Menurut Drug Interaction Facts: The authority on drug interaction, diperoleh 112 kasus berpotensi interaksi obat, yaitu : signifikansi 1 sebanyak 8 (7,1%) , signifikansi 2 sebanyak 13 (11.6%), signifikansi 3 sebanyak 70 (62,5 %), signifikansi 4 sebanyak 1 (0,9%) dan signifikansi 5 sebanyak 20 (17,9%). Abstract The use of antihypertensive drugs, alone and with combination, among patients with Cronic Kidney Disease can lead to potential drug interactions. The purpose of this research is to determine the potential interactions of antihypertensive drugs in five grade chronic kidney disease patients of RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin period January 2013-June 2014. According to the online software, it is found that 390 in cases of potential drug interactions, there are 180 cases (27,7%) of minor interactions, there are 270 cases (69,2%) of moderate interactions, there are 12 cases (3,1%) of major interactions. According to the Drug Interaction Facts: The authority on drug interactions (Tatro, 2008), it is obtained that in 112 cases of potential drug interactions, there are 8 cases (7,1%) of significance 1; 13 cases (11,6%) of significance 2; 70 cases (62,5%) of significance 3; 1 cases (0,9%) of significance 4 and 20 cases (17,9%) of significance 5. Hence, the patients need to be monitored and communications among pharmacists and health professionals need to be done in deciding appropriate treatment to avoid drug interactions. Keywords : drug interactions, antihypertensive drug, chronic kidney disease
