Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on job satisfaction of employees PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Narogong. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population of all employees of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Narogong with 93 employees. The technique used is simple random sampling using Slovin formula obtained a sample of 75 employees. Result compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Narogong both partially and simultaneous

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Cipta Niaga Universe. The research method using descriptive analysis, linear regression analysis both partially and multiple The findings are that Leadership can encourage employee performance improvement, this can be seen from the ability to analyze the leader to supervise the work of subordinates, can provide direction, dare to rebuke subordinates if there are errors in work, the leader is willing to accept opinions and suggestions from subordinates, the leader is firm in his duties and faces subordinates. Work motivation can encourage improvement in employee performance, where a good work environment, salaries received by employees as expected, there are incentives for those who excel, there is work protection and company recognition of employee work performance.

Abstract

To determine the Effect of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance PT. Citra Mandiri Cemerlang Prima. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents, all of whom were employees of PT. Citra Mandiri Cemerlang Prima, while the research method uses partially and simultaneous  linear regression analysis. The hypothesis states that partially or simultaneous  organizational commitment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT. Citra Mandiri Cemerlang Prima.

Abstract

Currently CSR is a sustainable development strategy for the distribution of welfare of the people in various countries around the world through corporation activity. Therefore, on the effort of increasing welfare of nation state, government establishes the development model towards CSR corporation program as the spreading welfare strategy. This study seeks to investigate whether the strategic effect of CSR program activities on brand performance, industrial brand equity and corporate reputation in order to understand the real effects of actual CSR activities. This research to investigate and treat CSR as a whole construct on CSR program activities which covers several dimensions such as economic, social, and environmental. Specifically, this study test a meta-model of CSR. It is expected to become the basis of measurement models which provide valuable input for coping strategies and actions to be taken to reconstruct the CSR strategy and management programs that significantly impact on brand performance, industrial brand equity and corporate reputation in the future. In this study, the importance of this research will be presented for consideration and relevance in the context of future development.

Abstract

CSR is one of the drivers of employee engagement is a trend and the attention of researchers in the business world today. Experience proves that Employee engagement helps organizations to increase profits, commitment and loyalty reduces attrition, reduce absenteeism, and accidents which in turn adds up to the revenues of the firm. This study seeks to investigate whether the model of transactional, relational, and developmental approaches is an effective approach in applying the concept of CSR as a tool for employee engagement.

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) experienced enormous economic pressure during the COVID-19 outbreak. These conditions have a direct effect on their business performance, especially on the value of sales, products and services produced, thereby impacting the sustainability of their business. Since Medan known as one of biggest city in Indonesia, where the existence of MSMEs have the significance role to generate income within the community, therefore this paper is intended to analyze how MSMEs are able to rise and can continue their business activities through efforts to implement the concept of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and digital marketing.
