Abstract

Abstract: The presence of competitors and the number of brands that increase in the category ofrefreshing oil aromatherapy makes the competition increasingly tight and provides opportunities forcustomers to be able to make switching of brand in accordance with the wishes and expectation. Thisstudy aims to determine the effect of products, prices, places, promotions and variety seekingpartially and simultaneously on brand switching of Safe Care to other brands in DKI Jakarta. Datawas conducted by survey with questionnaire as an instrument, while the variables in the researchwere valued using Likert Scale. The samples were taken with a non-probability sampling design withpurposive sampling. The number of samples used is 200 respondents. The SEM (Structural EquationModelling) method was used as a data analysis technique. The result of this research shows that theproduct have significant effect on the brand switching with t-value 2.00, price have significant effecton the brand switching with t-value 2.79, place have significant effect on the brand switching with tvalue2.33, promotion have significant effect on the brand switching with t-value 2.05, and thevariety seeking have significant effect on the brand switching with t-value 5.90. On the SEM model,product, price, place, promotion and variety seeking simultaneously have significant effect on brandswitching indicates a statistical value that meets the Goodness of Fit criteria. Based on the result ofthe research, the conclusion that can be taken is partially and simultaneously the variable of product,price, place, promotion and variety seeking have positive and significant effect on the brandswitching of Safe care to other brands in DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini berjudul “Hubungan Intensitas Bermain Game online Berunsur Kekerasan Dengan Perilaku Agresif Anak (Studi Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Banda Aceh)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jawaban tentang hubungan intensitas bermain game online berunsur kekerasan terhadap perilaku agresif anak di Banda Aceh. Game online menempati peringkat ketujuh pada kategori aplikasi internet yang paling banyak digunakan di Indonesia berdasarkan riset Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII) pada tahun 2013. Perilaku Agresif terbentuk salah satunya  akibat bermain game online berunsur kekerasan, kejadian ini pernah terjadi di Indonesia, pelaku mengaku terinspirasi salah satu game online First Person Shooter (FPS) Point Blank. Teori yang digunakan  adalah Social Learning Theory. Dalam teori tersebut dikatakan bahwa ada beberapa tahapan terbentuknya perilaku yaitu attention, retention, reproduction dan motivation. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenif eksplanatif. Alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa kuesioner dengan metode wawancara. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode multistage non probability sampling dan purposive sampling. Hasil analisis data menggunakan statistic parametric dengan teknik analisis data pearson menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,344 dengan nilai (p) = 0,001 ( p 0,05 ). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara intensitas bermain game online berunsur kekerasan dengan perilaku agresif pada anak di Banda Aceh. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi intensitas bermain game online berunsur kekerasan maka semakin tinggi perilaku agresif, demikian juga sebaliknya.Kata Kunci: Intensitas, Game online Kekerasan, Perilaku Agresif,          Anak,Abstract - This study entitled "Intensity Relationship Playing Online Game in the factor of Violence toward Aggressive Behavior of Children  of Elementary School Students in Banda Aceh". The purpose of this study was to find out the answers about the relationship of the intensity of playing online games in the factor of violence toward aggressive behavior of children in Banda Aceh. Online game ranked seventh in the category of Internet applications which are most widely used in Indonesia based on research of Indonesia Internet Service Provider Association (APJII) in 2013. Aggressive Behavior was formed because of playing the game online in the factor of violence; this incident ever happened in Indonesia, the offender claims to be inspired from one of the game online First Person Shooter (FPS) Point Blank. The theory used is Social Learning Theory. In the theory, it is said that there are several stages of the formation of behavior; attention, retention, reproduction and motivation. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach in the kind of explanation. Data collection used in this study is questionnaire with interview method. The sampling technique used is multistage non probability sampling and purposive sampling. The results of data analysis used is statistical parametric with techniques of Pearson data that showed correlation coefficient (r) of 0.344 with the value of (p) = 0.001 (p 0.05). Based on these results, the hypothesis is accepted that can be concluded that there is a positive and significant correlation between the intensity of the online gaming in the factor of violence toward aggressive behavior of children in Banda Aceh. This may imply that the higher the intensity of playing online games in the factor of violence, the higher behavior aggressive occurs, and vice versa.Keywords: Intensity, Online Game of Violence, Aggressive Behavior, Children.

