Abstract

Nilai-nilai integritas dan identitas nasional Indonesia dewasa ini mengalami tantangan yang berat baik dari pengaruh eksternal maupun internal, dan nilai-nilai tersebut cenderung mengalami erosi dan degradasi. Dalam konteks seperti ini, dunia pendidikan, termasuk para pendidik memiliki peran strategis dalam mempertahankan sekaligus mengembangkan nilai-nilai integritas dan identitas nasional, karena pendidikan memiliki fungsi enkulturasi dan sosialisasi nilai kepada peserta didik agar mampu membangun dirinya dan bersama-sama dengan lingkungannya membangun masyarakat dan bangsa. Untuk itu perlu dikembangkan paradigma baru pendidikan yang dapat menjaga nilai-nilai tersebut tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik, dan dalam hubungannya dengan guru, maka diperlukan guru-guru yang profesional dan mempunyai kompetensi yang komprehensif.Kata Kunci: Nilai Integritas, Identitas Nasional, Pendidikan

Abstract

This research serves a thorough outlook on the effectiveness of models of learning morality in Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan subject by constructivist approach for the students of SMP-s around Madiun Municipality. The research makes use of quasi experiment approach by factorial design 2 x 2. The effectiveness of teaching-learning process is evaluated under qualitative method. The subjects of the research include 625 students which belong to grade 1 and 2 of SMP in Madiun Municipality. The analysis results in conclusion that constructivist approach raise the grade 1 students’ achievement by F(1.318)=4.463, p = 0.035. the consistent result is also achieved by the grade 2 students’ achievement by F(1.298) = 118.309, p = 0.000. The qualitatative evaluation on the model also shows significance. Keywords  :  constructivist approach, moral education

Abstract

The objectives of entrepreneur apprenticeship education of the students of IKIP PGRI Madiun are: 1) to develop the students achievement in softskill/technology, work and entrepreneurship experience; 2) to motivate students to become entrepreneurs; 3) to enable students to get practical experience; and 4) to establish partnership between IKIP PGRI Madiun and PKPRI Madiun Municipality.Output targets of the apprenticeship are: 1) the participants obtain the skill for managing business, 2) 50% of the participants can arrange business plan, 3) the participants master marketting management, 4) it establishes the healthy partenership between IKIP PGRI Madiun and PKPRI Madiun Municipality.The specific success criterion shows that all 8 participants are able to arrange business plan. The indicator of apprenticeship success  can not be recently measured because of their being of part-timer business conduct. Keywords  :  softskill, entrepreneur, apprenticeship.

Abstract

The quality  of products  of a  Teacher Training  Institution  does not merely  depend  on the grade point everage they pursue,  but also on the competitive   advantage  they gain during  the learning   process to fight for position  and apply the pedagogical  priciples  in the work market  share.  The  quality of teaching  and learning  process   in the campus  should  be then  fitted to  such  needs  of  the market   share, which  can  be  done  by sending lecturers   to  schools   as  apprentice teachers.This Peer Grant Research is aimed at: 1) developing  the quality of lecturers  instruction, 2) developing relationship between IKIP PGRI Madiun   and  the  peer  institutions,   3) searching   and  implementing alternative     strategies    for  teaching    and  learning    effectiveness. Collaborative   teaching  between  lecturers  of IKIP PGRI Madiun  and teachers  of SMP N 11 Madiun  is designed  to: 1) observe  the existing condition  of classes,  2) discuss  for developing  alternative  strategies, 3) arrange and implement  the instructional  design, 4) conduct teaching and learning  process,  and 5) suggest  evaluation.  Class  observation, questionaire   and interview  are used to draw data from 7 subjects  in research,   i.e.:  Bahasa   Indonesia,   English,   Natural   Science,  Social Science,  Math, Civics  and Counseling.The  results   of  the  research   can  be  outlined   as  follows:   1) lecturers   develop   their  classes   by  inspecting    and  implementing directly the instruction  in real scholls  classes, 2) identification  against weaknesses  in schools  classes can be arranged for further evaluation, 3) the campus  develops  teacher  training  instructional   designs  based on field inventions,  4) collaborative  team invent alternative  strategies in classes, 5) lecturers experience real schools classes so as to develop their instructional design, 6) teachers are motivated to continously develop their teaching to gain optimal out-come.Key words: quality, learning, apprenticeship, lectures

