Abstract

ABSTRACTSusan Wala. The Profile of “Cap Tikus” Processing Industry in Tokin Baru Village East Motoling Sub District. Under guidance of Benu Olfie L.S., as chairman, and Mex F.L Sondakh and L.R.J. Pangemanan as members.The objective of this research is to describe the profile of “cap tikus” processing industry, based on farmers characteristic, industry condition, industry impact to families welfare and cap tikus farmer’s interaction in society. Method used in this research is census method. This research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data are obtained from interviewed with “cap tikus” farmers using questioner to collect the data. Secondary data are obtained from village government/administration office. For describe cap tikus farmers in Tokin baru Village, the data analysis used is descriptive analysis and presented in table form. To calcute cap tikus farmer’s income rate, it uses income analysis followed by R/C analysis to find the feasibility rate of this industry.Cap tikus industry in Tokin Baru Village characterized as home industry (family business) which most of the resources, such as labour and raw materials are from family resources except some fixed active buyed by family. The main problem in this bussines is unstabil prices and the decreased of mayang quality caused by aren tree becoming old. But, the market demands never slack and the ability from farmers who only experts to processing cap tikus make this industry still hold in. This research shows that cap tikus processing industry at Tokin Baru is profitable with R/C ratio 13,02, but if input the calculated cost but not being spend, so the R/C ratio is 0,85. That being held to describe bussines performance in form of bussines managerial evaluation.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research has been purposed to describe the effectiveness of Savings and Loans For Woman Group Activity (SPP) in Kauditan Subdistrict North of Minahasa Regency on 2012-2013. The benefit of this research is to provide information about the effectiveness of activity operated by saving and loans for woman group in Kauditan Subdistrict North of Minahasa Regency and to give an information to those who need that information.Data collected are primary data and secondary data. The primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents and the secondary data was obtained from the institutions associated with this research. The sampling method was done by "cluster sampling". The selected respondents were all members of savings and loans for woman group. The total sample is 30 members of savings and loans special for woman group.The results of this research showed that the effectiveness of savings and loans for woman group activity in Subdistrict Kauditan relatively effective with a percentage of 93%. It means that all members of the group used the funds for productive activities by adding capital to business in order to further develop the business.

Abstract

ABSTRACTGabriela Hana Kaawoan. Evaluation Of Agribusines Development Program in Kalawat District North Minahasa Regency. Under Guidiance Celcius Talumingan as Chairman, Tommy Lolowang and Lyndon Pangemanan as members.The objective of this research is to evaluate. PUAP Program in Kalawat sub district Minahasa regency based on the contex, input, procces, product. That was used in this research is purposive sampling method. Data used in this research was primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected by interviewing members and farmes group and GAPOKTAN management in 5 villages that accept PUAP program in Kalawat sub district and secondary data were collected from institutions that related with this research. Analysis in this research was descriptive with CIPP method, tabulation and scoring analysis. Revenue and cost of farmer was used to cost farmer’s incomeThe research result showed that for PUAP program based on the context, agent of extension and institutions that related with the research obtained high interpretation with index 100%. It can be proved from agriculture industries that improve, good response from farmes to this program the readiness of extension agent to improve agribusines industry in village through socialization and farmers group activity, agent of extension couwel PUAP programe farmers roufinely, and government strategy to make PUAP program success, based an input aspect of PUAP program to evaluation to farmer, investigation and related institution get high on average, but there was a statement that get low interpretation with index 67,2% that was farmes altitude awy, less capital in starting their business, capital the was used was their our capital and the business hasn’t improved yet. Seen from process aspect that PUAP programe evaluation in farmers investigator and institution that related get high average. However there was a low interpretation with 67,2% index that was the attitude of farmer before this PUAP program.This attitude was the farmer was less motivated, less capital in running the business so that the business was less developed. From the process aspect, evaluation of PUAP program to farmer, agent of extension and institution obtained high result on average. However, the obstacle was the return of loan capital was not running well. From the product aspect, the PUAP evaluation on farmer, agent of extension and institution obtansl high result with 100 index. This can be seen raised from farmers income increase that they before Rp 1.637.551/Ha and after PUAP the income rate raised become Rp 3.357.524/Ha von average farmers start new business land raise, and production improves, due to GAPOKTAN went well cording rules and could improve well through. GAPOKTAN manager over all PUAP evaluation program to farmers through CIPP evaluation got 87.6%, to agent of extension through CIPP evaluation 99,1% and to related instituation got 97,1%.5Even the overall the interpretation was high, but in return of capital had not gone well, acompanion of agent of extens maximum to farmers and observation of agriculture department directly had not done routinely.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aims of the study are to determine the development of BRI credit which has distributed in the agriculture sector, to know and to analyze the development of its credit financing on agriculture and non agriculture, to know about non performing loans at BRI. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk specifically at Tondano Minahasa District Branch. In this research only on certain BRI unit that ditributes credits to agriculture sector. Those units are unit BRI Langowan, unit BRI Kawangkoan, unit BRI Tondano, and unit BRI Sonder. The data were analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative descriptive data analysis then were presented in Tables. The results show that the financing plan and credit that distributed by BRI branch in Tondano to agriculture sector in Minahasa is increasing from year to year. It can be seen from the financing achievement provided by BRI is greater than the BRI financing target. The development of BRI agriculture and non agriculture financing has experienced of increasing from 2011 to 2013 through BRI credit such as KUR Mikro and KKP-E. BRI has faced credit problems when the time of credit repayment in which the NPL of non agriculture is 50% as for agriculture sector NPL is only 20%. This may happen because of the lenders could not pay their debts.

