ABSTRACT This study entitled Implementation of Imports Imports Coil Through Freight Forwarder At PT Chita Indonesia In Bekasi. This research uses qualitative descriptive method in which the authors do research by way of data collection, analyze data, and describe the data systematically for easy to understand. The author presents a description of the problem based on facts, data, phenomena, and circumstances that occur when the study goes with what it is. The purpose of this study is to know the Implementation, Obstacles and provide recommendations on Import activities conducted through a third party, namely Freight Forwarder.From the results of this study it can be concluded that Implementation of Coil Imports using Freight Forwarder Services at PT Chita Indonesia has been running well, but it needs improvement in some activities so that problems that become constraints can be overcome. While the obstacles that occur more dominant on errors in the document. For that reason, the recommendation given is the making of SOP so that errors in the case of documents made by internal parties can be minimized, a firm stance against the freight forwarder in case of mistakes made by the freight forwarder or add another freight forwarder as the benchmark service of the freight forwarder used. In LP3I Jakarta – Campus Cikarang, most of students were not interested to the entrepreneurship. Thus, further research is needed to elaborate the personality and motivation which are having impact to the entrepreunership. The method of this research uses quantitative descriptive research. The population by taking from Regular Students of LP3I Jakarta – Cikarang Campus. Random sampling approach to determine sample, in this case, 73 students as a sample. Data collects through questionnaires for multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that there is positive and significant influence of personality to the interest in entrepreneurship as indicated by the correlation coefficient (R) partially equal to 0.692 (strong). Motivation has positive and significant influence to the interesting in entrepreneurship as indicated by the correlation coefficient (R) partially equal to 0.639 (strong). Meanwhile, The simultaneously influence of personality and motivation to the interesting in entrepreneurship has positive and significant influence indicated by the correlation coefficient R = 0.754 or R² = (0.754) ² = 57% while the remaining 43% influenced by other variables was not examined.Keywords: Personality, Motivation, Interest, Entrepreneurship

The purpose of this study is to identify, analyse and assess the influences of Brand and Product Quality On Customer’s Buying Decision in South Cikarang Bekasi Regency. This research is intended to give advice for Brand and Product Quality On Customer’s Buying Decision in South Cikarang Bekasi Regency. This research was used descriptive and verification method. Descriptive research is used to describe characteristics of a population or phenomenon being studied. Verification is the research conducted with the aim to prove the truth of a theory on a particular time and place. The results of this research shown that there is a relationship between Brand and Product Quality. Meanwhile, Brand and Product Quality has the influence partially to the Customer’s Buying Decision. Tujuan dari kegiatan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan besarnya pengaruh Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) terhadap kelancaran produksi di PT. NGK Ceramics Indonesia. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan TPM pada PT. NGK Ceramics Indonesia yang pada kenyataannya terdapat tiga hal (target) yaitu Performance, Availability dan Quality belum tercapai dengan sempurna yang mengakibatkan produktivitas menurun. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 34 responden dan sampel 31 responden. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) atau variabel X, dan Kelancaran Produksi atau variabel Y, mendapat tanggapan dari responden dengan nilai kriteria tinggi. Penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) di PT.NGK Ceramics Indonesia berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai 127, yang berada pada rentang skala 109-134. Kondisi kelancaran produksi di PT.NGK Ceramics Indonesia juga berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu 130, yang berada pada rentang skala 109-134. Uji parsial menunjukkan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) memilliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kelancaran produksi dengan nilai sifnifikansi tidak lebih besar dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000, dan besarnya pengaruh Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) terhadap kelancaran produksi sebesar 40,9% berdasarkan Koefisien Determinasi.

Penelitian yang dilakukan dalam aktivitas ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis sehingga diketahui apakah kompetensi professional dosen dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen di Politeknik LP3 Jakarta melalui motivasi kerja selama masa pandemic covid-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen tetap di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta dengan penggunaan metode non probability sampling sehingga diperoleh responden sebanyak 110 responden. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisi jalur. Since the Covid-19 outbreak, many learning activities have been carried out online. Learning uses online media, exam questions can be made using technology that utilizes the internet as a medium, such as using the Google Form application. Besides that, Google Forum has a feature that is easy to use for uploading and downloading questions and answers. This community service is carried out with the aim of adding insight and increasing technological skills to educators and education staff in utilizing the Google form to make questions. The methods used in community service activities are lectures, demonstrations and questions and answers. The conclusions that can be drawn from this training activity are 1) it can increase the knowledge and insight of teachers and employees in understanding the Google form application as a medium for making questions. 2) Improve skills in applying google form media. 3) Increasing the ability of educators and educational staff in carrying out learning activities and using the Google Form application to help smooth learning activities in schools.

