Abstract

Not all employee absences have reasons that are always labeled as bad. There is also an absence that can be tolerated by an agency or company, where these reasons are acceptable reasons, for example, due to illness, or certain permits that are considered reasonable and of course have a certain period so that it is not too difficult for the party where he works. The research objective is to determine the extent to which the C4.5 algorithm can help the classification calculation to find solutions so that employee works productivity increases. To find a solution so that employee work productivity increases requires certain techniques and methods, namely by classifying data mining using the C4.5 Algorithm. For data processing to get good results, Rapid Miner 5 Tools are used. The C4.5 algorithm is a type of classification rule in Data Mining. The importance of a classification rule can be determined by two parameters, namely Entropy and the highest Gain. After testing, the results obtained from the C4.5 Algorithm have an accuracy of 81.08%.

Abstract

Modernisasi dalam ilmu sosialmerujuk pada bentuk transformasi yakni darikeadaan yang kurang maju atau kurangberkembang ke arah yang lebih berkembang.Modernisasi mencakup banyak bidang, sepertidalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.Tingginya kemaujan teknologi saat ini,memudahkan masyarakat berpergian denganwaktu yang lebih efisien. Beragam jenistransportasi online menghiasi Ibu Kota DKIJakarta, mulai dari harga terendah hinggatertinggi. Penelitian ini memilih transportasionline yang ada di GO-JEK, yaitu GO-CARsebagai objek penelitian. GO-CAR saat inimerupakan salah satu transportasi online yangsedang booming dikalangan masyarakatJakarta dan luar Jakarta. Aplikasi GO-CARdapat membantu masyarakat jika inginmenuju ke lokasi yang mengharuskan melewatijalan tol dan pada saat hujan jika inginberpergian ke suatu tempat. Disampingkemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh GO-CARbagi masyarakat, kualitas pelayanan GO-CARpatut untuk dipertanyakan baik dari segipengemudi maupun pemesanan melaluiaplikasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakanmetode fuzzy servqual sebagai teori untukmengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakatterhadap pelayanan GO-CAR. Hasil penelitiandengan menggunakan metode fuzzy servqualbahwa masyarakat yang menggunakanlayanan GO-CAR merasa senang dan puasdengan jasa yang diberikan oleh pihak GOCAR.Masyarakat juga tidak memiliki kendalasaat melakukan pemesaanan GO-CAR melaluiaplikasi.

Abstract

Companies like these services are important to improve the quality of services provided to customers. In this case it is very useful for companies to plan ahead. For this reason, PT. Enchantment Denar has a different way to assess customer satisfaction. In practice, the activity of evaluating the level of customer satisfaction must be done with a good and appropriate method. Fuzzy Servqual method was chosen to assess and rank the level of customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the services of PT. Enchantment Denar and analyze service factors that must be improved and quality improved. The results of the study show that the gap value is negative, it can be said that the services provided by PT. Denar Charm has not satisfied the customer's heart. Then the lowest result of the gap is -0.334 of the empahty variable and the highest result is -1.137 in the responsiveness variable. Therefore PT. Enchantment Denar must further increase the lack of results so that in the future PT. Denar Charm is very good service for the customer.

Abstract

The development of information technology is now growing rapidly and rapidly. The use of computers is very much needed in almost every company. Computers and systems are very helpful to improve the performance and profit of a company. In processing sales data, AA Electric Stores still use manual notes using paper media and calculators. So that errors often occur in calculations. And the reports produced are only stored in the form of documents as archives. While these documents are very important for the company. For this reason, the author made the Final Project regarding the sales system at AA Electric Stores which until now has not been computerized. This information system design is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company, making it easier for users to make sales transactions, so that there is no error in the calculation and processing of neatly arranged goods data. The process of running sales transactions and processing data of goods becomes more effective and efficient. Data can be stored safely and easily searched, And with this system makes it easier for the owner to view the report at any time because when the data entered into the system will be processed directly into report information. And to improve the company's performance, it is necessary to design a purchasing system at the AA Electric Store. A web-based sales and purchase system is designed for company performance more effectively.

Abstract

Aplikasi quality control Inspection merupakan hasil perkembangan teknologi sebuah aplikasi komputer yang nantinya diharapkan dapat membantu dan memudahkan pekerjaan manusia. Diharapkan pula sistem ini dapat membantu dalam kegiatan sehari-hari agar dapat efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tahap inspeksi quality control pada PT.ISKW Java Indonesia. Perusahaan ini membutuhkan adanya suatu inovasi dan perubahan sistem yang terintegrasi berupa sistem informasi dan memberikan pelayanan untuk memudahkan pekerjaan para staf. Perancangan sistem informasi inspeksi ini dimulai dari analisa kebutuhan lunak, dan ada tahapan desain Unified Modeling Language (UML), desain basis data menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Logical Record Structure (LRS), desain rancangan antar muka, dan dalam perancangan ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Peneliti merancang sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa PHP dan database menggunakan PHPMyAdmin, sehingga menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi quality control Inspection yang mempermudah bagian quality control untuk mengolah dokumen dan data inspeksi menjadi lebih baik dan efisien

Abstract

The existence of security threats and internet abuse is often a problem for companies. Use of a VPN for access to web pages that contain negative and pornographic content which usually contain malware, viruses, trojans and others. This of course will have a detrimental effect on companies whose internet networks are exposed to attacks by malware, viruses or trojans due to employees' habit of accessing web pages that contain negative and pornographic content. To prevent these threats, a method of regulating access and use of the internet network is needed according to its purpose. Content filtering is used to filter sites or web addresses that are not allowed by the company because they are considered to have no direct connection with their field of work. The firewall filtering content method in the Winbox application is one of the methods to achieve the goal of blocking negative and pornographic content that can be accessed by employees during working hours. This research was implemented at PT. Indonesian Mighty Beasts. The results of this study, after the content filtering firewall is implemented, employees cannot access web pages that contain negative and pornographic content and of course are not work related so that the implications for work are more productive, efficient and optimal.
