Peranan guru sangat diperlukan untuk membantu siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar agar materi dapat dipahami secara optimal. Seorang guru tidak hanya semata mengajar di depan kelas saja, tetapi harus bisa menginspirasi siswa. Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum 2013 memerlukan kemampuan guru dalam bidang IT terutama dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran yang mudah dan menarik karena pembelajaran dalam kurikulum 2013 terdiri dari kegiatan mengamati, menanya, menalar, mencoba dan mengkomunikasikan. Penilaian yang dilakukan pada kurikulum 2013 mencakup tiga ranah yaitu afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotor. Tujuan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran powtoon pada pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 tematik untuk kelas V Sekolah Dasar Gugus 1 Kota Bogor. Pendampingan ini mendapatkan respon positif terbukti dengan antusiasme guru dalam mengikuti dari awal sampai selesai. Meskipun peelatihan pendampingan ini berbeda dari biasanya, yaitu menggunakan media online atau Webinar karena adanya Covid-19. Pada saat pemberian materi tentang pengenalan program powtoon ini, para guru banyak belajar, karena program ini merupakan program yang baru dikenal. Antusiasme dan kesiapan para guru menandakan adanya motivasi untuk menumbuhkan keaktifan siswa dalam belajar.

Differences in the characteritics of children with special needs will require the ability of teachers to combine various abilities and talents of each child, such as mentally retarded children who need communication like children in general. His developmental delays are often excluded from his playing enviranment, thus the need for good social interaction with mentally retarded children. Based on these problems, a study was conducted to describe the findings of social interaction in mentally retarded children in extraordinary school Mentari Kita. The research is a descriptive analysis with qualitative research approach. Technique of data analysis was performed with data reduction stage, the presentation of data, and verification (conclusions). Researchers used the test of credibility, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, and konfirmabilitas to obtain the validity of the data. The result showed that the way social interaction with mental retardation children how do social contacts and communication as being able to respond when invited to communicate but it should be repeated over and over,the subject has a weakness in the concentration of so when invited to talk hard staring at your opponents interlocutor. When did the subject communication using language that sounds stilted. Social contact subject well againts his peers is characterized by sensitivity to her friends when in distress, want to help his friend like get a pencil, and divide the food per day taken by subject. Based on the above research result it can be concluded that the way the social interactions of the child with mental retardation how do social contacts and communication in accordance with the terms of the occurrence of social interaction. The research with classroom action research approach is carried out in collaboration and cycles. It is conducted in class 1A Ciheuleut 2 Elementary School, Bogor Timur with the aims of describing learning outcomes level of success in Tema 2 Kegemaranku, Sub-tema 4 Gemar Membaca Pembelajaran ke 3 through scientific approach by applying discovery learning model. The subjects of this study are a teacher with 31 students in the odd semester 2018/2019 school year. The first cycle result showed that the average value of learning outcomes of the students who achieved completeness is 16 students (48%), while 15 students (32%) have not. Meanwhile, In the second cycle there are 27 students (87%) who achieved completeness, and 4 students (13%) have not yet achieved it yet. In the first cycle learning process, the students changing behavior values were 48% which was considered good enough, and in the second cycle the average score is 80% with good category. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of discovery learning in Tema 2 Kegemaranku, Subtema 4 Gemar Membaca, Pembelajaran 3 in class 1A Ciheuleut 2 Elementary School, Bogor Timur improves the changes of students behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning outcomes and improve learning outcomes of human and environmental sub-themes through instructional video media. The method used is a quasi experiment, carried out on students of class VA and VB SDN Gegerbitung Sukabumi. The analysis technique used is the analysis prerequisite test which includes a normality test, a homogeneity test, then a research hypothesis test is performed using the t test. The results showed that in the normality test both samples were normally distributed because of the L value ≤ Ltable. Then the homogeneity test obtained nilai2 count value of 0.26 ≤ ð‘¥2table 3,841, then: There is an influence of learning outcomes of human and environmental subthemes through instructional video media obtained an average value of N-Gain 61 with completeness of learning outcomes 94.44%, and conventional media obtained an average value of 42 N-Gain with completeness learning outcomes 63.15%. And the results of testing the hypothesis states that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because tcount (5.29) ttable (1.99346). Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the learning outcomes of human and environmental sub-themes through instructional video media.

The purpose of this study is to find outThe Effect of Learning Discipline on Mathematics Learning Outcomes. The population in this study were students of fourth grade of SDN 01Gunung Picung. The analysis prerequisite testing technique is in the form of a normality test, then the homogeneity test is carried out. Data that is declared normal and homogeneous is used to test the hypothesis which results show that there isThe Effect of Learning Discipline on Mathematics Learning Outcomes. Simple correlation regression analysis technique produces a relationship model which is expressed in the form of a regression equation, namelyŶ = 88.1 + 1.37X. The results of this study are indicated by statistical analysis which produces a correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.57. While the coefficient of determination is 32.49%. Regression analysis techniques and simple correlation of learning discipline with mathematics learning outcomes produce an effect which is expressed in the form of a regression equation, namely Ŷ = 88.1 + 1.37X. which means that each increase in learning discipline units causes an increase in mathematics learning outcomes by 0.57 units. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between the learning discipline and mathematics learning outcomes on the fourth grade of SDN 01 Gunung Picung, Bogor Regency, 2020/2021 academic year

