Abstract

ABSTRAK            Speaking adalah hal terpenting yang harus dikuasai oleh setiap orang karena speaking merupakan alat untuk berkomunikas bagi setiap orang. Dalam kurikulum sekolah, speaking merupakan keahlian terpenting dalam belajar bahasa Inggris yang harus dikuasai dengan baik oleh setiap siswa karena dengan speaking, setiap siswa dapat berkomunikasi dengan temannya dan dapat berinteraksi dengan guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, setiap siswa harus bisa berbahasa Inggris dengan baik. Untuk dapat membuat siswa berbahasa inggris dengan baik, guru dapat menggabungkan strategi Numbered Head Together dengan strategi Save the Last Word for Me dalam mengajar speaking. Strategi Numbered Head Together adalah strategi yang efektif untuk membuat semua siswa berbicara dengan baik. Dalam menggunakan strategi ini, setiap siswa diberi nomer dan berdasarkan nomer tersebut siswa akan dimintak untuk berbicara jadi setiap siswa memiliki kesempatan untuk berbicara. Save the Last Word for Me adalah strategi untuk membantu siswa memahami apa yang dibacanya. Setelah itu, siswa dimintak untuk meringkas mengenai pemahamannya tersebut dengan memberi simbol “the last word” yang harus dijelaskan oleh siswa didepan kelas. Jadi dapat diketahui bahwa dengan menggabungkan kedua strategi ini, guru dapat meningkatkan kemampuan speaking siswa dengan baik karena dengan menggunakan strategi ini siswa harus memahami sesuatu dengan memberi symbol “the last word” dan kemudian mengungkapkannya ketika nomer siswa atau yang disebut dengan “numbered head” dipanggil oleh guru.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of contextual learning with Handout and Arthropod’s preservation of high school students learning outcomes. The research was conducted at SMA N 1 Bulu Sukoharjo  Regency with research method by Pre-Experimental Design. The sample was X IA 1 and X IA 4 which taken by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there was an influence on the results of psycomotor learning in the category very effective with percentage reach 85,94%, while the results of cognitive learning is in the category less effective with percentage 48%. The average of the students questionnaire responses after joining the learning was in very good criteria. Generally, the teacher and the students also gave good responses on the implementation of the learning. The conclusion of the research is the application of contextual learning with Handout and preserved Arthropod’s not yet effectively applied in learning.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important factor to be influenced by several things, namely the quality of service. The aim to see the partial effect of the quality of its Service on Consumer Satisfaction, knowing the effect of the simultaneous Quality of Service on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kediri City Post Office on Jl. Mayjen Sungkono, No.32, Pocanan Kediri East Java. Determination of the sample using incidental techniques and sampling using the Roscoe formula. The results of the study obtained a regression equation Y = 0.122X1 + 0.188 X2 + 0.249 X3 + 0.138 X4 + 0.134X5. There is an influence between Responsiveness partially with the value of t = 2.034 there is the effect of Response Power simultaneously with the value F = 14.555. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the significant effect of responsiveness on customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kediri City Post Office on Jl. Mayjen Sungkono, No.32, Pocanan Kediri East Java. Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan sesuatu faktor yang penting untuk dipengaruhi beberapa hal yaitu berkualitasnya pelayanan. Tujuan untuk melihat berpengaruh parsial berkualitas Pelayananannya terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, mengetahuinya pengaruhnya simultan Berkualitasnya Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Kediri Kota di Jl. Mayjen Sungkono, No.32, Pocanan Kediri Jawa Timur. Penetuan sample menggunakan teknik insidental serta penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus Roscoe. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi Y= 0,122X1 + 0,188 X2 + 0,249 X3 + 0,138 X4 + 0,134X5. Ada pengaruh antara Daya Tanggap secara parsial dengan nilai t = 2,034 ada pengaruh Daya Tanggap secara simultan dengan nilai F = 14,555. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas dapat disimpulkan pengaruh yang signifikan  Daya Tanggap terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Kediri Kota di Jl. Mayjen Sungkono, No.32, Pocanan Kediri Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Mothers will experience anxiety when a baby has a critical health condition and should be treated in intensive care. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of therapeutic communication in decreasing mothers anxiety levels with infant in high-risk perinatal. The research design was pre-experimental one group pre-post test design. Population is mothers with babies who were treated in a high-risk perinatal, as many as  20 respondents, samples were taken with a total sampling method for a month, data taken through a structured interview. Given intervention is therapeutic communication with the variable being measured maternal anxiety. Analyst with the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with α£0.05. The results showed maternal anxiety levels before treatment were 50% and 65% after light treatment, and the results of statistical test obtained p = 0.001 which showed there is significant effect of giving therapeutic communication in reducing maternal anxiety. It was concluded that giving therapeutic communication by nurses can reduce the level of mothers anxiety with babies in intensive care.

Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses about the errors of using Wa and Ga particle carried out by third grade student japanese education program FKIP Riau University Academic Year 2017/2018. The purpose of this research was to find out and describe the errors in the use of wa and ga particle on what functions were most often performed by students and how students understood the use of wa and ga particle in Japanese sentences. This research is descriptive qualitative, to obtain data, the instrument used in this research is a written test. The object of this research is third grade student japanese education program FKIP Riau University Academic Year 2017/2018 who have passed the bunpou 4 courses which are 32 students. Based on the results of the test, students made more mistakes in the use of wa particle than ga particle. Student errors in the use of wa particle occur mostly in functions to show a thing that contrasts/contradicts what is said behind it (100%) and functions as a topic marker in negative sentences (90,6%). Student errors in the use of ga particle occur mostly in functions to affirm the subject (90,6%) and function to show the subject of intransitive verbs (84,3%).Key Words: Error analysis, Wa and Ga particle
