Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and communication on employee performance PT. Dyandra Promosindo. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population of all employees of PT. Dyandra Promosindo. The sampling technique of this study used simple random sampling. This study uses a sample size with the Slovin formula. Result work discipline and communication have positive and significant effect on the employees performance of PT. Dyandra Promosindo's, both partially and simultaneous.

Abstract

The type of approach in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was the community of 1rd neighbourhood, 4th hamlet, Kranji Village, West Bekasi District.. The sampling technique used is the slovin. The data collection method is using primary data including observation questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used instrument data test, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression. From the results of tests found the fact that brand image and brand trust simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. In addition, brand image and brand trust also partially have a significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The leadership problem has become a separate problem for the management of Bank DKI Jakarta, where the past few years have shown that there is a decrease in the performance of each manager, where this decline occurs due to a decrease in the performance of each individual employee below. The application of bad leadership will have an impact on the achievement of corporate goals obtained from not the maximum results achieved from each individual employee. On the other hand, in anticipating vacancies in certain positions and in improving job skills and skills, the company provides training for employees in the hope that all of the goals and objectives of the company can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership and training both simultaneously on employee performance at Bank DKI Jakarta. In primary data collection the author involved 57 permanent employees at the Bank DKI Jakarta head office. The technique of analysis uses simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results showed that there were influences both partially and simultaneously leadership variables and training on employee performance.