Abstract

ABSTRACTJuwita Walewangko. Organic Vegetables Farming Development Strategy in Kakaskasen Two village, District of North Tomohon in Tomohon (under Guidance Juliana Mandei as Chairman, Lyndon Pangemananan and Ellen G.Tangkere as Members).The purpose of this study is to identify the internal conditions: strengths, weaknesses, and external: opportunities, threats in the development of organic farming of vegetables in Kakaskasen Two village of North Tomohon district in Tomohon city and to formulate the development strategies of organic farming of vegetables in the village.Data collection was conducted over three months, since november 2014 until the month of February 2015. The data collection method is a survey method. The data obtained are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and interviews directly to the department of Agriculture, Head of Kakaskasen Two village, farmer groups, farmers and consumers. Next the secondary data obtained through Badan Penyuluhan Pertanian Perikanan dan Kehutanan (BP3K) of North Tomohon in Tomohon. The sample were 30 respondents of organic vegetable farmers in which consist of 5 people tomato farmers, 15 farmers cauliflower and cabbage 10 farmers. SWOT analysis were used in this research to analyse the data.The results of this study indicate that a force for the development of organic farming vegetable farmers have experienced and mastered the technology, has a cooperation agreement with the Department of Agriculture, Head Kakaskasen two, and BP3K, organic production facilities are available and that the weakness is the future land conversion requires considerable time that is 2-3 years old, organic productivity is low, there is no labeling of organic products so the price is the same as the inorganic. Organic agriculture has the opportunity to be developed in the Village Kakaskasen two is the support of the government, increasing the public keasadaran to consume organic vegetables but face a threat that is the competition with other local farmers and reduced consumer confidence in the market because it is generally not 100 percent organic. Agricultural development strategy of organic vegetables in the Village Kakaskasen two are improving the ability and skills possessed by farmers, organic vegetables and quality assurance in cooperation with the Department of agriculture, and the labeling BP3K colored according to the levels of organic vegetables, to socialize constantly, and expand organic vegetable farming to benefit from access to capital as well as increased public awareness to consume organic products. Abstract

