Abstract

Development in surabaya were very fast. There were 105 buildings which in the care of glass used exertion conventional cleaners. It  caused many accidents caused by the height of building. To solve this problem, there was one of solution that can be done for example to replace the conventional energy with cleaner engine, like glass cleaning robot. Glass cleaning robot usually used cleaning fluid with cleaning cloth or cleaner. Consumption of cleaner fluid was noted to get the result of used cleaner fluid. Monitoring would be helpful If process of monitoring is be done automatically. This monitoring system used water level of detection sensors as how high the level of liquids on glass cleaner robot. Monitoring the level of glass cleaner robot is displayed on android. Display used bluetooth HC-05 modul. Testing result was got that  average amounting were 0.065556 correction, and value of measuring uncertainty were ±0.120015678 with levels of trust 95 %.

Abstract

Buildings have priority to support the comfort and public relations of air circulation system and natural lighting, where the most widely used system is glass. In general, the process of cleaning glass in multi-storey building using conventional labor is by human labor. This process is relatively simple but has a loss in work accidents. Therefore, this study discusses glass cleaning robots. the working system of moving the wheel of the robot directly, and the control system using PID control. Tuning PID using Zigler-Nichols and Find Tuning methods with Simulink. Based on the results of PID Controller Calculation using Zigler Nichols method, the value obtained Kp = 0,01446, Ki = 0,0000026, and Kd = 9524,35. While calculation of PID controller using PID tuning with simulink, obtained value Kp = 19,365, Ki = 13,115, and Kd = 5,699. The speed control system using the Zigler-Nichols method does not produce a good response, because the resulting response is still unstable. While PID control using Tuning can produce a good response with up time can be achieved within 1.39 seconds, over shoot by 8% and the exact completion time is 5 seconds

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of using a racing exhaust with asbestos and stainless steel-based filters. The purpose of this study is to find out how big the role of racing exhaust filters in reducing noise and exhaust emissions. This study uses an experimental method with the static comparison design. The object of this research is Honda Beat injection motorcycle 2017. The data from this study were taken from testing standard exhaust, stainless steel, and asbestos. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the use of stainless steel-based filters is effective in reducing HC emissions compared to standard exhausts and racing exhausts with asbestos filters, stainless steel filters are also effective in reducing noise by 4.4% compared to exhausts with asbestos filters. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh dari pemakaian knalpot racing dengan saringan berbahan dasar asbes dan stainless steel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui seberapa besar peranan saringan knalpot racing dalam mereduksi kebisingan dan emisi gas buang yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain the static comparison design. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah sepeda motor Honda Beat injeksi tahun 2017. Data dari penelitian ini diambil dari pengujian knalpot standar, stainless steel, dan asbes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan saringan berbahan dasar stainless steel efektif mereduksi emisi HC dibanding knalpot standar dan knalpot racing dengan saringan asbes, saringan stainless steel juga efektif mereduksi kebisingan sebesar 4,4% dibandingkan kanlpot dengan saringan asbes.

Abstract

The need for electrical energy has become an inseparable part of people's daily lives in line with the increasing economy and development in the fields of technology, industry, information, research, agriculture and education. Electric motor machines containing coils of wire (inductors) where inductive loads absorb reactive power for magnetization needs, so the source (power plant) must supply greater power. Of course, this situation can cause voltage drops, increased current in the network and low power factor in the area near the load. Based on the simulation output, the resulting power factor has reached the standard (cos ) (SPLN T5.003-1, 2008) which is 0.85 lagging. However, in this study, the power factor is targeted to reach 0.9 lagging. Therefore, the researchers analyzed how much the capacitor bank needs to be added in order to achieve a power factor of 0.9 lagging.

Abstract

This solar power generator system trainer is designed with a modular concept, where each component is packaged and made separately with an attractive design, equipped with the name of the component and various information about the component so that it will be easy to use, maintain and most importantly is that it can facilitate understanding the concept of the system and installation of solar power generation system units because it can be installed and assembled repeatedly, in the tests and calculations that have been carried out, on the PLTS trainer kit tool as the development of learning media for electrical installations that can be obtained at the panel surface temperature. (Tp) the average radiation is 917.9 W/m, this shows that the radiation tends to decrease because the weather is cloudy and wind gusts occur, with an average voltage of 18.97 Volts and a current of 1.8 A. PLTS is made to scale laboratory with tilt angle adjustable solar panel module and panel position to get the value of measurement parameters such as light intensity, solar panel voltage, battery voltage, battery charging current, DC output voltage, and AC inverter voltage.

