The modern era when we as Muslims in facing on the current challenges of globalization are increasingly conflict to it make use of technology in a good way for it to be beneficial to the people, nation and religion. Already should be the Muslims not only make use of technology, time coding to create new technology. And we show that the Muslims are also able to develop and compete at technology-technology that is reliable, creative and innovative. Tafsir on Al-Qurthubi, this verse is a staple of the Foundation about the attempt of making tools and reasons. Allah Ta'ala has preached about the Prophet David, that he makes US armor, binoculars, and eat of his work itself. While Adam is a farmer, Nuh a Carpenter, a tailor, Luqman and So is the tanners. The above interpretation of Islam advocated to create or use a tool that can facilitate our work. That's the technology, and it turns out that the idea of utilization of this technology is in the Qur'an. The technology does have two sides. He could be beneficial if it is used with the aim of a good, or it could be the enemy if it is used for purposes that are not good.

The rise of promotions and buying-selling through internet where social media has become one of the media, it has many positive impacts, such as buying-selling transactions have become easier. Meanwhile, it has negative impacts too, such as fraud and others, this makes researchers interested in researching how clothing traders on the Sudimampir market, Banjarmasin utilizes media as a promotion in order to be able to compete and increase their sales. This research aims to find out how the use of social media in clothing in Sudimampir market, as well as the obstacles that faced when using social media as a means of promotion.The researcher used field research, which is descriptive qualitative by conducting in-depth interviews and then the results can be summarized. The informants in this study were 15 people, all of whom were clothing traders who were selling in the Sudimampir market.The results of this study indicate that the use of social media as a promotion of clothing Sudimampir market using several social media such as: WA (Whatsapp), BBM (Blackberry Messenger), FB (Facebook). Those social media used as a means for ordering, Facebook and Instagram used for uploading photos of the items they sell. Those social media give a positive impact, namely their sales have increased which is in accordance with the function of social media in trading, which can increase sales.

This research departs from the activities that are often done by the Banjar community which is always identified with Islam. Sociologically, the identity of the Banjar community with Islam refers to a social identity that reflects a common social bonding foundation. Historically, Islam was used as a pivot of trading system by Banjar society. This means that the behavior of Banjar people can be searched the source on Islamic references, including in it is the behavior of Banjar people in trading and selling both in the study of verses and hadith. This study aims to find out how to buy and sell floating market in South Kalimantan, how to buy and sell transaction agreement in floating market in South Kalimantan and what is the underlying proposition of people in South Kalimantan in trading and selling floating market. Thus, at least that has been the point of trouble can be revealed and can be scientific information that brightens. This research is a field research (field research), this research is descriptive, where the data collected were analyzed qualitatively. To obtain the required data. The author conducted observations, documentation, and interviews directly with some traders Floating Market in South Kalimantan. Through qualitative analysis technique from this research resulted from the findings: First, how to buy and sell floating market in South Kalimantan (1) Barter, (Goods with equivalent goods) (2) Sale and purchase transaction of goods by means of exchange (money).

This process begins with preliminary activities that provide stimulus in advance for students to be proactive in learning that will be implemented and present some problems in life-related to learning material. Then proceed with the core activities beginning with observing such as asking students to read a reference book about mudaraba and also given the opportunity to observe some questions about what happened related to the material discussed and observe the slides that are displayed. Then the questioning process is carried out with the process of students to answer the pre-test given in the form of questions, then provide the opportunity for students to ask questions related to observations made previously about mudaraba and accommodate questions from them and give opportunity to each student or point randomly to answer a question from his friend. After observing and asking questions, it is continued by exploring some of the results carried out previously such as searching for answers to pre-test questions by reading some of the references contained in the teaching book or other book references, then in this activity collecting information from questions and answers conducted and completing it by reading the textbooks and other reference books related to syirkah material and a discussion on the problems obtained. At the core, activity ended with communicating inviting students to make a report on the results of discussions that have been done by presenting in front of the class and given a response from other groups and ending affirmation of the learning outcomes.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian normatif yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Yang pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui kajian dari berbagai literatur dan juga dari berbagai pendapat majlis tarjih Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Tengah. Setelah pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, kemudian dilakukan analisis kualitatif. Penelitian yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Penelitian hukum normatif adalah penelitian hukum yang meletakkan hukum sebagai sebuah bagian sistem norma. Sistem norma yang dimaksud adalah mengenai asas-asas, norma kaidah, dari peraturan perundangan, putusan pengadilan, perjanjian serta doktrin (ajaran). Serta tempat penelitian adalah di Majlis Tarjih Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menurut analisis peneliti Majlis Tarjih Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya tidak memberikan putusan tetapi mereka memberikan pandangan terhadap tindakan eutanasia ditinjau dari hukum waris Islam memiliki beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1. Mereka bersepakat hukum umum euthanasia (Aktif) adalah haram apapun alasanya. 2. Pelaku euthanasia tidak mendapatkan harta waris dari orang yang dibunuh. 3. Eeuthanasia (pasif) hukumnya boleh. 4. Mereka berselisih pendapat tentang bagaimana hukum orang yang membunuh si yang terbunuh yang mendapat maaf dari keluarga dengan bersedia membayar fidyad (Denda) apakah mendapat warisan atau tidak.

