Abstract

The success of a country’s development is inseparable from economicdevelopment activities in it. The fi nal objective of the national development is tocreate social justice for all Indonesian people. Economic development is a plannedeffort and done in continuous basis to manage all existing resources to improvethe welfare of the community. Indonesia consists of many islands, Provincial andRegency / City, where the province of Bali and Denpasar City as one of them, then itseconomic development is the elaboration of the national development. The economicdevelopment of Bali province as well as Denpasar city actually driven by severalsectors, including agriculture and trade sectors, hotels and restaurants and a fewmore other sectors. The economy can be said to have a solid foundation if thosesectors has balanced contribution against its gross domestic product.This study istrying to see the infl uence of agricultural and trade sector, hotels and restaurantsto the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) of Denpasar. And the goal is todetermine the effect of those sectors to GRDP of Denpasar and which one of themare more dominant and how development of GDP in 2014. From the analysis ofthis study it can be concluded that the agricultural and trade sectors, hotels andrestaurants have a positive effect on GDP of Denpasar. It means that if those sectorsare increasing, the Denpasar GDP will increase, as evidenced by the slope coeffi cientof 4.836 obtained in the agricultural sector means that if the agricultural sector rose1%, the GDP rose 4.836%, while the sectors of trade, hotels and restaurants slopesector 1.971 means that if the trade, hotels and restaurants rose 1%, the GDP rose1.971%. Trade, hotels and restaurants have dominant infl uence on the GDP about73.20%, while the GDP of Denpasar continues to rise each year becoming 16150.96billion in 2014.

Abstract

Each office job, eiher government or private always there is saving process,register and mail process with certain system and able to guaranteed. In line withorganization development, hence activities in organization increase so that needsa good file management. If file managed in good hence process of work will faster,cheap, and accurate and success. All of this will make work efficiency increase. Thisstudy aim to find out the efficiency of employee work at local secretariat office ofDenpasar city. Data analysis technique was used simple regression analysis and ttest. Data processing assisted with SPSS for windows version 17,00. From the resultof analysis can be concluded that management of file have positive and significanteffect toward employee work efficiency. It can be seen from simple linear regressionequation that is Y=6,753 + 0,812X. It shows that if management of file increasedhence employee work efficiency will increase too. While probability test obtainedsignificant value is 0,000 too far from alpha value 5% (0,05) so that it have significanteffect. Suggest can be given that management of work file in re-finding of file andwill need extension of file saving room and employee work efficiency especially workdiscipline need improved.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to determine whether there is influenceof the office layout and the physical work environment on employee performanceand simultaneous partial, as well as to determine which of the two factors which arepredominant affect the performance of employees at PT. Surya Cahaya Inti Denpasar.Factors office layout to note is the shortest distance principle, the principle of a seriesof work, the principles concerning the use of all rooms, the principle of the changein the composition of the workplace, the principle of integration activities, and jobsatisfaction for employees. Factors While the physical work environment is the air,sound, light, color, safety, cleanliness, and space.Through this study the authorspropose the following hypothesis: There is the influence of the office layout and the physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Surya Cahaya Inti Denpasar and simultaneous partial. The population in this study were employeesof PT. Surya Cahaya Inti Denpar that about 20 people. Data collection methods usedin this study descriptive correlational, multiple regression analysis techniques werecalculated using SPSS version 13.0 anlisis to facilitate researchers in data processingto be fast and efficient. The results and discussion indicate that the hypothesis ofoffice layout and the physical work environment is partially positive and significantinfluence.From the results of the study also showed that the hypothesis of officelayout and the physical work environment simultaneously positive and significanteffect.While the most dominant factor affecting the performance of employees is thephysical work environment factors.Based on this study suggested to the Chairman ofPT. Surya Cahaya Inti Denpasar to keep attention to the arrangement of the officespace and the physical work environment Company.

Abstract

The arrangement of office lay out in the company need a good attentionin order that the good lay out will give some benefit among others : the work willrunning well , a better traffic of work , and will be easier in controlling .The aim of this research is to know if there an influence of the office lay out to theemployees mentality in the Mineral Water Company Pt. Tirta Artha Buana Mulia.Some hypothesis that applied are there is a sinificant influence of office lay out tothe employee’s mentality mentality in The Mineral Water Company Pt. Tirta ArthaBuana Mulia. The population in this research is an employees of The MineralWater Company Pt. Tirta Artha Buana Mulia with 84 samples . The method of datacollecting is using correlational decriptif , and regression analysis technique whichis counted using version 16.0 SPSS analysis . The result of this research is shownthat the hypothesis of office lay out is accepted and significanttly influenced to the employees menthality in The Mineral Water Company Pt. Tirta Artha Buana Mulia,which is proofed by the figures of t-count = 14.125 is bigger than the table value= 1.989 using believable degree of 95% and failure degree of 5%. Meanwhile theinfluence of the office lay out to the employee’s mentality in the The Mineral WaterCompany Pt. Tirta Artha Buana Mulia is 70.9% and the rest is 29.1% influencedby unresearched factors. Based on this research , it is suggested to the head of TheMineral Water Company Pt. Tirta Artha Buana Mulia to keep giving attention to theoffice lay out such as the desk , chair , light , and cleanness , in others to support thework of the office so the employees menthality will be raised .

Abstract

One keyfactor to increase or decrease the performance of employees is the role of a leaderwhois able to provide motivation for employees.The purposeof this studyto determineand analyze the patterns of leadership and employee performance.In this study data collection through questionnaires proportional random sampling with a sample size of 57 employees, and analyzed using simple correlation analysis,signifi cant test, simple regression analysis anddetermination, with using programSPSS16.0 For Windows, based on the resultsof research and discussion suggeststhat there relationships and infl uences are very strong andsignifi cant relationshipbetween leadership variablesonthe variable performance of employees in the Offi ceof the Regional Secretariat of Denpasar.
