Abstract

This study aimed to determine how the planning, organizing, implementing and  monitoring of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) of EMP Malacca Strait SA in the field of education in Kepulauan Meranti Regency of Riau Province, held from June 2016 to September 2016. The research approach used was the qualitative approach (qualitative research). This qualitative research was more specifically directed to the use of the case study method. Data were collected from interviews, observations, study and documents. The data analysis used a method collated by Mathew B. Miles and Michael Huberment, which is called the interactive data analysis models by Burhan Bungin. Data were collected from interviews, observations, study and documents. The analysis consisted of three flows of activities that occurred simultaneously, namely induction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The results showed that the planning of CSR education program was carried out together with stakeholders at the operation (collaborative), and this ensured that EMP MSSA’s CSR program was an integral part of the purpose or goal of the society at the local site. EMP MSSA organized the program by creating an internal special unit assigned to supervise the program; meanwhile, the special unit was under the control of the Communication Manager, who was assisted by the CSR Coordinator and CSR officer, who have competence and experience in handling CSR program. The CSR program of EMP MSSA was implemented in physical and non-physical forms, such as formal and non-formal education scholarships and education infrastructure assistance. This CSR program was conducted through ongoing assistance by the CSR Officers of EMP MSSA team so that all programs will benefit every year by involving the Community, the Company, and the Regional Government. The outcome of the CSR programs, both physical and non-physical education was directly very supportive of educational activities and the human resources in the District of the Kepulauan Meranti.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and education sector

Abstract

The purpose of this study evaluates the humanitarian education program in Kalisuren Exemplary School, Tajur Halang, Parung - Bogor. This study uses an evaluation method with an evaluation model used is the CIPP model which is broken down into Context, Input, Process, and Product with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are through observation and interviews. Based on the analysis of the data it was found that the evaluation of humanitarian education programs to get a picture of the effectiveness of learning programs that emphasize human values from the start of input, process, and results. Findings of the results of this study as a whole Humanity Values Elementary Education program for Kalisuren Exemplary Persons, Tajur Halang, Parung - Bogor are under the Guidelines for Conducting Character Education in this case PNK (Humanitarian Value Education), however, there are still success criteria that have been met and partially improved. In detail, the discussion of the results of the evaluation of the Humanitarian Value Education program of Kalisuren Exemplary Elementary School People, Tajur Halang, Parung - Bogor. Humanitarian Value Education is integrated with every subject contained in the curriculum, teaching materials, and thematic learning activities is a quite meaningful approach to integrating human values contained in the learning plans and teaching and learning process. Human Value Education equips people about how to obtain a life filled with love, compassion, helps broaden one's outlook and makes it useful in society and the wider world.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the effect of the personality, work procedure, and organization climate towards the leader effectiveness of senior high school principals in DKI Jakarta Province. This research used quantitative approach through survey. The research involved 91 principals as sample by random sampling. The research was conducted on leader effectiveness of principals involving 91 principals as the sample whom had been selected from the target population as many as 117 principals by using quantitative approach with path analysis method. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The result of the research can be concluded: (1) the personality, work procedure, and organization climate had a positive direct effect on leader effectiveness; (2) the personality and work procedure had a positive direct effect on organization climate. Thus, the stakeholders on senior high school of DKI Jakarta Province need to take concrete steps to ensure that in a senior high school environment with a personality and work procedure that guarantee the existence of the senior high school in the future. The implication and limitation of the study are discussed along with the suggestion for further research. Keywords: Personality, Work Procedure, Organization Climate, And Leader Effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to find out the degree of the relationship between the implementation of Islamic education management of school environment and students’ emotional intelligence. The theory underlying in this study is the management of school environment (Ki Hajar Dewantara), and emotional intelligence (Shapiro and Goleman). This study used correlational study. Respondents were female students of Islamic educational institutions in Bekasi City, West Java, Indonesia. The result shows that the relation degree between the implementation of the management of Islamic education of school environment and students’ emotional intelligence is quite significant (0, 907%). This means that if the management of Islamic education of school environment enhances effectively, the implementation of one percent of students’ emotional intelligence will increase by 0, 907%. This study also finds that the management of Islamic education of school environment can be a preventive and anticipatory solution for students’ deviant behaviors.

