Abstract

AbstractThe title of this thesis is "Analysis of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure on Accounting Skills Program at The SMK Negeri 1 Sanggau Regency”. The purposes of this research are first is to determine the availability of educational facilities and infrastructure on the Accounting Skills Program. Second is to study the feasibility of educational facilities and infrastructure in the Accounting Skills Program.The research method was used is descriptive qualitative study. The data sources of this research were the principal, the facilities and infrastructure deputy, the administrator of accounting laboratory and the library's manager.Data collected of this study were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 1 Sanggau which were include furniture, educational media, educational equipment and other equipment.The data of facilities and infrastructure which are obtained then compared with the standards in Permendikbud No. 34 of 2018 concerning Facilities and Infrastructure Standards for Vocational High Schools / Madrasah Aliyah Vocational Schools (SMK / MAK).The results study showed that the availability of educational infrastructure at SMK 1 Sanggau was adequate, but if looked deeper there were several aspects for the facilities that were not yet feasible.The feasibility of educational infrasructure at SMK 1 sanggauSanggau in terms of the minimum broad aspects based on the Permendikbud No. 34 of 2018, there were 5 infrastructures that were suitable to be used and 2 infrastructures which were not yet suitable to be used. Keywords: Facilities and Infrastructure of Accounting Education

Abstract

AbstractThe results of preliminary observations showed that student engagement in the learning is still low with an average of 35.83%. This study aimed to collect data and precise information on implementing the Jigsaw technique to improve students' engagement in civic education instruction. The research method used is descriptive in the form of collaborative classroom action research. The subjects studied were thirty VII grade students of SMP Kartika XVII-1 Sungai Raya. Data collection techniques used were direct observation techniques, with observation sheets of teacher ability in preparation and implementing instructions, and student activity observation sheets as the data collection tools. This research was conducted in 3 cycles with the results collected as follows, the ability of teachers to plan instructions from the cycle I obtained an averagescore of 3.10 with a good category, an average score of 3.47 with a good category in cycle II, and an average score of 3.94 with an excellent category in cycle III. The ability of teachers to implement instructions from the cycle I obtained an average score of 3.04 with a good category, an average score of 3.46 with a good category in cycle II, and an average score of 3.95 with an excellent category in cycle III. Student engagement in the initial observations with an average value of 35.83% was obtained with a very low category; the cycle I obtained an average value of 62.08% with a sufficient category; cycle II obtained an average value of 76.25% with a good category; cycle III obtained an average value of 85.00% with a very high category. Grounded on the findings, it can be concluded that there is an improvement in each cycle. Therefore, the jigsaw technique can increase class VII Kartika XVII-1 Sungai Raya students engagements in Civic Education instruction.Keywords: Civic Education, Cooperative Learning Model Jigsaw Technique, Student Engagement.

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is entitled "The Relationship between Interest and Learning Independence With Mastery of the Concept of Inventory Materials of Trading Companies in Class XI Students at SMK Santa Monika Kubu Raya". The method used is descriptive in the form of correlational research. Sources of data in this study were all students of class XI majoring in accounting at SMK Santa Monika. The results of the study 1) There is a positive and significant correlation between variables (X1) and (Y) partially at 0.829. larger than the value of the critique of correlation in the product moment correlation table (α = 0.05) at dk = nk-1 = 67-2-1 = 64 that is 0.254 or (0.829> 0.254. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a very strong relationship between (X1) and (Y) 2) There is a positive and significant correlation between (X2) and (Y) partially of 0.791. larger than the value of the correlation critique in the product moment correlation table (α = 0.05) at dk = n-k-1 = 67-2-1 = 64 which is 0.254 or (0.791> 0.254). Thus it can be concluded that there is a very strong relationship between (X2) with (Y) 3) There is a positive and significant correlation directly from the variables (X1) and (X2) simultaneously (Y), the magnitude of the correlation is 833. Larger compared with the value of the correlation critique in the product moment correlation table (α = 0.05) at dk = nk-1 = 67-2-1 = 64 that is 0.254 or (0.833> 0.254). Abstract

Abstract This thesis is entitled "The Effect of Classroom Management by Teachers on Learning Outcomes in Economics Subjects in Class XI Accounting in SMK Mandiri Pontianak". The method used in this research is descriptive method in the form of a study of relationship studies. Data collection techniques in this study use indirect techniques and documentary study techniques. Meanwhile, to analyze the data the researcher used the SPSS version 16.0 statistical program. With the help of the SPSS version 16.0 application, the data analysis results were obtained which stated there was an influence between classroom management on student learning outcomes in Pontianak Independent Vocational School at 7.4% with a coefficient of determination of 0.271 and the level of interpretation of the relationship is low. Based on the SPSS output table in Appendix 19 with the title Model Summary, it can be determined the value of the correlation coefficient influence the availability of teachers in terms of competence on learning outcomes of 0.271 (R) with R Square 0.074, which is determined by the formula KD = R2 x 100% (KD = 0.074 x 100%) to 7.4%. Thus, the effect arising from the management is not dominant by only 7.4% and the rest is influenced by other influences outside this study. Abstract

