Abstract

This study aims to answer questions in the formulation of the problem which include: (1) how are the learning outcomes of Aqidah Akhlak at MTs Besilam Babussalam School? (2) How is the ethics of Muslimah dress outside the school for the students of MTs Besilam Babussalam? (3) How is the effect of Aqidah Akhlaq learning outcomes on Muslimah Dress Ethics outside of school for Class VIII students of MTs Besilam Babussalam? The type of research that is used is the study of quantitative by using analysis of statistical product moment . To answer the formulation of the problem first and second researcher using a formula percentage, to research that to three researchers using the formula product moment . Meanwhile, for data collection using questionnaires, documentation and interviews. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 22 students from 80 total students. From this study, it can be seen that the ethical problem of dressing outside of school with the product moment formula , (1) learning outcomes of moral aqidah in Class VIII students of MTs Besilam Babussalam are classified as very good with 80% results from the range of 76% - 100%. (2) the ethics of Muslimah dress outside of school Class VIII students of MTs Besilam Babussalam are classified as quite good with results of 50% from the range of 26% - 50%. (3) Results Learning Aqeedah Morals memimliki influence on Ethics Dressed Muslimah in Outside School Students Class VIII MTs Besilam Babussalam. This was proved by Ha accepted and H0 is rejected with t arithmetic amounting from t table ie, Thitung > Ttabel = 7.3935> 2.07387.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi berupa rendahnya kualitas guru, faktanya dari hasill Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG) Tahun 2015, rata – rata nasional hanya 44,5 jauh dibawah nilai standart yaitu 75. Terutama pada kompetensi pedagogik yang dimiliki guru baik dari cara mengajar yang masih kurang baik ataupun membosankan. Populasi 24 orang guru dan mengambil sampling total (100%) berjumlah 24 orang guru. Metode pengumpulan data dengan mengguakan instrumen angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh terhadap terhadap tingkat intelektual siswa di MTs Al – Mu’min Langkat. Kompetensi pedagogic yang sejatinya merupakan unsur terpenting yang wajib dimiliki dan dikuasai oleh guru terhadap tingkat intelektual siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan banyak uji asumsi yang lolos setelah dilakukan dan yang terakhir regresi linier sederhana dengan signifikansi 0,047 < 0,05 dan uji t dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 9.972 > t tabel 0. 00166, yang keduanya memiliki kesimpulan yang sama yakni variabel X yakni Kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y yakni Tingkat Intelektual siswa. Berdasarkkan hasil Tes IQ yang dilakukan kepada beberapa siswa MTs Al –Mu’min Dogang. Diketahui bahwa para siswa memiliki IQ yang cukup baik meskipun 1 diantaranya memiliki IQ yang rendah.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low grades of students so that there is a need to increase learning outcomes. Data analysis used in this research is test and non-test. Based on the results of this study, the inquiry learning model in improving student learning outcomes was classified as good with the results of the recapitulation research. The average score of students in cycle I was 59% and cycle II was 100%, while the PKK score of students after applying the jigsaw learning model was 75%, increasing to 88. %. Thus it can be concluded that the inquiry learning model in improving student learning outcomes in science subjects is quite good. As the end of this study concluded that the inquiry learning model is very well used in an effort to improve students' critical thinking skills because the inquiry learning model involves all students so that students become active.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify how to improve higher order thinking skills (HOTS) in MTs students MTs. Swasta Al-Ikhlas Pangkalan Susu. This study uses a classroom action research method that uses several cycles that aim to improve higher order thinking skills (HOTS). Each cycle carried out 4 stages, planning, action, observation, reflection. In first cycle , the learning outcomes of class VIII MTs Al-Ikhlas Pangkalan Susu are still low, from 26 students, 20 students complete or 76.9%, while 6 students or 23.1% have not achieved complete learning with an average score 73. In the second cycle after making improvements in the first cycle, it can be seen that the learning outcomes of class VIII students at MTs Swasta Al-Ikhlas Pangkalan Susu have reached minimum completeness (KKM 70) with an average value of 76. From the results of research conducted by researchers, using the Andragogy Method in the learning process can improve students' higher order thinking skills (HOTS). This can be seen from the improvement indicators from the results of the research first cycle to second cyclecontinue to increase. There was an increase in student learning outcomes, which was originally the average score in the first cycle test of 73 and the second cycle of 76 increased by a difference of 3. This indicates that student learning outcomes are increasing and are included in the very high category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Inovasi Kepala Sekolah Dalam Pembinaan Karakter Religius Siswa Menuju Madrasah Juara di MTS Madinatul Ilmi Desa Lubuk Kertang. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuatititatif dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa pelaksanaan kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah MTS Madinatul Ilmi diwujudkan dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum, pengajaran, kesiswaan, guru dan tenaga administrasi, sarana dan prasarana, serta hubungan dengan orang tua murid dan masyarakat sekitar, cenderung dilakukan Kepala Sekolah dengan menerapkan sistem kepemimpinan demogratif. Pelaksanaan Inovasi Kepala MTs Madinatul Ilmi Dalam Pembinaan Karakter Religius Siswa Menuju Madrasah Juara adalah dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah meningkatkan sistem pengajaran, membuka dialog, memberikan penghargaan, melengkapi sarana prasarana dan fasilitas serta motivasi mengajar guru dan memonitoring siswa didalam dan diluar kelas. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasinya adalah meningkatkan sistem pengajaran, membuka dialog, memberikan penghargaan, melengkapi sarana prasarana dan fasilitas serta motivasi mengajar guru dan memonitoring siswa didalam dan diluar kelas.
