<![CDATA[This paper explains about innovation of the local government which is part of the Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) service reform. Aklamasidansa is the policy of the West Aceh Regency in the matter of arranging birth certificates and death certificates that are integrated with village funds. The issue of legal identity is still a problem in Indonesia, many people do not have a legal identity so that it has an impact on all services provided by the government to the community. Aklamasidansa is an innovation that brings government and society closer. Aklamasidansa has been running since 2017 and operates in the assisted villages. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach, the informants of this study were the community as recipients of services, the West Aceh government as an innovator. The results of the study show that the aklamasidansa policy has increased the coverage of legal identity ownership, especially birth certificates which increased from 70.25% percent (June 2017) to 93.90 percent (December 2018). Aklamasidansa as one of the service innovations to the community is running very well in improving the data administration of the village and make it easier for citizens to receive services in arranging birth certificates and death certificates.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengguna gadget di Indonesia semakin tumbuh dengan pesat, Indonesia menjadi negara pengguna smartphone terbesar keempat di dunia, setelah China, India, dan Amerika Serikat. Kecanduan akan gadget dapat membuat anak menjadi lebih agresif dan sulit dikendalikan. Orang tua menjadi diabaikan ketika memerintah sesuatu pada anak karena anak hanya berfokus pada gadget. Penggunaan gadget juga akan berdampak pada pertumbuhan otak. Target umum melalui kegiatan pengabdian dalam bentuk promosi peningkatan informasi tentang dampak pengunaan gadget pada remaja khususnya siswa-siswi SMP 02 Meureubo agar memberikan pengaruh positif dalam pengunaan gadget dikalangan remaja. Adapun target khusus yakni adanya Kesadaran bahwa informasi negatif dari gadget sangat berdampak dalam penyimpangan perilaku pada remaja dan serta adanya kesadaran bahwa informasi positif dari gadget sangat berdampak dalam prestasi belajar pada remaja. Berkembangnya era teknologi digital di kalangan remaja atau siswa sekolah menjadi tantangan yang besar dan perhatian yang lebih bagi orangtua, guru, maupun pemerintah dalam mendampingi mereka khususnya remaja.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Efektivitas Alokasi Anggaran Pendidikan Dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Pendidikan Dikabupaten Aceh Barat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Bappeda Dikabupaten Aceh Barat. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil peneliatian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat Efektivitas Alokasi Anggaran Pendidikan Dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Pendidikan Dikabupaten Aceh Barat sudah dijalakan sesuai dengan peraturan dan perundangundangan yang berlaku. Dimana berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran tepat waktu diawal tahun anggaran, berdasarkan skala prioritas kebutuhan sekolah, serta melibatkan komite dan guru. <![CDATA[T The article talks about the electronic business license service provided by the One Single Submission (OSS) application, which has been implemented at the West Aceh Regency's Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP). One Single Submission (OSS) One form of public service implementation that implements E-Government. This paper applied qualitative research methods to investigate the phenomena that occur in electronic services. The study's findings show that licensing services try to use the One Single Submission (OSS) application, as evidenced by several research indicators, including OSS's ease of use, trust in business actors' privacy security, service officers' assistance, the OSS website, and the service's content and appearance. OSS that is comprehensive and simple to comprehend. It may be stated that electronic services implementing OSS have been running properly at the West Aceh Regency Investment and One-Stop Service Office.]]>

<![CDATA[Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip Citizen’s charter di Dinas Pendudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil), Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Disdukcapil merupakan garda terdepan dalam pemberian layanan kepada masyarakat secara langsung hampir semua masyarakat harus berhubungan dan mendapatkan layanan dari Disdukcapil, oleh karena itu, Disdukcapil menjadi barometer utama jika ingin melihat pelayanan disuatu Kabupaten/kota.. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dipilih untuk menganilisis penerpan prinsip citizen’s charter. Naramsumber dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan harapan data yang didapat sesuai kebutuhan peneliti. Data yang didapat baik dari data primer dan data skunder kemudian dianalisis oleh peneliti berdasar konsep prinsip citizen’s chater. Temuan dalam penelitian ini, penerepan prinsip citizen charter sudah dilaksanan akan tetapi belum menyentuh level subtansi dari prinsip tersebut sehingga menyebabkan pelayanan yang diberikan belum maksimal.