Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of level III leadership training, creativity and task commitment on employee performance. The research process was carried out at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia using a case study method. The study sample was 168 employees of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia who were selected by simple random sampling from 289 populations. The findings are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of level III leadership training on employee performance, (2) there is a positive direct effect of creativity on employee performance, (3) there is a positive direct influence on task commitment to employee performance, (4) direct influence positive level III leadership training on creativity, (5) there is a positive direct influence on task commitment to creativity. Referring to these findings, researchers can conclude that employee performance is positively influenced by level III leadership training, creativity and task commitment. Therefore, to maintain employee performance, organizations must implement level III leadership training, creativity and task commitment. Finally, it was concluded that level III leadership training, creativity and task commitment must be considered in producing employee performance.

Abstract

This research investigates whether and how empowerment leadership and talent management influence the mediator variables (employees’ job satisfaction) in the organization context. It also examines how the mediators should influence employees’ job performance. 575 employees were recruited for a survey study, and Structural Equation Modeling was used to test the research hypotheses. The empirical results indicate that empowerment leadership and talent management have significant and positive effects on employees’ job satisfaction. Furthermore, employees’ job satisfaction has partial mediators between predictors variables to employees’ job performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Rekind Daya Mamuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Kuesioner yang bersumber dari Karyawan PT. Rekind Daya Mamuju. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan instrumen data berupa kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Rekind Daya Mamuju dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik sampel jenuh sebesar 70 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan November 2021 s.d Januari 2022. Data dianalisis menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi, kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara antara semua variabel dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. < 0,05 yang diperoleh berdasarkan uji t.

Abstract

The study collected primary data from 131 respondents via questionnaires and used the entire population as a sample. The study lasted three months, from April to June 2021. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) motivation is positively influenced by leadership, organizational culture, and competence. (2) While leadership has a positive but not statistically significant effect on performance, organizational culture, competence, and motivation all have a positive and statistically significant impact on performance. (3) While leadership and competence have a positive and significant effect on motivational performance, organizational culture has a positive but insignificant effect on motivational performance. This means that while leadership and competence have been shown to increase the motivation of the State Civil Apparatus, leadership alone has not been shown to increase performance, while good organizational culture, competence, and motivation have been shown to increase performance. On the other hand, leadership and competence have been shown to increase performance through motivation, whereas organizational culture, competence, and motivation have been shown to increase performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership style effect on job satisfaction, the leadership style effect on performance, the job satisfaction effect on performance and the leadership style through job satisfaction effect on performance. The results of the regression analysis show the equation: Y1 = 0.740X and Y2 = 0.226X + 0.601Y1. The path analysis results show the equation, Y2 = 0.671X. Hypothesis test results indicate that the leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the leadership style has a significant positive effect on performance, the job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance and the leadership style through job satisfaction significant positive effect on performance. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Agility terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Pada PT. Arco Samudra Perkasa Balikpapan. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Pada PT. Arco Samudra Perkasa Balikpapan. 3). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Pada PT. Arco Samudra Perkasa Balikpapan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, maka Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Kepemimpinan Agility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Pada PT. Arco Samudra Perkasa Balikpapan (2). Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Pada PT. Arco Samudra Perkasa Balikpapan (3). Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Agilitas Organisasi Pada PT. Arco Samudra Perkasa Balikpapan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja melalui budaya organisasi. dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perpustakaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dengan mengambil populasi pegawai di Dinas Perpustakaan Kabupaten Luwu Provinsi Sulawesi Barat yang berjumlah 30 orang, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Kemudian budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil uji Sobel diketahui bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap pegawai pada Dinas Perpustakaan Kabupaten Luwu Timur.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai dilakukan untuk mengukur dan mengevaluasi hasil dari pekerjaan yang telah dilakukan pegawai terhadap organisasi di tempat ia bekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor kualitas sumber daya manusia dan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian peneliti dijadikan sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 51 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS statistic 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Desa di Kabupaten Wajo dan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Desa di Kabupaten Wajo.