Abstract

Gedung memiliki prioritas untuk menunjang kenyamanan dan kelembaban udara yaitu memerlukan adanya sistem sirkulasi udara dan pencahayaan alami, dimana sistem yang paling banyak digunakan adalah kaca. Pada umumnya proses pembersihan kaca pada gedung bertingkat menggunakan tenaga konvensional yaitu oleh tenaga kerja manusia. Proses ini relative sederhana namun memiliki risiko kecelakaan kerja. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dibahas tentang robot pembersih kaca. sistem kerja dari penggerak roda robot secara langsung, dan sistem pengendalian menggunakan kontrol PID. Tuning PID menggunakan metode ZiglerNichols dan Find Tuning dengan Simulink. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Kontroler PID menggunakan metode Zigler Nichols, maka diperoleh nilai Kp = 0,01446, Ki = 0,0000026 , dan Kd = 9524,35. Sedangkan perhitungan kontroler PID menggunakan tuning PID dengan simulink, diperoleh nilai Kp = 19,365, Ki = 13,115, dan Kd = 5,699. Sistem kontrol kecepatan roda menggunakan metode Zigler-Nichols tidak menghasilkan respon yang bagus, karena respon yang dihasilkan masih belum stabil. Sedangkan pengendalian PID menggunakan Tuning dapat menghasilkan respon yang baik dengan rise time dapat dicapai dalam waktu 1,39 detik, over shoot sebesar 8% dan settling time yang dicapai sistem adalah 5 detik.

Abstract

Program GTPP (Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan) Covid-19 Provinsi Sumatera Utara melalui Dikop dan UKM (Dinaskoperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah) dalam melakukan budikdamber (budidaya ikan dalam ember), terdapat faktor penting yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan perikanan budikdamber (budidaya ikan dalam ember) yaitu aspek kualitas air kolam yang tergambar pada beberapa parameter fisik antara lain suhu, derajat keasaman (pH), oksigen terlarut maupun kekeruhan air. Sebagai tempat hidup ikan, perubahan parameter fisik tersebut dapat berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap pertumbuhan dan daya tahan budikdamber (budidaya ikan dalam ember). Oleh karena itu, peternak perlu melakukan pengamatan berkala terhadap kondisi air kolam budidaya untuk kemudian memberikan perlakuan tertentu agar kondisi air tetap sesuai dengan prasyarat tumbuh kembang ikan yang dibudidayakan. Salah satunya adalah dengan menerepkan sel surya Menganalisis kebutuhan, Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan,Merancang desain, Mengimplementasikan PLTS di BKM (Badan Kenajiran Masjid) dan Memberikan pelatihan in class, Dari hasil pengujian di dapat rata-rata radiasi sebesar 1058,2W/m2, rata-rata suhu pada panel surya sebesar 42,8 0C, rata-rata tegangan sebesar 15.8 Volt dan rata-rata arus sebesar 1.8 Amper. Hal ini sudah dapat diperuntukan untuk menghidupkan oksigen

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pencampuran zat aditif minyak serai wangi sebagai campuran bahan bakar minyak. Cukup banyak pengguna kendaraan bermotor khususnya sepeda motor tidak mengetahui bahan bakar apa yang dipakai seperti pada sepeda motor Honda Beat Street dengan rasio kompresi mesin 10 : 1 yang sebaiknya memakai bahan bakar jenis pertamax dengan angka oktan 92 namun lebih banyak memilih untuk memakai bahan bakar jenis pertalite dengan angka oktan 90 dengan alasan lebih ekonomis padahal dampaknya sangat sensitif terhadap pengotoran ruang bakar dan bisa mengakibatkan kandungan emisi gas buang dari gas sisa pembakaran menjadi tinggi. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada sepeda motor Honda Beat Street didapatkan bahwa dengan pencampuran zat aditif minyak serai wangi dapat mengurangi tingkat emisi gas buang dan bisa menghemat pemakaian bahan bakar. This study discusses the mixing of citronella oil additives as a mixture of fuel oil. Quite a lot of motorized vehicle users, especially motorcycle do not know what fuel to use, such as the Honda Beat Street motorcycle with an engine compression ratio of 10 : 1 which should use pertamax type fuel with an octane number of 92  prefer to use gasoline pertalite type fuel with an octane number of 90 for reasons of more economical, even though the impact is very sensitive to combustion chamber contamination and can result in a high contents of exhaust emissions from the remaining combustipn chamber. From the results of research conducted on Honda Beat Street motorcycle, it wa found that by mixing citronella oil additivies it can reduce exhaust emission levels and save fuel consumption.
