The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education with a video-based spiritual approach to compliance with fluid restriction or interdialysis weight gain in End Stage Renal Disease clients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. The research design used was pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest. The results showed a difference in the average Interdialysis Weight Gain after education with a video-based spiritual approach (p value = 0.011;). While there is a proven relationship between family support (p value = 0, 047) with adherence to fluid restriction or interdialysis weight gain, while age (p value = 0.364), education level (p value = 0.949) has no relationship with adherence to fluid restriction or interdialysis weight gain. Conclusion, education with a spiritual approach can improve compliance with fluid restrictions in clients undergoing hemodialysis. Keywords: End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), Spiritual Based Video

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interventional prayer on pre-hemodialysis blood pressure in patients with chronic renal failure in the hemodialysis room at the Islamic Hospital in Jakarta. The research method uses quasi experiment method. The results of the study found a decrease in blood pressure in the intervention group after the intervention both in systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Paired t-test results before and after the given intervention in the intervention and control groups produced a sig value <0.05 in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, meaning that there were differences before and after the intervention was given. The unpaired t-test results between the intervention and control groups of systolic blood pressure produce a sig value> 0.05, meaning that there is no difference between the intervention and control groups while the diastolic blood pressure produces a sig value <0.05, meaning that there are differences between the intervention and control groups. Conclusion, the administration of prayer interventions in pre-hemodialysis is proven to reduce blood pressure. Keywords: Prayer, Chronic Kidney Failure, Blood Pressure

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of xylitol gum administration in CKD patients. This type of research is a quantitative experiment with a pre post test design with a total sample of 20 respondents. Oral health of respondents was measured using the OHIP questionnaire with a Likert scale and scoring. The results showed there were differences in oral health before and after being given xylitol gum with a value of ρ value <0.05. Conclusion, administration of Xylitol gum affects the oral health (xerostomia) of CKD patients. Keywords: CKD, Oral Health (Xerostomia), Xylitol

The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of diabetic foot spa towards ankle brachial index. Design of this study is Quasy-Experiment with two group. The population were all diabetes mellitus patients type 2 in Public Health Centre Wawonasa Manado. Number of sample was 32 person, divided into 2 group, that are treatment group during 3 and 5 time, with 16 person each group, taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analyzed by Mann-Whitney test with α=0.05. Study results on difference between ABI treatment 3 dan 5 time. Analysis of Mann-Whitney test P=0.112> α=0.05, with average ABI in treatment group during 3 and 5 time pre test 0.012 and post test 0.0562, which means diabetic foot spa 3 and 5 time is effective towards ABI. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of chest physiotherapy, effective coughing, and nebulizer on increasing oxygen saturation in blood in COPD patients at Jakarta Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital. The design of this research is Quasi Experiment using observation method with One Group Pre-Post Test design approach. Statistical results of paired T test (Wilcoxon test) for the value of p = 0.001 (p <0.05). Conclusion, there is an effect of giving chest physiotherapy, effective cough and nebulizer to increase oxygen saturation in blood before and after intervention in COPD patients. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of group education packages and the role of the model in reducing the social isolation scores of PLWHA in Tangerang District General Hospital. This type of quantitative research is quasi-experimental, pre-test and post-test with control group design. The results of the dependent t-test obtained a mean score of social isolation before the intervention 57.78 and after the intervention 54.44 (p value 0.00 or p <0.05). The conclusion of the study is the effect of group education packages and the role of the model on the reduction of social isolation scores in PLWHA in Tangerang District General Hospital. Implementation of group education and role models need to be done to PLWHA to prevent social isolation, both routinely and gradually and controlled by health workers as educators.
