Bahasa Inggris adalah bahasa yang paling penting di bidang pendidikan begitu juga di bidang pekerjaan. Dalam bahasa inggris terdapat banyak pola-pola kalimat, salah satunya tenses.Tenses adalah pola kalimat yang membentuk suatu gambaran atau penjelasan kapan suatu peristiwa, kejadian, atau tindakan terjadi di dalam kalimat yang sesuai dengan keadaan, antara lain: sekarang (Present), akan datang (Future), atau lampau (Past). Pada materi tersebut para peserta didik kesulitan memahaminya, lebih mudah lupa tentang struktur tenses dan belum adanya aplikasi mobile pembelajaran tenses bahasa inggris. Tujuan pembuatan Aplikasi Tenses ini mempermudah peserta didik untuk memahami materi tenses tersebut.Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis yaitu metode pengumpulan data, diantaranya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah RUP (Rational United Process) dan metode pendekatan berbasis objek. Alat bantu yang digunakan pada perancangan sistem ini menggunakan pemodelan UML meliputi Diagram Use Case, Diagram Activity, Diagram Class, Diagram Sequence, dan Diagram Collaborasi dan perangkat lunak yang digunakan penulis adalah Android Development Tools (ADT) dan SQLite sebagai database.Dengan aplikasi tenses ini para peserta didik lebih mudah memahami tentang materi tenses ini dan mempermudah mengingat macam-macam struktur-struktur tenses serta mengetahui kemampuan peserta didik dengan adanya menu latihan soal dalam aplikasi tenses tersebut. Aplikasi ini akan diterapkan pada platform android yang merupakan platform opensource.

Dosen kemahasiswaan program studi sistem informasi (Prodi SI) masih kesulitan dalam melakukan pengelolaan data pengurus himpunan mahasiswa sistem informasi (HIMA SI) karena tidak memiliki data lengkapnya. Selain itu masih terdapat miskomunikasi berkaitan dengan jadwal program kerja (proker) masing-masing, sehingga mengharuskan pengurus HIMA SI membagi anggota untuk mengerjakan proker HIMA SI dan membantu proker Prodi SI. Pembuatan laporan dosen kemahasiswaan dilakukan setiap bulan dengan melihat dana dan data proposal proker yang diajukan dan LPJ proker HIMA SI yang sudah dilaksanakan, adanya kebutuhan data ini mengharuskan HIMA SI untuk melakukan pelaporan dengan tepat waktu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan model pengembangan sistem informasi prototype. Sistem informasi yang sudah dibuat pada penelitian ini membantu dosen kemahasiswaan dalam mengelola data pengurus HIMA SI, mengintegrasikan jadwal proker Prodi SI dengan HIMA SI, selain itu dosen kemahasiswaan dapat melakukan laporan bulanan proker HIMA SI dengan menggunakan data yang akurat dan tepat waktu.

SMK Bakti Nusantara 666 is a vocational high school located in Kab. Bandung. In the 2016/2017 school year, SMK Bakti Nusantara 666 had 485 grade 11 students from 5 majors. With the large number of students in the internship section it will process these students. The large number of students with the manual labor system that is still done manually is prone to delays in completing work and piles of documents. In this case SMK Bakti Nusantara 666 does not yet have an information system that can facilitate registration, daily monitoring agenda, and apprenticeship assessment. Therefore, it is necessary to design an information system that can help the internal engineering process, namely in terms of registration, daily agenda of monitoring, and appraisal assessment. The method used is descriptive method. The system approach method applied is a structured method and a development method using the waterfall method. The design of the apprenticeship information system can help students, the hubin and the internship testers in the three processes, namely by being able to access the system wherever and whenever. In addition, delays in processing the prakerin and stack documents can be minimized.

Thiss study aims to determine work experience, job training, organizational climate, and its influence on employee performance at PT. Trengginas Jaya either partially or simultaneously. The sample used as many as 30 employees. This research uses descriptive and verification methods. Hypothesis testing techniques T-test and F-test and data analysis techniques for Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS v25 for Windowss software. The result of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of work experience, job training, and organizational climate on employee performance simultaneously of 26.907. In addition, work experience, job training, and organizational climate also partially have a significant effect on employe performance. Among these variables, partially Work Experience has a significantly greater level than the other three variables, which is 3.778

An Analysis of Rachel's Trauma in Novel "Speak" Firza Nur Chaerunisa; Erna Susilawati

This paper focuses on identifying the trauma that caused Rachel Bruin's character changes in Laurie Halse Anderson's novel "Speak". The purpose of the analysis is to determine the relationship between trauma and character development in one of the characters, Rachel. This paper applies descriptive qualitative research by identifying the triggers of trauma that happened to Rachel using Laurie Vickroy's theory and identifying character changes using Richard Kraut's theory. Based on the findings of this research, its found that the trauma Rachel experiences to be friends with Melinda again so that Rachel tends to have a worse character before she became hated with Melinda. In fact, she tried to deal with his trauma by being able to let her best friend Melinda be alone in the new season. The implication of this research is to clarify the relationship between trauma and character development in a novel narrative.

Era revolusi industri ini membuat teknologi dan informasi tersampaikan begitu cepat dam akurat sehingga jarak dan waktu menjadi sangat bias seolah tidak ada. Revolusi industry ini mendorong persaingan diberbagai bidang menjadi semakin ketat. Di era pandemic covid 19 ini banyak lini bisnis yang engalami kebangkrutan, namun masih ada beberapa lini bisnis yang masih bertahan, salah satunya adalah bisnis digital media yang beroperasi berbasiskan internet dan teknologi informasi. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini dilaksanakan melalui zoom dikarenakan kondisi yang tidak memungkinkan untuk melaksanakan secara tatap muka langsung dikarenakan adanya Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Hasil yang dicapai dari pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat pada CV bacaterus Digital media ini adalah karyawannya dapat membuat artikel yang lebih berkualitas dan dapat meningkatkan animo visitor atau viewer bacaterus untuk mengunjungi laman bacaterus baik itu pengunjung baru maupun pengunjung yang lama.

The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia in recent years has experienced very rapid growth. One of the items most often purchased by Indonesian people in e-commerce is fashion. This is caused by various things, one of them is the lifestyle of the community itself and conformity, this shopping behavior over time can lead to consumptive behavior, including the fashion community in Sukabumi. This study aims to determine the relationship and influence of Lifestyle and Conformity on Consumptive Behavior in the Community, either partially or simultaneously. The research that will be conducted is quantitative research with descriptive and verification research methods. Total population in this study 220 people, and this study uses the Slovin formula to determine the sample size with a margin of error of 10%, and the result is 69 people for the sample. The results of the study partially have a positive and significant influence on the Lifestyle variable on Consumptive Behavior. Partially there is a positive and significant influence of the Conformity variable on Consumptive Behavior and simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of the Lifestyle and Conformity variable on Consumptive Behavior