Abstract

Abstrak: Fenomena yang terjadi pada saat ini, salah satunya media sosial, tidak sedikit orang yang aktif dalam media sosial, bahkan media sosial saat ini menjadi konsumsi pokok bagi setiap orang. Pandemi covid-19 membawa banyak fenomena yang terjadi, salah satunya dalam dunia maya khususnya pada media sosial twitter. Pada saat ini, puisi semakin diminati oleh semua kalangan penikmat karya sastra. Dahulu dimana puisi hanya diminati oleh para penyair-penyair dan kalangan-kalangan yang berkecimpung dalam dunia sastra saja. Begitupun pada saat ini puisi diminati dari berbagai kalangan, seiring perkembangan zaman pemublikasian puisi tidak hanya dalam bentuk buku namun sesuai dengan perkembangan, pemublikasian puisi saat ini dapat di jangkau seperti dalam intenet. Di internet puisi-puisi apapun dapat di akses, oleh karena itu terdapatnya media sosial yang mewadahi karya-karya sastra tidak hanya puisi saja. Berikut merupakan unsur-unsur pembangun dalam teks puisi meliputi tema/makna, diksi, pengimajinasian, tipografi. Terdapat ragam dalam puisi sebagai berikut: puisi elegi, puisi lirik, puisi ode, puisi dramatik.Kata Kunci: Fenomena Genre, Teks Puisi

Abstract

This research used qualitative research methods togather information using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study regarding the value of the initial description of children's language development in the developing category according to expectations (BSH) 16.7% and developing very well (BSB) listening to words 10%. The ability to pronounce 30% of children's language skills at Teuku Syam Aceh Besar Kindergarten with an average completeness score of 78.9% of children's learning outcomes and is in a very well-developed category. Keywords: Singing, Young Learners, and Language Skills

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease (Covid 19) yang terjangkit akhir tahun 2019 menyebabkan system pembelajaran di Indonesia mengalami perubahan dari pembelajaran tatap muka ke daring. Paska pandemic covid 19, sistem pembelajaran kembali mengalami perubahan dari pembelajaran daring menjadi pembelajaran tatap muka. Hal ini menimbulkan dampak baik positif maupun negatif terhadap proses pembelajaran siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor kesulitan belajar siswa sekolah dasar paska pandemic covid 19 di SDN Jelobok Kabupaten Bener Meriah ditinjau dari factor internal dan eksternalPenelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi 207 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 103 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling.Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk angket. Untuk mengetahui proporsi dan distribusi frekuensi data dianalisa menggunakan rumus persentasi dan untuk mengetahui factor kesulitan belajar siswa data dianalisa menggunakan medianHasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar internal ditinjau dari faktor fisiologis sebanyak 59,8%, psikologis 52,4%, intelegensi 60,82%. Sedangkan siswa yang mengalami kesulitan ekternal ditinjau dari lingkungan keluarga 85,44%, sekolah 36,14%, dan masyarakat 73,54%. Kata Kunci : Kesulitan, belajar, siswa, paska pandemic The Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19), which emerged towards the end of 2019, led to a change in the education system in Indonesia, shifting from face-to-face learning to online learning. Post the Covid-19 pandemic, the education system underwent another transition from online learning back to face-to-face learning. This has resulted in both positive and negative impacts on the students' learning process. This research aims to identify the factors contributing to learning difficulties among elementary school students after the Covid-19 pandemic in SDN Jelobok, Bener Meriah District, considering both internal and external factors. This study is descriptive in nature with a quantitative approach. The total population consists of 207 students, with a sample of 103 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire in the form of a survey. To determine the proportion and distribution frequency of data, percentage formulas were used, and for analyzing the factors of students' learning difficulties, the median was used. The research results are as follows: Students facing internal learning difficulties in terms of physiological factors amounted to 59.8%, psychological factors to 52.4%, and intelligence to 60.82%. On the other hand, students facing external difficulties, considering the family environment, amounted to 85.44%, school environment to 36.14%, and community to 73.54%.
