Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether the national marketing costs of vocational colleges have an impact on increasing Sales Volume. The process of acquiring Sales volume is carried out in stages starting from the acquisition of Applicants, Lists and finally Sales Volume which is the number of students ready for college. Data analysis was performed on marketing  data  and  financial  data  over  a  period  of  5  (five)  years,  using  simple linear regression. Based on the calculation results of marketing costs correlation with the acquisition of Sales Volume  is  known  to  be  84.9%,  where  the  value shows  a  meaningful  and very strong relationship, while the results of the coefficient of determination are known that Marketing Costs have a 72.0% influence on the acquisition of Sales Volume, and the remaining 28.0 % is influenced by other factors not examined. The results of calculations using SPSS data analysis obtained linear regression Y= 21762.14+0.00000204X, where Marketing Costs (X) contributed positively to the acquisition of Sales Volume (Y) of 0.00000204 units, and the results  of  the  hypothesis  t  -calculate  is  2.778  values  greater  than  t-table  values  at the significance level of 0.05 (2.778>1.982). Thus the research hypothesis can be accepted that marketing costs have a positive effect on the acquisition of Sales Volume.Keywords: Marketing Costs, Sales Volume

Abstract

Tujuan daripada penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan data empiris, fakta, dan informasi yang valid dan dapat dipercaya (reliable ) mengenai  analisis faktor kualitas pelayanan dan promosi dan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui aplikasi pesan makanan online. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Terdapat dua variabel bebas yaitu Pelayanan (X1), Promosi (X2) dan dan satu variabel terikat yaitu Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survei. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen yang pernah membeli menggunakan aplikasi makanan on line, dimana terdapat sebanyak 170 Rerponden yang memberikan jawaban dari kuesioner via google form yang kami sebarkan secara on line. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Terdapat Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian dalam berbelanja via  aplikasi makanan on line sebesar 56.7%,  Terdapat Pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian dalam  berbelanja via aplikasi  makanan on line sebesar 43.6% dan Terdapat Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan promosi bersama-sama dalam memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pembelian berbelanja via aplikasi makanan on line. Sebesar 60%.Kata Kunci: Pelayanan, Promosi, Aplikasi Pesan, Makanan, Online

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the responsibility of the Hospital front office staff in serving prospective patients. The study was conducted descriptively by direct observation and a brief interview with the front office supervisor. The writing of this report is presented descriptively to obtain an overview of various information relating to the provision of services to hospital customers. Methods of data collection using documentation studies, field studies and literature studies. The data obtained is then analyzed and presented descriptively. The conclusion can be drawn that the Mekarsari Hospital's Front Office has not been able to provide the best services for patients and their families, and in the Duties and Responsibilities of Front Office Staff must be able to create services that are Quick Response to problems, effective, efficient and prioritize patient safety.Keywords: Front Office, Hospital, Customers

Abstract

Meneliti dampak kegagalan pelayanan perusahaan penerbangan terhadap pelanggannya. Khususnya meneliti pengaruh kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap hubungan pelanggan, kemudian yang terakhir mengamati kesediaan mereka untuk merekomendasikan maskapai penerbangan yang mereka gunakan kepada orang lain.  Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pelanggan maskapai di Jakarta-Indonesia yang menunjukkan dampak dari suatu tingkat kegagalan pelayanan tergantung pada sudah berapa lama hubungan pelanggan dengan maskapai yang mereka gunakan sampai saat ini. Namun ternyata ditemukan korelasi non-linear, yang menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan yang sudah berpengalaman terbang berpikiran lebih terbuka tentang kegagalan pelayanan, serta toleransi kegagalan yang lebih rendah, kemudian secara bertahap memperlihatkan hubungan yang lebih dekat dan lebih tahan terhadap kegagalan pelayanan. Kata Kunci: Perusahaan Penerbangan, Hubungan Channel, Perilaku Konsumen, Loyalitas Pelanggan,Pemasaran Hubungan, Pemasaran Jasa

