Abstract

Abstract Class management refers to activities that create and maintain optimal conditions for the occurrence of the teaching-learning process that requires the effectiveness of learning, this is because it can affect the learning achievement of students to be achieved by the students themselves. Thus class management has an important role in increasing the learning effectiveness of students that is trying as much as possible so that students have a high learning motivation for all teaching. Classroom management has an important role in increasing the learning effectiveness of students and school facilities which is trying as much as possible so that students have a high learning motivation for all teaching and effort to meet the needs of students well. The method used is a description of the analysis with a qualitative approach. This study aims to determine the Application of Class Management Skills in Learning Islamic Education in MI Masyarikul Anwar 4 Bandar Lampung. It can be concluded that the results of the application of classroom management skills in PAI learning at MI Masyarikul Anwar 4 Bandar Lampung that the skills in managing the class have been implemented well but need to be improved in the regulation of students because there are still some indicators that have not been implemented in accordance with school goals. Abstrak Manajemen kelas merujuk kepada kegiatan-kegiatan yang menciptakan dan mempertahankan kondisi yang optimal bagi terjadinya proses belajar-mengajar dibutuhkan adanya efektivitas pembelajaran, hal ini dikarenakan dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar peserta didik yang akan dicapai oleh peserta didik itu sendiri. Dengan demikian manajemen kelas memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas belajar peserta didik yaitu berusaha semaksimal mungkin agar peserta didik memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi terhadap semua pengajaran. Pengelolaan kelas memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan efektifitas belajar peserta didik dan fasilitas sekolah yaitu berusaha semaksimal mungkin agar peserta didik memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi terhadap semua pengajaran dan usaha untuk memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Deskripsi Analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Keterampilan Manajemen Kelas Dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Di MI Masyarikul Anwar 4 Bandar Lampung. Dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian penerapan keterampilan manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran PAI di MI Masyarikul Anwar 4 Bandar Lampung bahwa keterampilan dalam memanajemen kelas sudah terlaksana dengan baik tetapi perlu ditingkatkan lagi pada pengaturan peserta didiknya karena masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang belum berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan sekolah. Kata kunci: Manajemen Kelas, Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Agama Islam.

Abstract

Background: Music can provide relaxation to the listener and it has become a therapeutic effect. Listening to music during hemodialysis sessions can induce blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature changes, and serum free fatty acids which have beneficial effects on the body's metabolism Aims: to evaluate the effectiveness music therapy to patients undergoing hemodialysis. Design: Search articles using Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed, and Springer link. Articles identified using keywords music AND (therapy or interaction) AND hemodialysis published on 2014 -2018 and found 112 articles. Results: All articles were reviewed using a randomized controlled trial (RCT) design by reviewing the parameters of anxiety, depression, sleep quality, pain level, and vital parameters of music therapy intervention. Conclusion: music therapy has a significant effect when measured by parameters of anxiety, depression, sleep quality, pain level, vital parameters.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the impact of teaching and learning activities using an online learning system during the Covid 19 pandemic at SDN 3 Sriminosari, Labuhan Maringgai District. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, data collection is done by interview, documentation and observation. The results showed that the impact of teaching and learning activities with the online learning system during the Covid 19 period led to increased parental concern for children in accompanying learning activities and breaking new clusters of the spread of Covid 19, but this was not matched by good children's learning outcomes this was due to not all teachers and parents of students are able to operate technology, weak internet networks, unstable public financial conditions, no moral guidance from teachers, and the material presented is very unattractive to students. The expected positive impact of this article as a media of information requires that it is necessary to be prepared to implement an online learning system by paying attention to supporting facilities and infrastructure; and socialization of applications used in learning activities so that all users can use them well.

Abstract

Lack of nipple stimulation treatment is a very influential factor. Phenomenon that usually occurs in the second stage the mother is less able to push it firmly, it is more common in primigravid than multigravid mothers. The purpose of this study conducted to determine the effect of nipple stimulation to increase uterine contractions in pregnant inpartu second stage can help to increase the intensity of uterine contractions. This research was conducted in a place Polindes Carnations Tunggalpager Village District Sub Pungging Mojokerto on 23 May to 23 June 2012. This is an observational research with cross sectional design is an analytical research that studies the dynamics of the correlation between the effects of risk factors. Independentnya variable is nipple stimulation and dependentnya variable is the increase in uterine contractions. Its population is 30 persons Samples taken by 22 persons with Consecutive Sampling. Primary data collection techniques using observation sheet. Furthermore, the data analyzed, diinterpresantasikan and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Tested using Fisher exact test. These results indicate that almost all the respondents have increased kotraksi uterus after the nipple stimulation (86.3%) while the number of respondents after nipple stimulation did not have increased had the smallest proportion (13.7%).After the Test Fisher Exact Probability Test formula obtained 0.01 <pvalue <0.05 the results obtained 0.01 <0.022 <0.05 so Ho rejected and H1 accepted which means there is the influence of nipple stimulation to increase uterine contractions in pregnant inpartu second stage. The conclusions of this study was no effect relationship nipple stimulation to increase uterine contractions in pregnant inpartu stage II, and therefore health workers need to do nipple stimulation is to reduce the Maternal Mortality and Infant Mortality.