Abstract

Considering that KPPU is the only institution that handles law enforcement in the field of business competition, it is necessary to have high employee commitment and organizational strength. This study aims to explore the commitment of KPPU’s commissioner and investigator organizations. This research is a qualitative design study of a case study. The data were collected from interviews with six commissioners and twenty-one investigators. This study found that the commitment of commissioners and investigators to achieving the vision and mission in the field of law enforcement has been indicated by the emotional ties and involvement with the organization through the egalitarian principles instilled by the previous commissioners. The commitment of the commissioners and investigator is built on the agreement that the place of dedication realize ideas and contributions to the state in improving people’s welfare that is appropriate. By considering these findings, KPPU needs to strengthen its internal function of supervision to maintain high organizational ethics, integrity, and independence in performing its tasks. Considering the organizational culture, KPPU needs to build a higher levels of public service motivation to get a greater organizational commitment.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam sebuah organisasi adalah aset yang harus dijaga dan diperhatikan agar kinerja mereka tetap dapat sesuai dengan visi dan misi organisasi. Oleh karena itu,organisasi perlu melakukan upaya pengembangan kemampuan SDM berupa Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) agar kemampuan mereka tetap relevan dengan zaman. Program Pelatihan dan Pendidikan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh penyelenggara Diklat perlu untuk diketahui keefektivitasannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan program diklat Pemeriksaan Kinerja di Badiklat PKN BPK RI yang ditinjau dari persepsi peserta diklat akan penyelenggaraan diklat dan ditinjau dari aspek pembelajarannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode evaluatif. Dalam mengetahui hasil evaluasinya, peneltian ini menggunkan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick level 1 dan level 2 . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi Kirpatrick level 1 (reaksi) sudah efektif. Peserta merasa puas dengan indikator-indikator yang dijadikan bahan evaluasi. Kemudian hasil evaluasi Kirkpatrick level 2 (pembelajaran) menunjukkan bahwa diklat yang diselenggarakan sudah cukup efektif. Terlihat peningkatan peserta baik dari segi pengetahuan maupun keterampilannya, meskipun belum terlalu signifikan peningkatan antara pre test dan post test nya.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a corruption prevention model by optimizing the function of education. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a systematic literature review methodology. The object of this research is anti-corruption behavior, with data sources from journals, textbooks, and e-books. The development of an anti-corruption education management model based on prophetic leadership behavior was carried out based on a comprehensive and transparent search through several databases and literature that were replicated and reproduced by previous researchers. The development of this model is carried out based on the aspects of transparency, clarity, integration, focus, equity, accessibility, and coverage according to research principles. The anti-corruption education management model based on prophetic leadership behavior focuses on developing anti-corruption behavior through exemplary prophetic leadership behavior in organizations. The application of this model uses 5 (five) methods with 8 (eight) stages which are carried out continuously and integrated with the management of the organization's human resources. This study also develops an anti-corruption personality assessment model based on prophetic leadership which is the development of the anti-corruption personality assessment model of the Corruption Eradication Commission, then modified with the values of prophetic leadership behavior. The anti-corruption education management model based on prophetic leadership behavior has a novelty value, namely as a systematic, comprehensive, effective, efficient, and sustainable corruption prevention innovation. This model can be used as a reference for legislator (DPR and DPRD) in carrying out preventive oversight functions on the use of state finances by the governments.    AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah model pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi melalui optimalisasi fungsi pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metodologi tinjauan literatur sistematik. