Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of occupational therapy on attaching shoelaces to the improvement of fine motor skills in mentally disabled children in SLB N 1 Badung. This research method is quantitative research with pre-experimental research design pre-post test one group design. The result of univariate analysis of the intervention of 41 respondents before being given occupational therapy for fine motor development was 1.20, and after being given occupational therapy, fine motor development was 1.41. The results of this study showed the average fine motor development during the pre-test was 1.20. After being given the occupational therapy treatment of attaching shoelaces, the average fine motor development was 1.41. Data analysis results with the Wilcoxon test get a value of 0.003 or p <α (0.05). In conclusion, occupational therapy influences placing shoelaces on fine motor skills in children with moderate mental retardation in SLB N 1 Badung. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applied behavior analysis therapy on social interaction in children with autism aged 7-12 years at SDLB SLB Negeri 2 Buleleng. The type of this research is pre-experimental research with one group pre-post test design. The results of the univariate analysis, most of the respondents were male 53 respondents (85.5%), the level of moderate social interaction was 46 respondents (74.2%) autistic children before being given treatment, and the high level of social interaction was 40 respondents (64, 5%) autistic children after being given treatment. The results of this study indicate an effect of Applied Behavior Analysis therapy with a high level of social interaction totaling 40 respondents (64.5%) of autistic children after being given treatment. The results of data analysis with the Wilcoxon test get a value of 0.000 or p <α (0.05). In conclusion, Applied Behavior Analysis therapy has an effect on social interaction in children with autism aged 7-12 years at SDLB SLB Negeri 2 Buleleng. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between parent's attitudes and the incidence of obesity in children aged 6-12 years at SD Negeri 1 Banyuasri. This type of research is descriptive correlational with a cross-sectional approach. This study indicates that 24 people (53.3%) have a positive attitude towards obesity in children aged 6-12 years with six (13.3%) obese children. Data analysis results with the Chi-Square test obtained a value of 0.000 or p<α (0.05). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between parent's attitudes and the incidence of obesity in children aged 6-12 years at SD Negeri 1 Banyuasri. Abstract

Tuberculosis is one of the diseases that causes the biggest death in the world. TB is acontagious disease that can be cured but requires a long treatment. One of the factorsrelated to TB patient compliance in the treatment of one is family support and selfmotivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between familysupport and self-motivation with medication adherence for TB sufferers in the SawanI Community Health Center. This study was a correlation study with a cross-sectionaldesign. There are 53 respondents selected by nonprobability sampling with a purposivesampling technique. The data were analized with the Spearman rank test and theresult was significant relationship(p value 0.000) and coefficient correlation was 0,545which means it have positive relationship . It means there was a significant relationshipbetween family support and self-motivation to medication adherence for TB patients atthe Sawan I Community Health Center. In conclusion the better the family support andself-motivation of TB patients, the more obedient TB patients in treatment.
