Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on employee motivation at Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch. The effect of competence on the motivation of employees at PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch. Knowing the influence of leadership on employee performance at PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbarubranch. Knowing the competencies on the performance of employees at PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch. Knowing the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch.In this study, the population is all employees of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch as many as 116 people. Stratified sampling random sampling, this the number of samples that will be used is 54 employees. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling method authors grouping based on the division of the existing population in PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Branch Pekanbaru.Based on the result of the study of leadership has an influence on motivation at Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch. Competencies have an influence on motivation at Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch. Leadership has an influence on the performance of the PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch. Competence has an influence on the performance of the PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Pekanbaru branch. Competence has an influence on the performance of the PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on organizational performance with total quality management as an intervening variable in PT. Gandaerah Hendana S & G Biofuel Kabupaten Pelalawan with simultant.The study population were employees at PT . Gandaerah Hendana S & G Biofuel Kabupaten Pelalawan who work at the company. Determination of samples carried out in a non probability sampling. The total sample of 135 respondents were selected based on purposive sampling. Variables used are Organizational Performance as the dependent variable and leadership, organizational culture and total quality management as an independent variable . The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using statistical tools wuth SPSS 17 for windows.The result of this study showed that leadership and organizational culture on organizational performance with total quality management as an intervening variable as simultant have influence of positive and significantly to organizational performance at PT. Gandaerah Hendana S & G Biofuel Kabupaten Pelalawan.As impllication, this research has been performed only on the crude palm oil factory. Therefore, for further research, its adding another contruction variables that can affect the organizational performance directly such as motivation, work environment and Organizational Commitment so that the organizational performance can be increase with significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable job satisfaction, commitment to work, and working environment on the performance of the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir. This research was conducted on the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir of 60 people. In testing the hypothesis menggunaka statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS analysis tools.The results showed that the variable is independent (job satisfaction and job commitment) had no significant effect on the performance of the facilitator. Only variable working environment has a significant influence on the performance of the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir.The theoretical implications that can be derived from this research is the result of this study showed that facilitators work directly related to masyaraat the placement factor and maintain the condition of the surrounding community became noteworthy. Downstream conditions of the district are relatively safe indragiri be one contributing factor comfort in the work of facilitators. To produce optimal performance, it is recommended should the facilitator PNPM Rural in Indragiri Hilir equipped with good communication skills so that they can be accepted by all elements of society who become surrogate .

Abstract

Abstract: This research aim to know and analysis influence of organization culture, working ability andorganization commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of officer of Bappeda Kota Pekanbaru.On the basis of target, organization culture, working ability and organization commitment is independentvariable and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as dependent variable. Population in this research isofficer of Bappeda Kota Pekanbaru amounting to 56 people. By using method of census got sample amount to56 responder. While used data collecting technique that is with and interview of questioner. For the examinationof hypothesis is use statistical test that is analysis of regression multiple. Examination of legibility ofmodel obtained by value of adjusted R square is 0,625, meaning 62,5 percent officer organizational citizenshipbehavior variation can be explained by variation from third independent variable organization culture, workability and organization commitment. While the rest 37,5 percent explained on the score of other cause outsidemodel. From result of examination of causality obtained by result of which is significant that is organizationculture, working ability and organization commitment influence organizational citizenship behavior variablewith degree of confidence (confident of level) 99 percent. From the result taken conclusion that organizationculture variable, working ability and organization commitment have an effect on significant to officer organizationalcitizenship behavior on Bappeda Kota Pekanbaru and organization culture variable have influencemost dominant to officer organizational citizenship behavior.Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organization Culture, Working Ability and OrganizationCommitment

Abstract

Abstract: this study was aimed at determining and analyzing the effects of organizational culture, career promotion and job satisfaction on lectors’ learning performance at Economic Faculty, University of Riau. Samples taken were of 55 respondents out of 124 people (lectors) as population. Multiple linear regression was used with formulation: Y = bo + b1x1 +b2x2 + b3x3. The results showed that the model might be described as berikut: Y = 5,041 – 0,733X1 + 0,327X2 – 0,015X3. The study concluded that career and job satisfaction had negative effects on lectors’ learning performance. Relationship between independent variable (organizational culture, career promotion and job satisfaction) with independent variable was shown by correlational coefficient (R) of 51,9%.
