<![CDATA[Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada pelaksanaan tugas pokok Tim Pengelola/Pelaksana Kegiatan (TPK) dalam pengadaan barang/jasa desa di Desa Binotik Kecamatan Mantoh Kabupaten Banggai serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan tugas pokok Tim Pengelola/Pelaksana Kegiatan (TPK) dalam pengadaan barang/jasa desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian adalah yuridis empiris dengan menggunakan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Pelaksanaan tugas pokok TPK dalam pengadaan Barang/jasa di Desa Binotik Kecamatan Mantoh Kabupaten Banggai telah dilaksanakan berdasarkan pada Peraturan Bupati Banggai Nomor 40 Tahun 2015 Tentang Tata Cara Pengadaan Barang/jasa di Desa. Dimana pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa tersebut meliputi kegiatan persiapan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, penyerahan, pelaporan dan pertangungjawaban hasil pekerjaan. Sedangkan dalam pelaksanaan Tugas Pokok Tim Pengelola/Pelaksana Kegiatan (TPK) dalam Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Desa Di Desa Binotik Kecamatan Mantoh Kabupaten Banggai, terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan tugas pokok tersebut, yaitu faktor pendukung adalah faktor peraturan perundang-undangan dan pembinaan rutin, sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah kurangya komunikasi.
