Abstract

Distribution channel is one important factor in the marketing mix, ie product, price, place, and promotion. It is an integral part of said place. The accuracy of distribution channels in general will help increasing the volume of sales which is the ultimate goal of marketing. This work is intended to determine the effect of the accuracy of the distribution channel to sales volume by taking the case of the PT Tirtamas Lestari. This study uses statistical methods to test causal through populations of bottled water sales at PT Tirta. The conclusion of this study is that the accuracy of the distribution channel significantly affects sales volume. However, note also that the distribution channel turned out to have a number of barriers that result in less optimal distribution channels in increasing sales volume.Kata Kunci: Saluran Distribusi, Volume Penjualan, Bauran Pemasaran, Pelayanan Prima

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the influence of leadership   and spiritual quotient to the employee performance. Data was collected by sending about 34 questionnaires data to all of employees in Politeknik LP3I Jakarta, Gedung Sentra Kramat Jl. Kramat Raya No.7-9 Jakarta Pusat 10450 Indonesia. This research used survey, sampling method and questionnaires as tools in collecting the main data with a quantitative method. This research used simple random and sampling technique. Data were analyzed by Software SPSS verse 17 for Windows.The results of this research show that: 1) The leadership   influences the employee performance significantly; 2) The spiritual Quotient influences the employee performance significantly; and 3) The leadership   and spiritual quotient simultaneously have a significant influence to employee performance. It is important for any one whose job is as a decision maker in management structure to understand the leadership   as one of variables influences the employee performance; and also, the spiritual quotient.Key words: Leadership, Spiritual Quotient, and Employee’s, Performance

Abstract

The main steps in order to obtain international certification of ISO 9001 Quality Management System is to prepare the mentality and habits of employees, that is to prepare quality culture as a culture of employees. The next step is the technical preparation, preparing of documents and records, preparations for work process control systems, preparing the performance monitoring and evaluation system, which is summarized in the documentation system of LP3I College. Challenges to the process of implementation of ISO 9001 is overcome by socialization the culture of quality as a work culture in every meeting of the BOD till to the technical meeting daily in the employees or  operators, using the authority of the President Director for any activity in the socialization, training, and implementation of the Quality Management System, making each Head of Department in charge of ISO 9001, arrange the efffectiveness of  internal audit process and making corrective action of any findings of non-conformance and prepared oppotunity for improvement for any observasion findings. The entire process of implementation of ISO 9001 in LP3I College was documented, and controlled accordance to ISO 9001 requirements. Keyword : Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008

Abstract

Based on data on the development of Indonesian coffee exports to several countries in 2015-2019, it can be seen that the development of coffee exports tends to decline. For this reason, PT Java Preanger Lestari Mandiri (PT JPLM) takes a role in overcoming the decline in coffee exports, especially in South Bandung Regency. The scope of this study includes the potential and form of relationships, as well as assistance to Preanger Arabica coffee farmers. The research was focused in the area of South Bandung Regency, West Java. Qualitative research methods with data collection techniques are triangulation and inductive data analysis. In the first stage, researchers conducted research on the export value of Indonesian coffee for the past five years. Second, researching the form of the coffee relationship scheme carried out by PT JPLM. Third, researching the form of marketing support and developing coffee sales cooperation with potential buyers at home and abroad. This study aims to analyze the form of coffee relationship schemes carried out by PT JPLM to coffee farmers. Through this research, the first one will be exposed clearly and in detail about the potential for coffee exports that have not been optimized, the second will be the results of a clear analysis of how the form of coffee relations between PT JPLM and coffee farmers and the third will be known about the impact of coffee relations on coffee farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work stress partially or indirectly on employee performance at the Cirebon Regency Transportation Office. The population used in this study were employees of the Cirebon Regency Transportation Service. The sampling technique in this study used a sample of propotionate stratified random sampling totaling 60 respondents. Methods in collecting data using a questionnaire. Assumption test uses normality test and multicollinearity test. Regression test using multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination test is used to determine the percentage change in the dependent variable (Y) caused by the independent variable (X). Hypothesis testing using t and f tests. The results of this study conclude that (1) Leadership has a significant and positive effect on employee performance seen from the value of t count > t table, namely 3.481 > 1.671. (2) Job stress has a significant and significant effect on employee performance seen from the value of tcount > ttable, which is 3,266 > 1,671. (3) Leadership and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance as seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable, which is 8.008 > 3.16. All research results either partially or simultaneously have sig values < 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05.
