Abstract

This research was conducted at companies engaged in the property, real estate & building construction sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.In this study using purposive sample method as a sampling method. The number of samples used was 6 companies with research data conducted from 2014 to 2018 so that 30 observational data were obtained. In testing the hypothesis in this study carried out in six ways, namely the regression model test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and test the coefficient of determination.From the results of this study it can be concluded that simultaneously all variables have a significant effect on firm value. The results of the regression analysis show an adjusted value of 0.486599, which means that the variation of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margi, Return on Equity and Earning per Share can explain 48.66% of the variation in firm value. While the remaining 51.34% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this thesis is to determine the effect of screen-printing paint quality and printing prices on consumer purchasing decisions by printing companies. The study was conducted on 60 respondents through the distribution of questionnaires. The method used in this research is descriptive method and qualitative method. Based on the answers to the questionnaire, raw data has been obtained which is then processed using SPSS version 23 so that it becomes useful data for this research. In addition to calculating the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, this study also calculated the relationship between variables. The correlation of the effect of paint quality on purchasing decisions is 0.721 the correlation of the effect of price on purchasing decisions is 0.529 and so it can be said that the relationship between the three variables is quite strong, thus Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. In the t-test, the results of t-count paint quality are 7.143, t-count prices are 6.896 and t-count when compared with t-table of 2.001 then there is a significant relationship is significant between paint quality and price on purchasing decisions by Printing Companies.

Abstract

Berdasarkan fakta yang terjadi kasus covid 19 yang semakin meningkat yang dimana usaha bidang F&B menghadapi masa sulit tetapi adanya salah satu usaha F&B yang tetap bertahan karena transaksi dari pelanggan yang sudah setia dengan produk dari perusahaan ini. Mengumpulkan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner serta pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 19. Dilakukannya observasi ini dapat disimpulkann X1 yaitu kualitas pelayanan, X2 yaitu harga dan X3 yaitu promosi berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas loyalitas pelangggan yang menunjukan bahwa uji T yaitu kualitas pelayanan thitung 2,007> 1,98238, harga thitung 5,816>1,98238 dan promosi thitung 4,694>1,98238 yang berarti 3 variabel ini berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y dengan kontribusi 44%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how far product quality and price affect purchasing decisions at PT. Leo Fam Facilities. The research conducted is by distributing questionnaires, while the research method used is descriptive method. In conducting this research, the writer uses correlation coefficient analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and F test and t test. From the results of the analysis the authors obtain the following results. From the multiple linear analysis, the equation Y = 1.583 + 0.542 X1 + 0.510 X2 means that for every 1 point increase or decrease in price, the purchasing decision will increase and decrease by 0.542. On product quality, every 1 point increase or decrease, the purchase decision will increase or decrease by 0.510. From the correlation coefficient analysis, it is shown that the price correlation coefficient is 0.953, close to 1, and the product quality correlation coefficient is 0.948, close to 1, so the relationship is strong and has a positive relationship with purchasing decisions at PT. Leo Fam Facilities. From the results of the F test for model 1, the value is 716,380 and for model 2 is 573,529 where both values ??are greater than the F table of 1.96, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In the t-test, the results are known, in the t-column it is known that the t-count for the price (X1) is 7.108 while the t-count column for product quality (X2) is 6, 382 by using the t normal distribution table and using the degree of freedom or (df) n - 2 = 75 – 2 = 73, the value of the t table distribution is 1.666. Because t count product quality and price > from table t which is 1.666, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Etika adalah salah satu bagian penting dalam interaksi sosial kemanusiaan, tidak terkecuali di dalam suatu organisasi usaha, seperti koperasi. Salah satu konsep etika modern yang cukup terkenal adalah etika utilitarianisme. Utilitas artinya perangkat atau kegunaan, atau dengan kata lain, dasar suatu tindakan ekonomi itu baik atau tidak ditentukan pada tinggi atau rendahnya nilai utilitas. Utilitarianisme juga disebut sebagai teori etika konsekuensional, karena menekankan nilai moral pada “sebab-akibat” atau pada dampak dari tindakan moral yang dilakukan. Analisis biaya dan manfaat ini menghitung berapa besar biaya yang akan dikeluarkan seorang pelaku usaha dan dampak yang akan ditanggung oleh masyarakat jika dibandingkan dengan keuntungan yang akan diterima oleh pelaku usaha dan manfaat yang akan diterima oleh masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan dari Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah Penggunaan rumus CB dan membuat skala kemanfaatan, secara tidak langsung membentuk budaya atau landasan etis dari internal Koperasi Madani dengan mendasarkan pada nilai utilitas atau kebermanfaatan, dimana manfaat tidak hanya dirasakan oleh anggota koperasi saja, tetapi juga kepada masyarakat sekitar, mitra usaha, hingga stakeholder lainnya dalam Koperasi Madani tersebut.

Abstract

The technological developments that are happening nowadays are growing rapidly. All aspects of human life in their activities use information technology as a tool to facilitate and accelerate activities carried out. On the other hand, competition in the economic sector is also getting tougher. All producers are competing in marketing their products to consumers. The era of information technology using internet networks makes the distortion of time and space meaningless. Marketing is an important aspect of economic activity. The combination of good marketing concepts with technology makes producers more reliable in maintaining their existence. The growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is flourishing in Indonesia. According to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2016, MSMEs contributed 60.34% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and 89.2 percent of labor absorption. Many home industry MSMEs are growing and have a contribution to the economy. However, the contribution of MSMEs to the value of Indonesian exports has only reached 14.17% of the total exports. This data shows that the role of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy is very large. However, with the current development of information technology, it has not been optimized for business penetration through expanding marketing through digital media

Abstract

This research was explain about analyzing and knowing the development of the global exchange stock price FTSE index by analyzing to the Indonesia’s Stock Exchange (BEI) and to determine cointegration between FTSE 100, data Inflation, USD/IDR exchange Rates, and Interest Rate. Combined to IHSG. Data collection method was data from 5 years starting from 2017 to 2022 on a monthly basis. The sampling method is nonprobability sampling with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The analysis was carried out using the Johansen Cointegration Test and VECM test which processed by Eviews 10 software. Results showed no significancy short-term relationship between FTSE 100, Inflation, USD/IDR Exchange Rates, Interest Rate and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG ). But, on the other side have a significant long-term relationship between them.
