Abstract

The rapid growth of data accumulation has created the conditions for data-rich but information poor. Data mining is the mining m or discovery of new information by looking for certain patterns or rules of a number of large amounts of data are expected to treat the condition. By utilizing the data of prospective students and student data, is expected to yield information about the resources used by the candidate that can be used by management in making efforts associated with an increase in the number of students by choosing the appropriate media campaign through data mining techniques.The algorithm used is the a priori algorithm, the information displayed in the form of support and confidence value of each pattern is formed. Of tests on the data of prospective students and student data with the model Association rules generated some rules with a maximum value of confidence level of 81.1% for resources from newspapers and media level maximum value of 77.8% confidence sebesarb to resources through the media brosur.Saatini right promotional media for use by TIMP emasaran in recruiting new students are media newspapers and brochures with not ignore other promotional media. Keywords: data mining, Association rules, a priori algorithm, confidence, support

Abstract

System information (SI) has been very instrumental in improving competitive advantage (Competitive Advantage), to create value for the organization. not least in informatics and Business Darmajaya (IBI), a Higher Education Institution that made the Academic Information System (AIS) to support his efforts. To achieve this requires a development of the Academic Information System (AIS) are structured. Academic information systems that exist today with the new integrated financial information system and have not been able to meet all the needs of the academic information required by internal users and external users. Therefore, analysis of the needs of academic information systems is necessary in IBI darmajaya, where the activities of academic services is the responsibility of the work of a firm called BAAK (Bureau of Academic Administration and kemahasiswaaan) and academic information system development is the responsibility of a unit of the Unit Executive technical Computer Center (UPT Puskom). Abstract

Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) merupakan salah satu program pemerintah di bidang sosia ekonomi untuk mempercepat penanggulangan kemiskinan nasional. Salah satu pelaksana kebijakan program tersebut adalah pemerintahan desa, peran pemerintah desa dalam hal ini yaitu melakukan pemutakhiran dan penyeleksian data penerima bantuan melalui musyawarah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam penentuan penerima bantuan adalah proses pemutakhiran dan penyeleksian yang kurang efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan adanya alat bantu berupa sistem dengan metode yang tepat dalam menentukan penerima bantuan dan menghasilka ranking dari hasil perhitungan bobot tiap kriteria. Metode perhitungan yang digunakan ialah Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sering juga dikenal dengan istilah metode penjumlahan terbobot. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan sensus. Sedangkan metode dan alat pengembangan siste menggunakan metode terstruktur seperti Flowchart Document, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Flowchart Program, Entity Relationship Diargram (ERD) dengan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 didukung dengan OsenXP Suite 2006, Crystal Report 8.5 dan MySQL untuk basis datanya.Hasil yang diperoleh dari sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan penerima bantuan KKS yang menghasilkan data ranking masyarakat yang layak mendapatkan bantuan, sesuai dengan kondisi penentuan pada Desa Pujorahayu. Data rangking tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatifpilihan untuk mengambil keputusan dalam musyawarah.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS), Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).

Abstract

By leveraging master data and data graduation student, is expected to yield information about the graduation rate of students with master data through data mining techniques. Categories graduation rate is measured from the time of study and GPA. Abstract

Public Universitiesand Private Universities are recently contesting each other to improve their qualities and facilities in order to attract new students to come in. The high quality and the number of facilities belonging to universities are not a guarantee to get prospective students as they are targeting. This phenomenon occurs due to many factors. One of the factors causing the matter is that the way in delivering information to the prospective students and their parents is not right and not compatible with their needs so that the prospective students and their parents do not know the quality, the educational programs, the facilities, and another information which belong to the universities. It also occurs in IBI Darmajaya, one of the top private universities in Lampung. According to the obtaineddata of this research, the number of the new students who joinedgenerally decline compared with the previous year; while, the number of students who did not finish theirstudy was high enough. One of the solutions to overcome these problems was by providing information through the exact media which provided the needs of the prospective students and their parents. By using this way, it was expected to convince the prospective students to join and to finish their study.In order to provide the information which was compatible with the needs of the prospective students and their parents, the E-CRM system equipped by the data mining was developed. The database which was provided in IBI Darmajaya was processed by the data mining in order to be used as an input for the E-CRM system. This system providedthe information for the relevant unit about what the informational media which had to be used were and what information which should be given to the prospective students and their parents was. To find out the successfulness of the implementation of this system, the Critical Success Factor (CSF) was carried out. Abstract