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The progress of science, technology, and information carries serious implications for the existence of regional culture in Indonesia. The process of globalization has also promoted culture in the world becomes one-dimensional and monolithic, which in turn will reduce the national identity and also negates the local culture. In this context, “Nyadran” is one form of traditional ceremonies and local culture to be preserved, because it contains the values of social, cultural, and local knowledge; and serves as a social capital that can unite people from the process of social disintegration. This research aims to inventory the important aspects of one of the regional culture, the traditional ceremony of “Nyadran”. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the values of socio-cultural of traditional ceremonies of “Nyadran”. This study used qualitative methods, with data collection techniques are observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative with ethnographic approach. The results showed that the traditional ceremony of “Nyadran” is a heritage of the indigenous Javanese culture, which is influenced by Hindu culture and Islamic religion. The traditional ceremony of “Nyadran” has had the values of socio-cultural, inter alia: religious values, values of mutual assistance, tolerance, unity value, the value of struggle, the value of respect for the environment, and the value of cooperation. Because of that, traditional ceremony of “Nyadran” should be preserved and developed.KEY WORD: Globalization; Socio and Cultural Values; Ceremony of Nyadran; Local Wisdom; Social Integration. RESUME: “Nilai-nilai Sosial-Budaya dalam Upacara Tradisional Nyadran di Tawun, Ngawi, Jawa Timur, Indonesia”. Kemajuan sains, teknologi, dan informasi membawa dampak yang sangat serius bagi eksistensi kebudayaan daerah di Indonesia. Proses globalisasi juga telah mendorong kebudayaan di dunia menjadi berdimensi tunggal dan monolitik, yang pada gilirannya akan mereduksi identitas nasional dan menegasikan pula keragaman budaya lokal. Dalam konteks ini, Nyadran merupakan salah satu bentuk upacara adat dan budaya lokal yang perlu dilestarikan, karena mengandung nilai-nilai sosial, kultural, dan kearifan lokal; serta berfungsi sebagai modal sosial yang dapat mempersatukan masyarakat dari proses disintegrasi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menginventarisir aspek-aspek penting dari salah satu kebudayaan daerah, yakni upacara adat Nyadran. Disamping itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai sosio-kultural dari upacara adat Nyadran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah deskriptif-kualitatif, dengan pendekatan etnografik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa upacara adat Nyadran merupakan warisan nenek moyang yang merupakan budaya Jawa asli, yang dipengaruhi oleh budaya Hindu dan agama Islam. Upacara adat Nyadran mempunyai nilai-nilai sosio-kultural, antara lain: nilai religius, nilai gotong-royong, nilai toleransi, nilai persatuan-kesatuan, nilai perjuangan, nilai penghargaan terhadap lingkungan, dan nilai kerjasama. Abstract

This research aims to analyses (1) significance effect motivation on organizational commitment; (2) significance effect job satisfaction on organizational commitment; (3) significance effect motivation on employee performance (4) significance effect job satisfaction on employee performance; (5) significance effect organizational commitment on employee performance; (6) effect motivation on employee performance mediated organizational commitment (7) effect job satisfaction on employee performance mediated organizational commitment. This study is sensus research, using location in State Treasury Service Office/KPPN Solo Raya, using sample of 109 employees. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test hypothesis using path analysis.The result shows that (1) motivation have a significance effect on organizational commitment; (2) job satisfaction have a significance effect on organizational commitment; (3) motivation have a significance effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction have a significance effect on employee performance; (5) organizational commitment have a significance effect on employee performance; (6) effect of motivation on employee performance mediated organizational commitment (7) effect of job satisfaction on employee performance mediated organizational commitment.

Abstract

The research discusses the development history of Ponorogo batik motif  in Ponorogo Regency 2007-2014 and its Educational Values. Ponorogo is one area which is growing in batik motif that has general motive called Reog Ponorogo motive. The development of batik in Ponorogo had decreased and 2007 was a year that was resurrection of batik Ponorogo pioneered by batik artisans. The method used in this research is the method of historical research. The results showed that batik Ponorogo begins with the temporary extinction of batik Ponorogo around 1960 which is caused by the emergence of printing of batik (print screen printing batik),batik Ponorogo has 17 patterns that are most influenced by history or the icon Ponorogo regency, and the development of batik Ponorogo motive that was experiencing growth from 2007 to 2009 that has seven classical motives then the development of contemphorery in 2009 and 2013 had five contemporary motives thenThe developments in 2014 that the government arranged a contest batik Ponorogo design batik produced five batik Ponorogo motive.

Abstract
