Abstract

In welcoming AFTA (ASEAN Free Trade Area) and MEA (ASEAN Economic Community), Indonesian society's view on economy will be shifted to education. Schools will be excellent service product which will compete with each other. Particularly elementary schools will become major concern in creating skillful and competent graduates to face global challenges. Elementary schools will become the basic foundation for creating human resources who have qualified skills earlier based on the development of science and technology. Competent graduates of Elementary schools will be ready to compete at the global level, and vice versa. The way to produce competent graduates is by developing a quality-based elementary schools throughout Indonesia. Quality-based elementary school is an elementary school institution that prioritizes quality in producing competent graduates who are competent. The indicators of this quality-based elementary school consist of several criteria which are: 1) Focus on costumer, 2) total involvement, 3) Administering measurements, 4) Have high commitment, and 5) Performing sustainability improvement. Steps in building quality-based elementary schools are: 1) Organizing, 2) Planning, 3) Implementing, and 4) Monitoring. Hence, in order to embody a quality-based elementary school, it requires a good cooperation from all stakeholders and a strong commitment based on its indicators, steps and components.   Dalam menghadapi AFTA (ASEAN Free Trade Area) dan MEA (Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN) pandangan masyarakat Indonesia tentang ekonomi akan bergeser ke pendidikan. Sekolah akan menjadi ajang produk jasa yang bersaing antara sekolah satu dengan sekolah lainya. Khususnya pada sekolah dasar (SD) akan menjadi perhatian utama dalam menciptakan lulusan yang berkompeten (secara lebih dini siap) dalam menghadapi tantangan global. SD akan menjadi pondasi dasar untuk menciptakan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang memiliki ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang mumpuni dan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga lulusan SD yang berkompeten akan siap bersaing di tingkat global, sebaliknya lulusan SD yang tidak berkompeten tidak siap untuk bersaing di tingkat global.Cara untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkompeten yaitu dengan mengembangkan SD berbasis mutu secara merata di seluruh Indonesia. SD berbasis mutu adalah lembaga SD yang mengutamakan mutu dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang berkompeten. Indikator atau kriteria SD bermutu terdiri dari:1)Fokus pada pelanggan,2) Keterlibatan total,3) Melakukan pengukuran,4) Komitmen, dan5) Melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Langkah-langkah dalam membangun SD berbasis mutu, yaitu:1) Mengorganisasikan,2) Merencanakan,3) Mengimplementasikan,4) Memonitorg, dan 5. Perbaikan berkelanjutan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa mengembangkan SD bermutu memerlukan kerjasama semua pihak dan komitmen yang kuat dalam mewujudkannya sesuai dengan indikator sekolah bermutu, langkah-langkah dalam mewujudkan sekolah bermutu, dan perangkat sekolah bermutu. Abstract

Bagi mahasiswa calon guru (MCG), memiliki netiquette yang kuat di era digital merupakan keharusan karena ini akan menjadi kebiasaan yang baik. Apalagi bagi yang sudah lulus dari kampus dan berkarir menjadi guru, hal itu akan melekat menjadi karakter yang kokoh. Sesuai peran dan fungsi guru, segala hal yang dilakukan guru merupakan teladan bagi siswa, termasuk netiquette.  Netiquette merupakan adab dalam menggunakan internet yang diterima oleh umum atau kelompok. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan deskripsi secara rinci terkait netiquette bagi mahasiswa calon guru (MCG) agar menjadi panduan dalam menggunakan internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review yang mengkaji berbagai dokumen dari artikel jurnal, buku, majalah, website dan sejenisnya. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar analisis dokumen. Hasil data instrumen kemudian ditabulasi dan direduksi menjadi kesimpulan penting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam menggunakan internet, mahasiswa calon guru (MCG) harus memperhatikan tujuan, waktu, jenis website, dan penggunaan informasi. Sedangkan, untuk berkomunikasi menggunakan media sosial dan email, mahasiswa calon guru (MCG) juga harus memperhatikan penerima, tujuan berkomunikasi, isi pesan, waktu mengirim pesan, dan cara menulis pesan

Abstract

Pancasila education is a learning material that is implemented in the form of a theoretical explanation. Not a few students are bored and bored with the repetition of the theory conveyed since sitting in school until college. This is what makes the research objective to find out the systematic implementation of innovative implementation of Pancasila education for students, so that Pancasila education can internalize Pancasila values in students. This study uses a literature review method by collecting and analyzing data from sources of journal articles and the like. The result of this study is that there are problems when learning Pancasila education makes the learning competency not achieved. So there needs to be a systematic implementation of innovative implementation of Pancasila education learning. This will work well if there is a synergistic collaboration between the head dean, lecturers, students and residents in the campus environment. The head of the dean together with the lecturers collaborated to develop a teaching systematic and syllabus for learning Pancasila education. Then, the lecturer prepares a learning implementation plan with creative and innovative objectives, media, models, and learning methods. Therefore, students take part in learning comfortably and without boredom. Likewise, the campus environment also contributes to the internalization of Pancasila values as supporters and observers of students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of learning time for outstanding students in fifth grade elementary school in RT 005/04 Tidung Island, South Thousand Islands. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The selection of the sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique, where the researcher chose a sample with certain considerations. The samples used in this study were 2 high achieving fifth grade students who were in the RT 005/04 Tidung Island, South Thousand Islands. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires or questionnaires and structured interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model analysis technique. The results of this study are, students who have good achievements have good time management such as having good short-term study plans, having a wise attitude in spending time, and having good long-term study plans, and getting very good support from his parents

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, learning activities have changed, now learning is done boldly. These learning changes reduce literacy interest in students, one of which is SDN Jatiroke II students who experience a decrease in literacy interest. The development of digital technology at this time is very effective in increasing student literacy interest during the pandemic. To increase student literacy interest, schools to improve facilities and infrastructure in the field of literature that follow technological developments at this time by using online media such as online libraries to attract student literacy interest. The purpose of this study is to analyze management facilities and infrastructure as supporting tools to increase student literacy interest during the covid 19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method that is a literature study using journals and other literature as the main object. The type of research used is qualitative, namely research that produces information in the form of notes and descriptive data contained in the text under study. The location of the research was at SDN Jatiroke II, Jatinangor District. The results of the study show that facilities and infrastructure services can support digital literacy effectively to increase student literacy interest during the learning period of the covid 19 pandemic

Abstract

The quality of education is low, resulting in schools having to create ways to overcome this. School management is everything related to the management of the educational process to achieve the goals that have been set, both short-term goals, medium-term goals, and long-term goals. The purpose of this study was to determine school management in improving the quality of education, including: (1) school profile; (2) School programs and (3) Teachers and Students. Data collection techniques were carried out through interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and documentation studies. The research subjects were the principal, supervisor and teacher at MI Miftahul Ulum. The results of the research found: (1) School program planning includes: teaching programs, including: school profiles, school programs, school organizational structure, school vision and mission, extracurricular activities, etc. It is expected that supervisors can direct and supervise school principals in improving the quality of education regarding school program planning, program implementation and the obstacles they face in an effective, effective and efficient manner so that the quality of education in these schools can be improved