                ISO 9001:2008 merupakan sertifikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk kelancaran proses impor barang. Pada divisi IT, sertifikasi ini berkaitan dengan laporan QMS Plan dan Analisis Data.Sistem informasi pengolahan data barang untuk sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008 pada PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk ini merupakan sistem yang dibuat untuk mengolah data barang dengan lebih rapih dan terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem ini adalah metodologi terstruktur dengan model SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Aplikasi sistem informasi pengolahan data barang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan berbagai macam pengolahan data, mulai dari  input data, pengecekan data, sampai dengan pembentukan laporan. Di dalam laporan QMS Plan dan Analisis Data ini terdapat hasil pantauan untuk semua aktifitas kerja, mulai dari tipe pekerjaan, parameter untuk setiap tipe pekerjaan, sampai dengan target pencapaiannya. Aplikasi dibuat dengan software Java Netbeans versi 7.0 dan Database AppServ 2.5. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini, diharapkan proses pengolahan data barang dapat berjalan dengan lancar, cepat, dan terperinci.

Abstract

Crime is indeed a common problem that often occurs in everyday life anywhere, including in the city of Bandar Lampung. Various acts of crime occurr in the city of Bandar Lampung with the time and place as well as the types of  events that vary, it is difficult for the people to get information on the location of crime-prone areas and safe areas. As a solution to the problem, the Geographic Information (GIS) is needed. GIS is one specific information system used to process data containing spatial information. GIS is also commonly  combined with clustering method. Clustering is a method for grouping data. One method in clustering is the K-Means method. K-Means is part of a non-hierarchical cluster analysis that attempts to partition data into several clusters or groups. The results of clustering using K-Means produced 3 sets of the cluster. From the results of clustering 7 crimes that were obtained show that there were 3 Districts included in the cluster (C1) were quite vulnerable, namely the Districts of Kedaton, Rajabasa and East Teluk Betung. In cluster (C2) there were 8 vulnerable Districts namely Bumi Waras District, Enggal, Kemiling Panjang, East Tanjung Karang, Tanjung Senang, West Teluk Betung and South Teluk Betung. Whereas cluster (C3) was very vulnerable there were 9 Subdistricts namely the District of Kedamaian, Labuhan Ratu, Langkapura, Sukabumi, Sukarame, West Tanjung Karang, Tanjung Karang Pusat, North Teluk Betung and Wayhalim. GIS obtained from combining all spatial data based on the results of clustering can recommend the authorities to take action follow up areas that have high crime intensity, assist in making reports the authorities and the website will inform the public in the City of Bandar Lampung, where the locations of crime-prone areas and locations are safe.

Abstract

Abstract The work in handling drug requests is carried out routinely and repeatedly. Business Intelligence (BI) is able to help the healthcare industry improve service quality, reduce costs, and manage risk. To maximize performance and effectiveness in the medical and health fields, one of them is that the data must be managed properly into information. The medical process which is a health service practice, although this is not the only activity in the pharmacy warehouse, but in the end this activity is more likely to have an indirect impact on medical and business activities. Business Intelligence (BI) will be used for processing, analyzing and distributing data at PT Pentavalent's pharmaceutical warehouse activities, especially the drug request process. In this study, we will try to analyze drug demand transaction data at PT Pentavalent using the Naive Bayes Algorithm and RapidMiner tools which later the results of the data analysis will be used as a decision supporter for PT Pentavalent in providing medicines according to the pharmacy's request. The Naive Bayes Algorithm method is able to provide good results and can be used for data processing grouping and prediction of the need for more precise and accurate amounts and types of drugs, as a reference for decision support in providing and distributing medicines according to pharmacy requests. The accuracy value is based on the level of closeness between the predicted value and the actual value of 15.62%. Keywords— PT Pentavalent, Business Intelegent, OLAP,  Algoritma NaiveBayes

Abstract

Dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintaahan yang berbasis e-govertment, pengelolaan kependudukan  yang  baik  sangat  dibutuhkan  untuk  dapat  memberikan    pelayanan  kepada pihak-pihak terkait dan untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu diperlukan perangkat lunak yang mampu menangani pengelolalan layanan pendudukan secara baik. Adapun metode dan tools yang digunakan dalam penelitian  ini adalah Metode Structured Systems Analysis and Design( SSAD), flowchat dokumen, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), ERD dan flowchart program. Sistem ini berjalan pada internet sehingga dapat diakses oleh warga desa Bangun Rejo dimana dan kapan saja. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan database MySQL.Sehingga dengan adanya sistem informasi kependudukan berbasis E government ini memudahkan warga dan petugas dalam mengolah data kependudukan. Kata Kunci : Layanan, kependudukan, E-Government, Desa