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper explores about governor election in Aceh period 2012-2017 as a socio-political lesson. At that moment, political trends in Aceh are ongoing mass politics, not politics ideology based on the interests of the people. Mass politics is crewed politics on the basis of pragmatic and opportunist ideology. Intimidation and massive mobilization of the masses accompanied by money politics and imagery are characteristic of mass politics. In mass politics the potential for conflict is also quite high. Not often people who are victims. People admits that gubernatorial election of Aceh in 2012 was won by Zaini Abdullah and Muzakkir Manaf (Zikir) carried out by local political parties, namely the Party Aceh, the legislature is complete and the executive is entirely in the hands of the Party's control Aceh. All his potions and political teachings will be lowered to the service arena for Acehnese people during the 2012-2017 period. But the question then blocks in all of our minds, will the opposition be still dare to survive with the political dialectic recently? Of course we can see this at least in the first six months post the inauguration of Zikir as governor and deputy the governor of Aceh later.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini membahas mengenai keberadaan partai islam di Indonesia yaitu Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) dimana partai ini mengusung Islam sebagai ideologi partainya. Sebagaimana secara luas diketahui bahwa mayoritas penduduk Indonesia adalah Islam namun, perolehan suara dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap partai Islam masih dibawah rata-rata. Kajian ini penting untuk diperdalam karena banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap partai Islam. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, kajian ini berupaya untuk menggali lebih dalam tantangan partai Islam di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian mendapati bahwa partai Islam di Indonesia belum sepenuhnya menjadi role bagi pelaksanaan nilai Islam yang sesungguhnya karena masih banyak dijumpai penyalahgunaan jabatan dan tindakan yang turut melibatkan kader dari partai Islam.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines the relationship of the authority of the Central Government and the Acehnese Government in endorsement Qanun flag and emblem of Aceh. This study uses qualitative methods, in which the source data is obtained with the technique of librarianship and in-depth interviews. From the results of this research show that the relation is the authority of the Central Government and the Acehnese Government in endorsement Qanun flag and emblem of Aceh going on and entwined on the authority, namely the supervision and attestation against Qanun. The Government of Aceh was given the authority to set a then the Qanun is evaluated by the Central Government to ensure that the Qanun has set are not contrary to the public interest, Qanun, and regulations legislation is higher. <![CDATA[This article aims at elaborating the idea of Hasan Muhammad Di Tiro about nationalism in Aceh who become the ideology of the free Aceh Movement (GAM). The thought of nationalism is Hasan Muhammad di Tiro Aceh is a reflection of disappointment against the attitude of the Government of Indonesia in the injustice of natural resource management. The thought of nationalism in Aceh is very in influence by the history of the triumph of the Kingdom of Aceh in the past that then grow awareness of Hasan Muhammad di Tiro formed to fight the National Liberation Front Acheh-Sumatra. Present day Aceh cannot manifest directly thought of nationalism is Hasan Muhammad di Tiro Aceh that is becoming an independent nation. However indirectly, a sense of nationalism that Aceh has grown and continues to persist in the soul of the Acehnese by keeping the peace as well as the meimplementasikan details of the Helsinki Agreement for the creation of prosperity and well-being for the people Aceh as on aspire by Tengku Hasan Muhammad di Tiro. <![CDATA[This research aims to find out how the implementation of participatory development and to know the factors that affect public participation Gampong Panggong subdistrict of West Aceh Regency Hero Johan. Methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative method where data is taken from interviews, field notes, documents, memos and other documents to get the proper interpretation. The results showed that overall the participatory development implemetasi in Gampong Panggong subdistrict of Aceh Heroes Baratmasih Johan less good, in this case only a part of the community that are involved in the planning development. This is due to social and economic factors which the community at large as a fisherman so just focus on the fulfillment of survival. In addition the implementation of planning construction of Gampong Panggong subdistrict of West Aceh Regency Hero Johan. dietemukannya multiple factors that affect the level of public participation in the planning of development in Gampong Panggong is the factor endowments include presence awareness, public participation, and support from the Government and society.