This research departs from the concerns that occur at this time with the nature that has started not friendly with living things in it, it can be felt like rainfall in the dry season or vice versa, many animals are becoming extinct due to higher earth temperatures, the ozone layer that began thinning which is the heat that feels stinging the skin. Maintaining the preservation of the environment is part of the noble character that must be applied in the midst of human life. This is done by maintaining the sustainability of life in the world and preventing damage, disasters that can occur coupled with the greedy human attitude by destroying nature. These forests are the source of this natural force as water stores, oxygen producers, carbon dioxide absorber, germplasm sources, sources of food and food, wildlife habitats that if not properly managed will become extinct and the survival of life on earth will end. Allah SWT has created a variety of nature on this earth. The plant that God created with various benefits. Wrong is for human needs. Humans as God's creatures also need plants for them. In fact, the essence is the most perfect worshiper of God, but they will still need the plant. The universe is the greatest gift to man, for that Allah Almighty enjoined man to make good use of it and we must continue to give thanks to Him. In reality, however, there is corruption here and there from the actions of the hypocrites. Human beings as perfect beings who are mind-wielded by God should use their reason for everything good for themselves and for others. Including plant or tree maintenance for the sake of their environmental sustainability. In addition, we also should not neglect the land because the land can be used for something good. the environment taught by Rasulullah SAW based on revelation, so many we encounter scientific verses of the Qur'an that discusses the environment. The Quranic messages about the environment are very clear and perspective. This authors' journal will try to discuss extensively al-Quran and the environment, since al-Qur'an has explained the importance of safeguarding the environment by laying its foundations and principles globally. Purpose of problem First: Knowing what and how the current environmental condition. Second: Knowing how important it is to maintain and maintain the environment. Islam regulates all human activities including in doing muamalah by providing restrictions on what can be done and what is not allowed. In sharia business, the business must be based on sharia. All laws and rules are done to keep businessmen to get a lawful fortune and in ridhai by Allah SWT and the realization of equal distribution of welfare. Then ethics or rules about sharia business have an important role also in syari'ah-based business. The essence of business in Islam besides seeking material gain is also seeking immaterial benefits. The immaterial advantage is the profit and happiness of ukhrawi. It is in this context that the Qur'an offers an advantage with a business that never recognizes the harm which the Qur'an termed the "lan tabura". Because even if materially Muslim businessmen lose money, but in essence he remains lucky to get reward for his commitment in running a business in accordance with sharia.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pertanyaan bagaimana ketentuan hukum tindak pidana eksploitasi seksual pada anak menurut hukum Islam? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketentuan hukum tindak pidana eksploitasi seksual pada anak menurut hukum Islam yang meliputi bentuk, unsur dan sanksi hukumnya. Penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu dengan mengkaji beberapa bahan hukum, baik bahan hukum primer, sekunder maupun tersier. Teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum dilakukan dengan survey kepustakaan dan studi literatur. Bahan hukum yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan teknik editing dan interpretasi data. Kemudian untuk memperoleh hasilnya dilakukan analisis komparatif yang bersifat deskriptif, di mana seluruh bahan yang diperoleh diuraikan terlebih dahulu berdasarkan sistematika yang telah penulis tetapkan, kemudian membandingkan bahan-bahan tersebut untuk merumuskan suatu kesimpulan. Melalui analisis hukum Islam, penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan: Tindak pidana pelaku eksploitasi seksual pada anak menurut hukum Islam tidak diatur secara khusus, dalam Islam hanya mengatur tentang larangan melacurkan budak-budak perempuan serta larangan mengambil hasil dari tindakan pelacuran tersebut.