RELATIONSHIP USING LEARNING MEDIA WITH SELF CONCEPTThe aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the use of learning media and self-concept. The research approach uses quantitative with correlational study methods. The study data was obtained using a questionnaire tool for both variables. The validity test of the use of instructional media and self-concept tools was calculated using the Pearson Product Moment formula and the reliability coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach Alpha formula. The population consisted of VA, VB and VC students from the District 2 Primary School. A sample of 48 students was obtained using the Taro Yamane formula. Testing the analysis requirements in the form of normality tests (Liliefors). After the normality test is performed, a homogeneity test is then performed (Fisher). Data declared normal and homogeneous are used to test hypotheses, the results of which indicate that the use of instructional media has a positive and significant relationship with self-concept. Statistical analysis yields a correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.69, which means that the relationship level is classified as strong and a count of 8.80 is higher than ttable with a significant level of 0.05 of 2.021, meaning significant. It can therefore be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the use of instructional media and the self-concepts of students.

THE EFFECT OF PARENTAL TUTORING ON STUDENT DISCIPLINE The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parental tutoring on student learning discipline. The data of this study were obtained using a questionnaire instrument for both variables. The validity test of the instrument of social interaction and discipline is calculated using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient formula and the reliability coefficient is calculated using the Cronbach Alpha formula. The population in this study were the fifth grade students of Cibeureum 4 Public Elementary School in Bogor City, amounting to 89 students. The samples taken by 47 students were obtained using the Taro Yamane formula. Tests for analysis prerequisites in the form of a normality test (Liliefors). After the normality test, homogeneity (Fisher) was tested. Data that has been declared normal and homogeneous is used to test the hypothesis, the results of which show that there is an influence of parents' tutoring on student learning discipline. Simple correlation regression analysis technique produces a relationship model which is expressed in the form of a regression equation that is Ŷ = 9.99 + 0.86X, with a tcount of 17 greater than t table with a real level of 0.05 of 2.021 and a contribution based on research results of 86 %. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that there is an influence of parents' tutoring on the discipline of learning in grade IV students at Cibeureum 4 Elementary School in Bogor City 2018/2019.

ANALYSIS OF SATISFACTION OF LECTURERS AND STUDENTS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF ELEMENTARY TEACHER EDUCATION STUDY PROGRAMS, UNIVERSITY OF PAKUAN.The quality of educational institutions is strongly influenced by input from various factors that influence it, including leadership policy factors, facilities supporting the teaching and learning process. The performance of study programs is one of the most important benchmarks of the success of education in a tertiary institution because it will determine the high or low quality of education in tertiary institutions. Lecturers and students often complain about the policies implemented by study programs, especially about the facilities and facilities in the classroom that are not good so that the learning process becomes less conducive. The impact of the problem about dissatisfaction on the performance of the study program is shown by its uncomfortable learning behavior. The purpose of this study is to find out how the study program performance is assessed by lecturers and students, and to find out what indicators of lecturer and student satisfaction have been carried out by Elementary Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Programs. To analyze the satisfaction of lecturers and students on the performance of PGSD Study Programs with qualitative methods with descriptive designs. The results showed that lecturers and students' satisfaction with PGSD Study Programs services was in the quite satisfied range. In general, students felt quite satisfied with PGSD Study Programs services. Students feel quite satisfied with tangible aspects, reliability, assurance, and empathy. The study program performance was responded to very satisfied by lecturers and students. In general, lecturers and students are quite satisfied with the service performance of PGSD Study Programs, but there are still some indicators that still require the attention of PGSD Study Programs, especially in the tangible, reliability, assurance, and empathy aspects.

This research uses qualitative method with descriptive design. The purpose of this study is to identify the studentss learning interest in the courses of learning strategy based E-Learning. This research was conducted to the students of primary school teacher education in faculty of teacher training and education study program, Pakuan University, Bogor. The data source of this research is the lecturers of the subjects of learning strategy in the Primary School Teacher Education. Informants in this study are the students of the primary school teacher education which registered as active student for academic 2013/2014. The results showed that all indicators of learning interest is well achieved. The involvement scored 4.2. the attention scored 4.2; the interest scored 4.1; and happiness scored 4.3. Based on the results of the percent, the results of all learning interest indicators achieved more than 60% of the involvement score is 67% , the attention is 86%; the interest is 75% ; and happiness is the highest result. It got 90%.Keywords: learning interest, e-learning based learning strategy.

This study aims to determine the development of an e-book based on the environmental theme of our friend, the sub-theme of environmental change to be developed for fifth-grade students at the State Elementary School of Kebon Pedes 5, Bogor City, and to determine the feasibility of an e-book based on flipbook maker for the learning process carried out in school. The research method used in this study is the research and development method using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), but in this study, only the development stage is only to determine the development of teaching materials. Flipbook maker based e-book. The results showed that the electronic book based on the flipbook maker, the environmental theme of our friend, and the sub-theme of environmental change, was declared suitable for use based on validation by material experts persentase 91%, linguists with persentase 100%, and media experts persentase 92% as well as students as user responses with persentase 90,68% because it could increase students' enthusiasm for learning in class.