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Tugas Staf HRD Pada PT. Jakarta Teknologi Utama Jakarta Timur, mengetahui kendala dan solusi alternatif dalam pemecahan masalah. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, yaitu mengamati langsung objek yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan menunjukan bahwa tugas staf HRD telah berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan PT. Jakarta Teknologi Utama yang berlaku. Kendala yang sering ditemukan diantaranya yaitu kurang detailnya instruksi antar karyawan tentang tugas yang diberikan, keterlambatannya sistem PEGA, banyaknya penarikan absensi karyawan dalam satu folder membuat staf kesulitan untuk menemukan data tersebut. Solusi yang dilakukan ialah staf HRD mengkonfirmasi lebih setiap instruksi yang diberikan oleh atasan, masalah berupa keterlambatan sistem PEGA staf langsung menghubungi bagian IT untuk segera melakukan perbaikan, penarikan data absensi yang susah ditemukan staf melakukan pengelompokkan dalam beberapa folder sehingga memudahkan staf untuk menemukannya. Solusi yang dilakukan masih belum efektif karena terkadang masih terganggu dengan pekerjaan urgent yang harus didahulukan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work stress partially or indirectly on employee performance at the Cirebon Regency Transportation Office. The population used in this study were employees of the Cirebon Regency Transportation Service. The sampling technique in this study used a sample of propotionate stratified random sampling totaling 60 respondents. Methods in collecting data using a questionnaire. Assumption test uses normality test and multicollinearity test. Regression test using multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination test is used to determine the percentage change in the dependent variable (Y) caused by the independent variable (X). Hypothesis testing using t and f tests. The results of this study conclude that (1) Leadership has a significant and positive effect on employee performance seen from the value of t count > t table, namely 3.481 > 1.671. (2) Job stress has a significant and significant effect on employee performance seen from the value of tcount > ttable, which is 3,266 > 1,671. (3) Leadership and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance as seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable, which is 8.008 > 3.16. All research results either partially or simultaneously have sig values < 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

An overview of the culinary business licensing for PKK cadres at Puri Harmoni 7 Housing in Cileunyi, Bogor, West Java is a difficult matter, requires no small amount of money, and complicated bureaucracy. This condition causes them to be lazy to take care of licensing. Reluctance and ignorance of the benefits of licensing can cause them to deal with the authorities. This community service is here to provide enlightenment about the ease of taking care of licensing online and its benefits. LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic in collaboration with PT Kinarya Insan Kreatif provides training and counseling. The method of activity is legal socialization through limited face-to-face lectures by complying with the 5 M health protocol. The object of this service is a contemporary food product that comes from cassava. This counseling material includes legal protection and assistance, obtaining a Business Identification Number permit, the establishment of  PT Perseorangan, and halal certificates. The implementation of this activity is carried out through the stages of problem identification, site survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities as well as preparation of reports. Abstract

The function and purpose of national education is to develop and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in the context of the intellectual life of the nation, aiming to develop the potential of students to become human beings who are devoted to both parents and useful for the homeland and religion. In order to be more deeply embedded in students' souls, the process of implementing character education, entrepreneurship education, and creative economy needs to be carried out through good planning and an effective learning approach and carried out jointly by all school members, through integration in subjects, local content and activities. -activities in self-development (Depdiknas, 2006). Abstract

Having communication skills is important for everyone, especially for students who are still learning to get knowledment. The importance of the ability to communicate for students is one of the means of supporting the success of students' achievements in learning. Implementation activities to build communication skills for students and teachers at PKBM Negeri 23 Jakarta went smoothly as planned. Starting from the speech of the head of PKBM, the delivery of materials and communication practices can be carried out properly, although it is carried out gradually and slowly. The disciples can absorb everything that has been well conveyed. With frequent training like this, it is hoped that students and teachers can improve techniques to build effective communication skills. Be a qualified person with communication. Abstract

Siswa SMK setelah lulus memiliki dua pilihan yaitu melanjutkan ke jenjang Pendidikan yang lebih tinggi yaitu perguruan tinggi atau langsung bekerja. Kelemahan dari lulusan SMK generasi Z saat ini adalah informasi terkait persiapan memasuki dunia kerja sangat minim diperoleh, sehingga banyak lulusan SMK yang menjadi pengangguran. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka menghadapi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan informasi secara detil mengenai persiapan yang harus dilakukan dalam memasuki dunia kerja di era industri 4.0 dan society 5.0, khususnya mengenai softskill yang dibutuhkan dan juga bagaimana menyusun CV yang menarik dan informatif agar pencari kerja dapat mengetahui kualitas dan kompetensi calon karyawan sebelum menjalani tes seleksi berikutnya. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode ceramah dengan 5 narasumber yang berbeda. word : generasi Z, SMK, softskill, CV.
