Abstract

Borneo Bersinar Kalimantan Cemerlang is a foundation that accommodates unable children from variousregions, who are given education and coaching to form character and have a  better future. In meeting daily needs, foundation funding is managed by its owners with independent business activities and expects assistance from the government and the community. Thisinitiative aims to improvethe quality of life and welfare of the foundation through the empowerment of youth in accordance with their own potential. Metode used is ABCD (Assets Based Community Development) with step 1) Field Observation, 2) Coordination With Partners, 3) Implementation of Activities, and 4) Monitoring and Evaluation of Activities. There are power and assets belonging to the foundation that can be utilized, namely unused land covering an area of 30x40m² located next to the foundation building. The land is utilized by farming catfish amounting to 7,000 fish seedlings in a pond size of 2x1x0.75m as much as 7 pieces, where later the results of catfish cultivation management will be the foundation's income.

Abstract

Financial management in religious organizations such as churches needs to be independent of church operational funds without relying on congregational offerings. The purpose of this study is to analyze the church's financial management strategy in managing its assets as an investment that generates funds for church management, especially in the Gereja Kalimantan Evangelis. The method used is a qualitative exploration with the techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. This study analyzes the financial management strategy process namely strategy formulation, development of vision and mission, identification of opportunities and threats managing church assets at GKE Resort Tewah by building swallow nests and market blocks. The investment strategy results by managing church assets can fund all church operations and become a financially independent church without depending on congregational offerings. Manajemen keuangan pada organisasi keagamaan seperti gereja perlu menuju kemandirian dana operasional gereja tanpa bergantung pada persembahan jemaat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen keuangan gereja dalam mengelola aset yang dimiliki sebagai suatu investasi yang menghasil dana untuk pengelolaan gereja, khususnya di Gereja Kalimantan Evangelis. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif eksplorasi dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa analisis proses strategi manejemen keuangan yaitu perumusan strategi, mengembangkan visi dan misi, mengidentifikasi peluang dan ancaman. Bentuk penerapan strategi keuangan dengan mengelola aset gereja di GKE Resort Tewah dengan membangun sarang burung walet dan blok pasar. Hasil dari strategi investasi dengan mengelola aset gereja dapat mendanai seluruh operasional gereja dan dapat menjadi gereja yang mandiri secara keuangan tanpa bergantung kepada persembahan jemaat.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the occupancy of Mes GKE B in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, to fluctuate. Business promotions that still use traditional methods cause people to be less aware of the profiles and facilities offered by the hotel. This research aims to Develop digital marketing media for the occupancy of Mes GKE B Banjarmasin; and Compare the occupancy results of Mes B GKE Banjarmasin before and after using digital marketing. The method used is R&D (Research and Development), which aims to develop and create digital marketing designs for social media types at the Mes GKE B Banjarmasin lodging business. This study data acquisition technique utilizes observation, questionnaires and documentation. The increase in occupancy is assessed using the AISAS model: Attention, Interest, Search, Action, and Share. The development results are in the form of digital marketing media designs containing business profiles and lodging facilities distributed via Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook social media. Marketing results using digital marketing show an increase in occupancy of Mes GKE B Banjarmasin by 58% until September 2022, with a visit rate of 380 Mes GKE accounts with an average of 13 accounts visiting Instagram Mes GKE per day. Pandemi Covid 19 menyebabkan okupansi Mes GKE B di Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan mengalami fluktuasi. Promosi usaha yang masih menggunakan cara tradisional menyebabkan masyarakat kurang mengetahui profil dan fasilitas hotel yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media digital marketing untuk okupansi Mes GKE B Banjarmasin; dan membandingkan hasil okupansi Mes B GKE Banjarmasin sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan adalah R&D (Research and Development) yang mempunyai target mengembangkan dan membuat desain digital marketing jenis sosial media pada usaha penginapan Mes GKE B Banjarmasin. Teknik pemerolehan data studi ini memanfaatkan observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Peningkatan okupansi dinilai menggunakan model AISAS yaitu: Attention, Interest, Search, Action, and Share. Hasil pengembangan berupa desain media digital marketing berisi profil usaha dan fasilitas penginapan yang disebarkan melalui media sosial Instagram, whatsapp dan Facebook. Hasil pemasaran menggunakan digital marketing menunjukan peningkatan okupansi Mes GKE B Banjarmasin sebesar 58% sampai dengan bulan September 2022 dengan tingkat kunjungan pada akun Mes GKE sebanyak 380 akun dengan rerata 13 akun yang mengunjungi Instagram Mes GKE per hari.
