Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze differences in financial performance and stock prices before and after Covid-19 incigarette companies. Financial performance in this study is measured using three ratios namely Return on Asset (ROA), OperatingProfit Margin (OPM) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The data used in this study is secondary data from the type of financialstatements of Cigarette Companies from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website and the official website of cigarettecompanies, and the sampling method used is sampling census because the samples used in this study are the financial statements ofthe entire population of Cigarette Companies registered with the IDX in the third quarter of 2019 to the fourth quarter of 2020. Theanalysis method in this study is the wilcoxon test using SPSS 26. Based on the results of research obtained show Return on Assets(ROA), Operating Profit Margin (OPM) and stock price showed no significant differences before and after Covid-19. Net ProfitMargin (NPM) shows significant differences before and after Covid-19. To find out and analyze the state of cigarette companies inthe Covid-19 pandemic and also as a consideration for investors and business people in policy making

Abstract

Tujuan studi: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Tunjangan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Kantor Pos Samarinda). Metodologi: Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Kantor Pos Samarinda). Kuesioner berisikan data mengenai tunjangan, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil: Dari hasil uji T dalam uji hipotesis, tunjangan mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk hasil uji F menunjukkan tunjangan (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Manfaat: Manfaat dari studi ini ialah sebagai informasi peninjauan masalah mengenai Pengaruh Tunjangan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Abstract. The importance of the role of youth to face the future, so they must be equipped and prepared with education about entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial spirit (entrepreneur) at the basic education level is to develop independent, creative, leadership and hard work traits. To improve and prepare for this, socialization or counseling was carried out at the Az-Zahra Islamic Boarding School Foundation (SMP Tulung Agung) on Jl. Axis Samarinda -Tenggarong Gg. Langsat RT. 002 Jembayan Village, Jembayan, Loa Kulu, Kutai Kartanegara. The socialization will on 28 March 2022. The purpose of this socialization is to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship and build an entrepreneurial spirit. The method used in this activity is to provide education in the form of counseling about entrepreneurship, discussions and questions and answers. The results of this activity obtained from student response data state that students have known about entrepreneurship more broadly and can instill entrepreneurial spirits and interest in entrepreneurs. Abstrak. Pentingnya peranan pelajar untuk menghadapi masa depan, sehingga harus dibekali dan dipersiapkan edukasi mengenai kewirausahaan. Jiwa kewirausahaan (entrepreneur) pada jenjang pendidikan dasar adalah dengan mengembangkan sifat mandiri, kreatif, kepemimpinan dan kerja keras. Untuk meningkatkan dan mempersiapakan hal tersebut dilakukan sosialisasi atau penyuluhan di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Az-Zahra (SMP Tulung Agung) di Jl. Poros Samarinda -Tenggarong Gg. Langsat RT. 002 Desa Jembayan, Jembayan, Loa Kulu, Kutai Kartanegara. Sosialisasi dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 Maret 2022. Tujuan dari sosialisasi ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan mengenai kewirausahaan dan membangun jiwa entrepreneur. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini ialah dengan memberikan edukasi berupa penyuluhan mengenai kewirausahaan, diskusi serta tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diperoleh dari data respon pelajar menyatakan bahwa para pelajar telah mengetahui tentang entrepreneur lebih luas lagi dan dapat menanamkan jiwa-jiwa entrepreneur serta ketertarikan terhadap entrepreneur.

Abstract

The success of a company is influenced by employee performance. By improving employee performance will make it easier for company goals to be achieved. One factor that can improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The sampling technique used is by taking a purposive sampling. The method used in this research is data collection through questionnaires, literature study, and observation. The technique used to analyze simple linear regression data and examine hypotheses simultaneously and partially. The result is compensation and motivation significantly influence employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

Case Based Learning (CBL) is learning that is oriented towards effective and interesting problem solving, discussions of specific situations and examples of real events in the business world. The object of the case used is an effort to preserve the environment that affects the business world from an economic, social, political and legal perspective. The activity was carried out at Sungai Karang Mumus School (SKM School), which is located on Jalan Muang Ilir, Betapus Village, Samarinda. This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of CBL on the motivation of student learning outcomes. The study used a pre-post-test approach. The total population is 25 students of Master of Management, University of Muhammadiyah East Kalimantan who are members of the environmental management class and use the total sampling technique. Non-parametric statistics, namely the pairing test of the Paired Sample t-test with the Wilcoxon test used in data processing. The results showed that there was a significant difference in student motivation and learning outcomes before applying case-based learning methods and before case-based learning was applied to environmental management courses. Students who are looking to study will have good learning outcomes. Students and then get used to think critically and use prior knowledge in problem solving. This has triggered educators and institutions to apply case-based learning methods as innovative learning.

Abstract

The importance of the role of learners in the future, therefore entrepreneurship education must be continued and prepared. Entrepreneurship at the basic education level is designed to develop independent, creative, leadership and hardworking traits. To improve and prepare it, socialization or counseling was carried out at the Al-mujahideen Integrated Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Jl Soekarno-Hatta Km 10, Karang Joang Village, North Balikpapan District, Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan. The socialization was held on October 16, 2022, consisting of 82 students. The purpose of this socialization is to provide information about entrepreneurship and build an entrepreneurial spirit. The method of this activity is to provide education, discussion and question and answer, and wilcoxon test is also used to find out the comparison before and after the delivery of the material. The results of this activity are expected that students can gain knowledge about entrepreneurship and develop a desire to become entrepreneurs for the future, the results of the Wilcoxon test state that there are significant differences before and after the delivery of the material. So all students have understood more deeply about entrepreneurial knowledge, developed and built a mindset about entrepreneurship.

Abstract

2022 will be the rise of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia by contributing 61% of the national GDP and absorbing 97% of the total workforce. Based on the city area, UMKM is one of the components that contributes 9.27 % of economic growth in Pangkal Pinang City. However, the application of Intellectual Property (IP) in MSME business behavior has not been handled optimally. The purpose of this study is to identify human resource management in MSME actors in building work teams that are aware of IP in business activities. This research using a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data were obtained by conducting observations and interviews with MSME business actors in Tasikmalaya City who had not registered or had registered their KI. The results of the study show that SMEs have an awareness of the importance of IP in entrepreneurship. KI is assessed by MSME actors as supporting business continuity through the maturation of the three entrepreneurial teams they have. MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City have at least a production team, operational team and marketing team. The three teams currently being developed are the marketing team, because they involve digital media capabilities. That is, the application of IP is a priority to avoid claims on the brand or type of business they own. In addition, MSME actors utilize family-based human resources. This character is in accordance with the application of the Pancasila economy.
