Abstract

Inculcation is a systematic effort to inculcate value. In this case, the planting of multicultural values is targeted using the inculcation theory so that it can be seen what the actual steps of inculcation are at the Al Hasani Al Latifi Islamic Boarding School. Where the pesantren is famous for its ability to manage the diversity that exists in the pesantren and in the Kauman community of Bondowoso City. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type is a case study. The data analysis used is the theory of Miles B. Huberman with data condensation, verification, and data presentation activities. The results are, first, in stimulus values, the active role of caregivers and clerics is clear and large. Second, the values discussed have four multicultural values that are emphasized at the Al Hasani Al Latifi Islamic Boarding School. These values are tolerance, democracy, equality and justice. Third, multicultural living values at the Al Hasani Al Latifi Islamic Boarding School involve several parties such as caregivers, religious teachers, pesantren residents to the Kauman community. Caregivers with the support of the ustadz are figures who play a role in grounding the multicultural values of the santri in the pesantren. Caregivers and clerics provide habituation

Abstract

Character building is an integral part of the main objective of education. Not only related to the development of scientific insights, but Islamic education is also oriented to the formation of morals (character). In Indonesia, the educational figure Ki Hajar Dewantara has a unique perspective on education and its strategy in shaping students' character. In this research, several problem formulations are proposed, including 1) what is the method of character building according to Ki Hajar Dewantara ?, 2) How is the character-building method in Islamic education? This type of research is research (Library Research), which takes library materials that have something to do with the problem under study. This research concludes that character education, according to Ki Hajar Dewantara consists of among, ngemong and among as well as ngerti, ngrasa and nglakoni. Meanwhile, its relevance to Islamic education is the concept of character building Ki Hajar combining morality, intellect and spirituality, the three of which are circularly applicable in the concept of Islamic faith, which is not only limited to believing and understanding, but also implementing it in everyday life

Abstract

This article aims to provide an overview regarding improving the quality of life of the people of Tegaljati Village in KKN activities with the theme POSDAYA Mosque. Where Posdaya aims to help empower families and communities through religious and social development. This activity uses the ABCD approach with operational definitions of mapping and analysis related to Problem Based Approach, Need Based Approach, Right Based Approach, Asset Based Approach. the result is that there are three focus activities namely the development of the creative economy, religious development, education improvement, and fostering the younger generation. In the field of creative economic development that is being carried out by d is entrepreneurial innovation from aquatic plants, namely Arnong. The field of religious development carried out by the team is an increase in religious activities. One of the forms is the revitalization of mosque activities such as the congregational prayer movement, revitalizing the mosque with religious activities, as well as deliberations to improve the quality of life for the people of Tegaljati. The field of education that is being carried out is learning assistance for PAUD, MI, MTs, and MA students. The area of ​​coaching the younger generation that is being carried out is the re-establishment of the Remas.

Abstract

The general purpose of the Mosque-Based Posdaya Thematic KKN especially for students, is to help students improve their ability to learn together with the community, apply religious knowledge in integration with technology, arts and culture that have been studied directly and see whether the application process is in accordance with the theory obtained during college, and bring benefits to society. The results of the activity stated that the Thematic Posdaya KKN based on the STAI At-Taqwa Bondowoso Mosque included, among others, at the KKN location, the mosque which was the center of activity had advantages and potential in the fields of religion, education, health, and also the economy. Where in the religious field it is shown by several existing activities such as reading sholawat nariyah, khatmil Qur'an, Istighosah, Practice of Tajhizul Mayyit, and praying Fatayat. In education, there are TPQ and madrasah diniyah which are taught by residents around the mosque. In the health sector, there are toddler and elderly posyandu whose implementation stage is often announced through mosque speakers. And with entrepreneurship, communication about business activities is starting to be discussed by teenagers and people remember that after praying in congregation they sit on the porch while talking. Where the form of a new product initiated by students and the public is SUREN drink (duren milk).

Abstract

The focus of the research in this article is to find out and analyze the cultural values of Islamic boarding schools in shaping the moderate character of students, and the conditioning carried out. The method used is a qualitative approach and a case study type of research. Data collection techniques include walking, in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are carried out by condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research state that the Islamic boarding school cultural values at the Al-Islah Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School are a combination of Tasamuh, Tawazun, I'tidal, Tawasuth, and Standing Above All Groups. Where this value was adopted from the Gontor Islamic Boarding School. Conditioning is carried out in several ways, namely the students are placed in multicultural rooms and not only from one region, communication uses Arabic and English, use of social space to strengthen moderate character, and the example of Kyai and ustadz.