Teknologi yang semakin canggih harus diimbangi dengan kemampuan dan ktetrampilan yang menunjang pekembangannya. Oleh sebab itu dalam menghadapai era digital diperlukan pengembangan SDM yang professional serta siap menghadapai perkembangan teknologi. Oleh Karena itu untuk menghadapi era tersebut SDM diwajibkan untuk selalu melakukan perubahan perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik. Terdapat 2 hal yang dapat dilakukan guna memenuhi tuntutan tersebut. Dua hal tersebut yaitu menyediakan SDM yang kompeten serta penyediaan fasilitas sarana prasarana yang mendukung. Politeknik LP3I Jakarta dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat turut menjadi bagian dalam rangkan mengoptimalkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan karyawan di SMPN 1 Bekasi. Hal ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan pembuatan program e-filing perpustakaan yang diberikan kepada karyawan SMPN 1 Bekasi serta penjelasannya khususnya kepada petugas yang menangani pekerjaan perpustakaan dan admin sekolah. Tujuan program pelatihan ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan meningkatkan ketrampilan karyawan dalam penggunaan software e-filing perpustakaan sekolah berbasis digital serta menambah wawasan tentang Aplikasi e-filing dan penggunaannya serta pengelolaan Administrasi perpustakaan berbasis elektronik dalam bidang kearsipan sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas kepada warga sekolah baik murid maupun pengujung perpustakaan. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah adanya harapan atas peningkatan ketrampilan yang dimiliki masyarakat ini yaitu karyawan serta ,e,bantu memajukan SMPN 1 Bekasi dalam proses akreditasi. Bagi dosen-dosen LP3I dapat menjadikan sebagai tempat untuk mendistribusikan ilmu dan pengetahuannya yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai artikel jurnal yang di publikasi yang terbit pada jurnal nasional.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Software E-Filing, Karyawan

The role of archives in every organization or institution is very important, one of which is as a memory center. Organizations will find it difficult to prove something if the organization does not have good records. In principle, archives have several important roles where the aim is to help smooth organizational activities in planning organizational policies. The school is one of the organizations that has many archives, for example invitations both official and committee, diplomas, student report cards, school accreditation files, teacher administration, school administration, championship administration owned by school residents, and others. These archives will be very unfortunate if not managed properly, because it is important for the progress and success of the school. The problems that occurred at SDN Sukaresmi 04 Bekasi Regency related to archives were due to the lack of awareness of educators and education staff in the importance of managing archives, especially regarding the types of documents and about how to archive school documents. The series of service activities are carried out in two stages. The first stage is observation where universities make visits to SDN Sukaresmi 04, Bekasi Regency to identify problems that occur during the documentation process of administrative activities at the school. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan besarnya pengaruh pengendalian internal persediaan bahan baku dan perencanaan proses produksi terhadap kelancaran proses produksi saus. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah terjadinya kendala pada proses produksi salah satunya dari bahan baku yang terlambat pengadaan karena ada peningkatan produksi yang tinggi. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 98 dan sampel 93 responden. Penentuan Jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengendalian internal persediaan bahan baku secara parsial mempengaruhi terhadap kelancaran proses produksi saus di PT Sasa Inti Plant Wet Cikarang yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t yaitu nilai t hitung yang lebih besar dari t tabel 2,581 > 1,987 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,02 yang kurang dari 0,05. Demikian juga perencanaan proses produksi terhadap kelancaran proses produksi saus di PT Sasa Inti Plant Wet Cikarang yang di buktikan dengan hasi uji t yaitu nilai t hitung yang lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 4,568 > 1,987 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai tersebut kurang dari 0,05. Setiap kenaikan 1 satuan variabel perencanaan proses produksi akan mempengaruhi variabel kelancaran proses produksi sebesar 0,331. Selain itu, pengendalian internal persediaan bahan baku dan perencanaan proses produksi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran proses produksi saus di PT Sasa Inti Plant Wet Cikarang yang dibuktikan dengan uji F yaitu nilai f hitung yang lebih besar dari f tabel 19,125 > 3,09 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai tersebut kurang dari probabilitas 0,05. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variasi kelancaran proses produksi saus dapat dijelaskan oleh variabilitas pengendalian internal persediaan bahan baku dan perencanaan proses produksi sebesar 52%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh evaluasi manajemen logistik terhadap kinerja distribusi di PT. Tempo Logistik Kabupaten Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu evaluasi manajemen logistik (H1) telah membuktikan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan evaluasi manajemen logistik terhadap kinerja distribusi. Melalui hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa nilai t sebesar 3,839 dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka H1 diterima. Artinya, bahwa jika evaluasi manajemen logistik ditingkatkan, maka kinerja distribusi akan meningkat. Nilai R2 atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,279. Artinya variabel keputusan distribusi logistik dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel evaluasi manajemen logistik sebesar 27,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak diteliti. Dengan kata lain evaluasi manajemen logistik memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja distribusi sebesar 27,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72,1% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak diteliti.
