Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service and product quality on the customer satisfaction of Syariah FIF leasing in Lhokseumawe city. A total of 100 respondents out 15.000 Syariah FIF leasing population in Lhoksumawe were drawn suing purposive sampling. Primary and secondary data were used in this study, and multiple linear regression was employed for the data analysis method.Simultaneous test (F) showed that service and product quality simultaneously affects customer satisfaction of Syariah FIF leasing in Lhokseumawe city. Partial (t) test indicated that service quality had a positive and significant influence on the customer satisfaction of Syariah FIF leasing in Lhokseumawe city. Quality product also showed a positive and significant influence on the customer satisfaction of Syariah FIF leasing in Lhokseumawe city. Therefore, it is suggested that the leasing parties pay more attention to product and service quality to improve customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer SatisfactionAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan nasabah di leasing FIF syariah Kota Lhokseumawe. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh nasabah di leasing FIF syariah Kota Lhokseumawe yang berjumlah 15.000 dan dipilih 100 sampel berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan uji simultan (F) hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel kepuasan nasabah di leasing FIF syariah Kota Lhokseumawe. Dan berdasarkan uji parsial (t) hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan nasabah di leasing FIF Kota Lhokseumawe, begitu juga variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah di leasing FIF syariah Kota Lhokseumawe. Dengan demikian pihak pembiayaan leasing harus memperhatikan faktor kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah.