 AbstractThis study aimed to improve social studies learning outcomes by using cooperative type Student Team Achievement Devisions (STAD) in Eighth Grade at SMP Negeri 4 Teriak Bengkayang. The sub-problem in this study is "How do student learning outcomes by applying models  Cooperative learning type Student Team Achievement Devisions (STAD)? How is the implementation of the cooperative learning model type Student Team Achievement Devisions (STAD) in social studies subjects Eight grade in SMP Negeri 4 Teriak? Is there an increase in social studies learning outcomes for VIII grade students in SMP Negeri 4 Teriak  by applying the cooperative learning model type Student Team Achievement Devisions (STAD)?”. The form of research used was classroom action research conducted for 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The average post-test scores of cycle I and cycle II increased by 15.66.  Percentage of completeness.  The percentage of mastery learning in post-test cycle I and cycle II increased by 21.74%.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model Type Student Team Achievement Devisions (STAD), Learning outcomes, Social studies

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine whether there is an influence of knowledge and motivation on cooperative behavior in the cooperative of Hesti Wira Sakti Kesdam XII/TPR. The method used in this research is an associative research method with a form of research to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this research was 217 people. The sample used was a cooperative member of the army totaling 57 people. To the determine the sample of this research, the writer using proportionate stratified random sampling. The techniques of data collection consisted of indirect communication tecnique and documentary study technique. The tool of collecting data was questionnaire. The was calculated and the result showed that there was a significant influence between the independent  variables (X1) and (X2) on the dependent variable Y. Based on the analysis, thecalculation of t-test data obtained sig. 0,018 < 0,05 (alpha 5%)  which shows the influence of knowledge of cooperatives on cooperative behavior. Whereas, the variable t-test of cooperative motivation shows sig. 0,175 > 0,05 (Alpha 5%) which shows there is no influence between cooperative motivation on cooperative behavior. Whereas, the f-test carried out simultaneously shows sig. 0,000b< 0,05 (Alpha 5%) which means there is an  influence between cooperative knowledge and motivation on cooperative behavior.Keywords:Knowledge, Motivation and Cooperative Behavior

AbstractThis study almed to defermine the factors which influence purchasing delisions by consumers in the supermarket Ligo Mitra Pontianak. The research method used in this study was descriptive analyzes by qualitative research. Source and research data is a consumers do the shopping process in the Supermarket Ligo Mitra Pontiana meanwhile The data is year end documents collected by The person  in charge. The result showed That purchasing decisions by consumers in the Supermarket Ligo Mitra Pontianak factors such as : 1). Fixing of prices given by ligomitra which is standardized and considered capable of competing from the post until now. 2). The company?s location is very strategic and a large parking area. 3). Neatly arranged store layout easy to take so it does note make consumers go round and round. 4). Sales person are friendly and sprightly in providing information. 5).product excellence that can not be doubted and 6).promosi carried out by Supermarket and which is hild every month, durring the holiday and when company birthday. Abstract

 AbstractThis research aimed to determine the suitability of the Lesson Plan (RPP) with the learning implementation of Social Studies teacher of SMP Negeri 13 Pontianak in class VIII A, VIII B, and VIII C. This research was conducted from April to May 2019. The method of this research was the qualitative descriptive method. The techniques of this research were observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the research on the first problem showed that in the implementation of the lesson plan with learning, it was carried out with the percentage of 86.6%, it categorized as very good. While the second problem regarding to the components of the Lesson Plan made by the teacher which consists of 13 components was very good, based on the Curriculum 2013 that applied, with the percentage of 85%, and the result of the third research problem about constraints experienced in the implementation of the lesson plan in learning Social Studies to the eighth grade of SMP Negeri 13 Pontianak related to facilities and infrastructures, improper of the time allocation, the different characteristics of students and schools, and the certain other unexpected conditions. Keywords: Analysis, Implementation of Lesson Plan (RPP), Social Studies (IPS).

Abstract

AbstractThis research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this research is to use observation techniques, interviews, and documentary studies. While the data collection tools used are interview guides, observation guides, log books and archives. The results showed that 1) Types of variations in the use of learning resources by PPKn teachers in Pontianak's Panca Bhakti High School were less varied. 2) Why teachers do not use varied learning resources in PPKn learning, based on the results of research conducted by researchers at Pontianak's Panca Bhakti High School, this is because learning resources used are only based on the needs of PPKn teachers, and because of time constraints in the use of learning resources. 3) In the selection of learning resources by the Panca Bhakti Pontianak High School PPKn teacher it was already good. This is seen from the teacher's attention to the accuracy of learning resources with subject matter and instructional goals, besides the teacher is very concerned about the ease of getting learning resources, and the teacher is very concerned about the suitability of learning resources with student abilities. Keyword : Utilization of Learning Resources, High School.

Abstract

 AbstrakThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational activities and academic pretensions on the work readiness of FKIP Untan Economic Education students. Research is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study are organizational activity, academic achievement, and work readiness. The source of data in this study were Economics Education students who served as Hima administrators and UKM in the FKIP Untan 2017 period of as many as 65 people. This study uses a saturated sample technique. Determination of the sample in this study must meet the active criteria in the management of the organization so that the students as many as 65 people were all sampled. The research data was collected through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of organizational activity and academic achievement together on the work readiness of economic education study program students with a calculated F value of 48,133 and a significance of 0,000; there is a significant positive effect of organizational activity on the work readiness of students in economic education study programs with a tcount of 9.001 and a significance of 0.000; there is a significant positive effect of learning achievement on the work readiness of students majoring in economic education with a tcount of 2.149 and a significance of 0.036. Keywords: Organizational Activity, Academic Achievement, Work Readiness
