This systematic review is based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyzes (PRISMA). The databases used in this study include Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed, and Pro Quest, limited to publications from 2016 to 2020 and full-text articles. The keywords used are "healthcare" AND "Resilience" AND "job performance" OR "work performance". This systematic review uses 12 articles that fit the inclusion criteria. This systematic review proves the role of resilience in improving the job performance of healthcare. There are eleven out of twelve studies that prove that resilience directly has a positive and significant correlation to the performance. In addition to playing a direct role, resilience also acts as a mediator both in full and in part between other independent variables with performance. Further research can be done in the form of developing resilience-based performance models as an effort to increase the productivity of nurses in Indonesia

Abstract

ABSTRACTPhysical health problems that are often experienced by the elderly both in the community and in nursing homes are health problems related to chronic diseases and degenerative diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, stroke, and cancer, which can cause the elderly to experience limitations in activities and mobilization which can result in an increase in dependency level in fulfilling activity daily living (ADL). This condition of the elderly can increase the risk of falls and decubitus ulcers, especially in the elderly who have a total dependence level. Assistance for the elderly at LKS LU Panti Pangesti Lawang is carried out by 14 caregivers. Caregivers at LKS LU Panti Pangesti Lawang said that they had never received guidance on patient safety management for the elderly, especially regarding how to identify the risk of falling and the risk of decubitus ulcers in the elderly, so caregivers lacked understanding in implementing patient safety management. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of 14 caregivers at LKS LU Panti Pangesti Lawang in the concept of patient safety management, especially identifying the risk of falling and decubitus ulcers in the elderly. The method used in this activity is training and simulation. This activity was carried out in four meetings using a pretest, posttest, and observation to evaluate the success of the activity. The results of the pre-test showed that the average participant score was 45.72 and the average post-test score was 78.57, which indicated that there was a significant difference between before and after participating in PkM activities, namely an increase in cognitive terms of 71.9 %. The evaluation of activities through observational assessment of the implementation of fall risk assessment was 5.21 (score 0-6) and the decubitus ulcer assessment obtained an average result of 4.21 (score 0-5). This shows that caregivers have been able to independently identify the risk of falls and diabetic ulcers in the elderly. Keywords: caregiver; elderly; management patient safety.