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah perilaku antikorupsi, dengan sumber data dari jurnal, buku teks, dan buku elektronik yang relevan. Rancangan model manajemen pendidikan antikorupsi berbasis perilaku kepemimpinan kenabian ini dilakukan berdasarkan pada pencarian yang komprehensif dan transparan melalui beberapa database dan literatur yang direplikasi dan direproduksi oleh peneliti-peneliti sebelumnya. Proses penyusunan model ini juga dilakukan dengan berpedoman pada transparansi, kejelasan, integrasi, fokus, persamaan, aksesibilitas, dan cakupan yang sesuai dengan kaidah penelitian. Model manajemen pendidikan antikorupsi berbasis kepemimpinan kenabian yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pengembangan perilaku antikorupsi melalui keteladanan terhadap perilaku kepemimpinan kenabian di dalam organisasi. Implementasi model ini menggunakan 5 (lima) metode dengan 8 (delapan) tahapan yang dilakukan secara berkesinambungan dan terintegrasi dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia organisasi. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan model asesmen kepribadian antikorupsi berbasis kepemimpinan kenabian, yang merupakan pengembangan dari asesmen kepribadian antikorupsi KPK, kemudian dimodifikasi dengan nilai-nilai perilaku kepemimpinan kenabian. Model manajemen pendidikan antikorupsi berbasis kepemimpinan kenabian ini memiliki nilai kebaruan (novelty), yaitu sebagai sebuah inovasi dalam upaya pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi yang sistematis, komprehensif, efektif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan. Model ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi DPR dan DPRD dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan berbasis pencegahan terhadap penggunaan keuangan negara oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara sekolah dengan masyarakat (HUSEMAS) di SDN Peninggilan 02 Kota Tangerang, dengan sub fokus perencanaan program yaitu evaluasi dan evaluasi program. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Proses perencanaan program hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat dimulai sejak awal tahun ajaran. Perencanaan dirancang dengan melihat kondisi dan kebutuhan yang ada di sekolah dengan mempertimbangkan dana, waktu, prestasi siswa, dan keinginan wali siswa. Pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam proses perencanaan program adalah semua warga sekolah seperti; Kepala Sekolah, Guru, Staf / Staf, dan Komite Sekolah. SDN Peninggilan 02 juga memiliki hubungan mitra kerja dengan Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Kesehatan (Puskesmas), Kemenpora, Lingkungan Hidup (LH), Polri. Namun hubungan antara sekolah dan lembaga ini bersifat insidental. (2) Evaluasi program hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat di SDN Peniggilan 02 dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu evaluasi tahap persiapan, evaluasi tahap pelaksanaan dan evaluasi tahap akhir. Dalam proses evaluasi dirasa belum optimal karena masih terdapat kendala yang dihadapi selama evaluasi seperti kendala waktu. Proses evaluasi melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah. Tujuannya agar program-program yang telah dilaksanakan dapat diketahui kekurangan dan kelebihannya. Bentuk evaluasi ini dilakukan melalui pertemuan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan penanggung jawab program dan hasil evaluasi tersebut diinformasikan kepada seluruh warga sekolah melalui media elektronik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku kreatif guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri di Jakarta Selatan selama pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 304 siswa dari SMP Negeri di Jakarta Selatan yang diambil secara acak proporsional. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji signifikansi regresi dan uji linieritas. Kemudian untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan korelasi product moment, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kreatif guru memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Perilaku kreatif yang dapat dilakukan guru diantaranya adalah pembuatan video pembelajaran sendiri, menggunakan nada nyanyian untuk materi pelajaran yang sulit, mengambil contoh yang berasal dari sekitar rumah siswa, dan membuat channel youtube sendiri. Perilaku kreatif guru dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang aktif inovatif kreatif efektif dan menyenangkan akan menguatkan motivasi belajar siswa selama pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan komitmen guru Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Dian Kahuripan Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode survei. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru SLB Dian Kahuripan Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terstruktur yang dilakukan secara langsung dan melalui media komunikasi WhatsApp. Pengukuran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dilakukan melalui analisis peran kepala sekolah sebagai educator, manajer, administrator, supervisor, leader, inovator, dan motivator (EMASLIM). Sedangkan komitmen guru diukur melalui dimensi komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinu, dan komitmen normative. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Kepala sekolah sudah menjalankan perannya sebagai educator, manajer, administrator, supervisor, leader, inovator, dan motivator (EMASLIM); Guru sudah menunjukkan komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinu, dan komitmen normative; dan Peran kepala sekolah sebagai educator, manajer, supervisor dan leader terbukti lebih dominan dalam meningkatkan komitmen guru.
