationships between three independent effects — compensation (X1), facilities (X2), and work environment (X3) — and one dependent variable — job satisfaction (Y) with Approximately 114 Kendal Regency Environmental employees asministrated by the questionnaire to the respondents. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation, facilities, and work environment on the job satisfaction of Kendal Regency Environmental employees. The work environment is the variable that most dominantly influences the increase in job satisfaction of Kendal Regency Environmental employees because it has the highest beta value.

Abstract

This research was conducted to be able to find out the influence of competency and motivation variables on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. And it can also be known which variables have the highest influence on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, using statistical methods using questionnaires given to respondents. Respondents will answer by choosing numbers from existing statements about the influence of Competence and Motivation on the Performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. This research uses the study of library methods, questionnaire methods which are then processed with SPSS for windows 25.0. The sample of respondents in the study was 78 people. From the results of research both variables can be known motivation is shown as a variable that has the highest influence on employee performance in RSUD. Sultan Fatah with more value of 0.511 to employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh situs web E-commerce dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada distribusi pakaian di Yogyakarta. Menganalisis secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara situs web E-commerce terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk dengan kepuasan pelanggan dan secara bersamaan menganalisis situs web E-commerce dan kualitas produk bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berisi analisis deskriptif item distributif dari masing-masing variabel, sedangkan analisis uji berganda digunakan untuk melihat efek keseluruhan dari variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dalam distribusi pakaian konsumen di Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada sampling kemudahan atau kenyamanan. Dari hasil analisis dan kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel website secara simultan E-commerce dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel situs web E-commerce terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Variabel kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Peningkatan layanan situs web E-commerce dan kualitas produk harus dilanjutkan dan ditingkatkan oleh distribusi pakaian di Yogyakarta untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen.

Abstract

This research is a type of field research, where the author goes directly to the field in processed tempeh SMEs in Tempe Processed Village, Sampangan Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang City. The study used data analysis techniques, namely qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. In analyzing the data, the researcher conducted observations, interviews, and documentation to obtain the required data. The results showed that to survive the COVID-19 pandemic, the efforts made were marketing through social media, promotion through social media and maintaining the quality of products and services from Tempe Processed SMEs.

Abstract

Desa Branjang memiliki kekayaan alam yang bagus untuk sektor pertanian, khususnya sektor padi, palawija dan buah Kondisi masyarakat Desa Branjang saat ini merupakan masyarakat heterogen dimana mata pencaharian masyarakat Desa Branjang sebagian besar adalah petani, peternak dan pedagang hingga kini. Desa Branjang telah ditetapkan sebagai rintisan desa wisata oleh Bupati Ungaran karena potensinya sebagai daya tarik wisata dinilai dapat memberdayakan masyarakat dan meningkatkan pendapatan sehingga tercapai kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat Desa Branjang. Salah satu pendukung kegiatan event gelar budaya adalah gelar produk UMKM dari pelaku usaha di desa Branjang. Panitia event menyediakan 10 stand yang diberikan kepada pelaku usaha dengan sistim sewa stand. Semua produk UMKM yang dipasarkan di stand dikelola oleh BUMDes UNTUNG MAKMUR

Abstract

Jembrak In this era of globalization, service is the main key in building positive relationships between service providers and consumers. One of the critical aspects in providing services is attitude or Service Attitude, namely the attitude shown by individuals or organizations in providing services to the community. Service Attitude is not just about providing services, but also creating positive experiences and added value for the communities served. In this context, research and in-depth understanding of Service Attitude becomes very important. Ethics is a branch of philosophy that considers concepts such as morality, values, and human actions. This includes consideration of what is right and wrong, both in relationships between individuals and in social and professional contexts, improving Human Resources (HR) for employees at Kotta Hotel Semarang.
