Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of workload and job satisfaction simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Bojonegoro. Testing on the accuracy of respondents' reactions was carried out by distributing questionnaires at PT. PLN (Persero) Bojonegoro and is an employee with a total of 97 respondents. The test method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS for Windows Version 24 Program. The conclusions obtained are that: (a) Workload has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro; (b) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro; and (c) Workload and Job Satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained is 65.0% which indicates that the Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro can be explained by 65.0% by the independent variables, namely Workload (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Bojonegoro. Pengujian terhadap ketepatan reaksi responden dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner di PT. PLN (Persero) Bojonegoro dan merupakan karyawan dengan jumlah 97 responden. Metode pengujian menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan Program SPSS for Windows Versi 24. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwasannya: (a) Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro; (b) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro; dan (c) Beban Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 65.0% yang menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro dapat dijelaskan sebesar 65.0% oleh variabel independen yaitu Beban Kerja (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2)Keywords: service quality, price, trust, intention to purchase
