Abstract

Promotion or promotion is a transfer that increases the authority and responsibility of employees to higher positions within the organization so that the obligations, both status and income are greater. Almost all employees want to get a promotion. This research discusses finding the best solution to help take the decision to increase employee positions at PT. Prudential uses the Analitycal Hierarchy Process method to help determine the preferred priorities of various alternatives. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best candidates from a number of existing employees to occupy available positions based on predetermined criteria. Research is conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute, such as examples are aspects of intellectual capacity, aspects of work attitudes, and behavioral aspects, then carried out a perankingan process that will determine the optimal alternative, namely the promotion of employee positions. As a result of the application of the AHP method in this study, the value of the determination of the promotion of employee promotion 0 - 6 was declared unfit to be promoted and if the value is greater than 6, then the employee is declared worthy to be promoted to his position.

Abstract

Human resources determine the progress and development of a company and is the most important aspect to pay attention to, if it is not noticed what happens is the number of negative impacts that will be received by the company such as operational delays, unsatisfactory performance, giving a bad image of resource management humans and many other risks. In improving the quality of human resources, it can be done by emotional provoking human resources themselves, many studies have discussed the importance of maintaining and considering improving the quality of human resources, one of which is done by knowing things related to improving the quality of human resources. . This study will look at the effect of job promotions, salary increases, leadership on the quality of human resources with the results obtained that the independent variables of salary increases and promotions have a significant value that has a positive effect on improving the quality of human resources, while leadership results in rejection of the level of influence on improving the quality of human resources with a negative significance value.

Abstract

Decision support system is the implementation of several decision-making theories by sciences such as operations research and management science. There are several differences, namely if in the past to find a solution to the problem at hand, iteration calculations had to be done manually or usually looked for the minimum, maximum, and optimum values, now Pc computers have offered the ability to solve the same problems in a relatively short time. Abstract

Work productivity essentially includes an attitude that always has the view that today's work methods must be better than yesterday's work methods and the work that can be achieved tomorrow must be more or of higher quality than the work achieved today. The job description does not discuss the problem of people or employees in the company, but issues regarding the scope of activities, basic functions, main tasks, job names, authorities, responsibilities, assessment criteria and also the results. Work facilities in principle focus on office or company work, namely helping to serve various activities or smooth work and also being a means of support in various company activities that are physical and can be used in normal company activities. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The research scale used is a Likert scale. Partially, it was found that the job description variable had a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Samudra Pangan Lestari. Partially it was found that the facility variable had a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Samudra Pangan Lestari. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variable job description and facilities on the work productivity of PT. Samudra Pangan Lestari.

Abstract

Work ethic is important as the totality of the employee's personality and the way employees express, perceive, believe and give meaning to something that encourages them to act in achieving optimal work results. Motivation is a set of forces that come from within and from outside a person who encourages him to work better and is willing to spend a higher level of effort to achieve the direction and goals that the company wants to achieve. Loyalty is the nature of an employee who is willing to participate in achieving company goals with all his abilities, skills, thoughts and time and keeps company secrets and does not take actions that harm the company as long as the employee is still active in the company. Regression analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample of 73 employees. The scale used is a Likert scale. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of motivation and work loyalty on the work ethic of employees of PT. United Rope. While partially found the motivation variable has a significant effect on the work ethic of employees of PT. United Rope. Partially, it was found that the work loyalty variable had a significant effect on the work ethic of the employees of PT. United Rope.

Abstract

Intellectual Intelligence is able to work to measure speed, measure new things, store and recall objective information and play an active role in calculating numbers and others. Soft Skills are abilities beyond technical and academic abilities, which prioritize intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. Recruitment is a process that begins with a desire to fill available job vacancies until the applicant submits his application file. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method to determine the relationship of each independent variable to the dependent variable. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples. The research scale used is a Likert scale. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that partially, each variable of intellectual intelligence and soft skills has a significant effect on work conflict at PT. Sequis Life Medan. Simultaneous hypothesis test results show that simultaneously, soft skills have a significant effect on agent recruitment at PT. Sequis Life Medan

Abstract

The sales target is the value to be achieved when the business is doing marketing. Customer loyalty is evidence of consumer loyalty to use a product or service continuously because having high satisfaction with the product or service to be used will tend to arise to recommend products or services to other potential customers. Buying interest is a desire to buy a product or service due to both external and internal influences where previously an evaluation of the product or service to be purchased was carried out. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination test. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The results of the study partially proved that customer loyalty had a significant positive effect on the sales target of PT Sinar Rezekimas Makmur. The results of the study partially proved that buying interest had a significant positive effect on the sales target of PT Sinar Rezekimas Makmur. The results of the study simultaneously proved that customer loyalty and buying interest had an effect on the sales target of PT Sinar Rezekimas Makmur

Abstract

A job description is a written statement about the description of a job, its conditions, and relationships with other parts of the organization. Job descriptions are an important part of the human resource development system. Work commitment is an attitude that shows more than just formal membership, but also includes an attitude of liking the organization and a willingness to put forth a high level of effort for the benefit of the organization in order to achieve its goals. Work performance or work performance is defined as an expression of ability based on knowledge, attitudes and skills, and motivation in producing something. Abstract

Saat pandemi berlangsung semua bekerja dan belajar dari rumah. Penggunaan teknologi yang masih sedikit, menjadikan setiap orang belajar dalam menggunakan semua media online yang ada. Belajar dan terus berdaya guna meskipun dalam kondisi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Keefektifan Pembelajaran biasa diukur dengan tingkat pencapaian isi belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi ini. Pernyataan ini menggunakan sepuluh indikator dalam pembagian angket. Dalam hal ini perlunya pembelajaran dan penguasaan teknologi, perlunya dukungan teknologi yang memadai dan perlunya proses pembelajaran yang tercapai dengan baik.

Abstract

The success and progress of the company is strongly influence by human resources that exist within the company. For the good quality of human resources, the company must apply good monitoring and improve job enthusiasm to makes job effectiveness better in future. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of monitoring and job enthusiasm to  job effectiveness  at PT. Multi Artha Universindo Medan.The analysis methods used in this research are quantitative analysis. The data used in this researchwere primary data and secondary data. The population of this research is 34 peoplesand the sampling is using saturation sampling technique in which all members of the population become samples. The variables were measured by Likert scale. Data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regressions.The results of this research stated that simultaneously monitoring and job enthusiasm are influencing job effectiveness at PT.Multi Artha Universindo Medan.
