Abstract

The Trisula Bridge in Kademangan District, Blitar Regency, which is above the Brantas function, is a link between Kademangan Village and the Sanankulon District, Blitar Regency. The bridge with a span of 160 m is a bridge that has been quite long and as the volume of passing vehicles increases, there is a slight shock, it is necessary to re-plan the bridge. The slender section makes type I prestressed concrete an alternative for bridge girder planning. In the planning of stressing is carried out by the post tensioning method, where the tendon sleeve is arranged on a prepared mold and then casted, after the concrete is hard enough and ready to be stressed,the tendon is installed then stressed, to the required compressive strength of the concrete and grouted. to fill the air spaces in the tendon sleeve. From the results of this study, the authors conclude that: In planning the Trisula Bridge in Kademangan District, Blitar Regency, the cross-sectional dimensions are 265 cm high and 80 cm wide, with an area of 12700 cm2. In the girder loading, the highest moment is 21143,07 kNm So that the VSL tendon jack type 31SC tendon diameter 12,5 with a number of 21 strands of 5 tendons whitch are placed in the tendon sleeve according to the drawing and the planned distance.