ABSTRACTPurpose of this study is to describe the profile of the business of “ Bawang Goreng Garuda Jaya" CV. Duta Agro Lestari based on the aspect of management, availability of raw materials, production processes, marketing, and finance.Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the CV. Duta Agro Lestari as a fried onion processing industry are included in the category of the industry. The company has 28 workers which divided into 7 permanent workers and 21 casual workers. The main raw materials used by the CV. Duta Agro Lestari is Sumenep red onion obtained from farmers, and supervised directly by the company. The production processing done daily during 3 days for each period of activity. All Fried onions product is packaged in a variety of models and sizes of packaging. Product marketing reach of the CV. Duta Agro Lestari is quite extensive, not only in the city of Palu, but also on the island of Sulawesi and Java,and singapore, Malaysia, Korea, and Japan. The faculty has two models of marketing channels.For one month, CV. Duta Agro Lestari receive a profit of Rp. 9,520,201.67 and the Break Even Point (BEP) of the business achieved with production of 1,274 kg.

ABSTRACTAntonius Dedy Prawira. The proportion of paddy farmers expenditure of the Mopuya Village, North Dumoga sub District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Under guidance of Ventje V Rantung as a chairman; Mex L Sondkh and Lyndon R.J. Pangemanan as members.The objective of this research is analyze income and expenditure, measures the proportion of the paddy farmers expenditure and to by classifying large paddyfarmers have more than 5 ha moderate paddy farmers who have from 3,01 ha to 5 ha and small paddy farmers who have less than 3 ha in Mopuya Village, North Dumoga District Bolaang Mongondow RegencyThe study lasted for 3 months from preparation to writing in to Mopuya Village North Dumoga District Bolaang Mongondow Regency august of reports than in june to august 2014, North Sulawesi Province. The data taken were primary data obtained by direct intervews with owners of paddy farmers, using a list of questions that have been prepared secondary data obtained from the office of the Village and rice milling. Sampling was done with less farmers by using cluster random sampling method (sampling in group), by dividing the farmer to farmer groups with board ownersip of the wetland; farmers who have small paddy fields (< 3 ha), farmer who have moderate paddy fields (3,01 to 5 ha) and farmers who have large paddy fields (> 5 ha), each group of 10 farmers. Total number of respondents as a sample of 30 farmers.The research result indicated that income for small farmers were USD 1,567,875 to USD 6,024,500 million, while for the moderate farmers were USD 7,095,000 million to USD 10,906,500 million and for large farmers were USD 10,620,500 million to USD 15,434,000 million. The greater area of land cultivated, the smaller the proportion of expenditure on food, while for non-food expenditure increases.

Rumagit as a Chairman, Lyndon R.J. Pangemanan and Martha M. Sendow as Members)The objective of this research is to know the financial feasibility of Halmahera Honeybee Center, in Linaino Village, North Mollucas Province.The data collection has been started since August 2014, for 3 months. The obtained data were primary and secondary data, primary data was obtained by interviewing the owner of Halmahera Honeybee Center, and secondary data was obtained from the literature that related with honeybee business. The methods that are used to analyze are feasibility analysis to analyze Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Net Benefit/Cost, and Break Event Point.The research showed that the honeybee business in Halmahera Honeybee Center was feasible financially. It could be seen from Net Present Value that was positive (57.659.816,77), Internal Rate of Return was 50.5%, Net Benefit/Cost was 2.34, and Break Event Point was 2 years 1 months 28 days

Abstract

ABSTRACT Rurukan region as the plateau region is an a potensial area for development potensional strawberry farm, which not only can be a life strut farmers, but also can be a potensional region for main development of Strawberries comodities. The purpose of this study is to determine how the process of strawberry farm by the farmers since the cultivation stage to the marketing of products, as well as to determine the level of income from farming strawberries in Tomohon sub district Rurukan East Village, this study lasted for 3 months and the data collected in the form of primary data taken directly from farmer groups of kina, Rurukan. The results showed that the income derived from farming strawberries in one season or eight times harvest for 1000 is Rp.20.887.043 strawberry plants with a total production cost incurred for the 1000 crop of strawberries for Rp.5.377.957 and total receipts amounted to Rp.26.265 000. Revenue Cost Ratio Analysis showed that the strawberry farm in the village Rurukan obtain the value of R / C of 4.92. it means that every 1 rupiah costs strawberry farmers can result in revenue of 4.92. this shows that strawberry farm in the Rurukan Village is profitable.
