Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the MNR method in mathematics learning delivered by Ridwan Hasan in the TVRI program "Belajar di Rumah". This research used descriptive qualitative method with phenomenological approach. The informants in this research were students in V grade of Elementary School in 2020/2021 academic year at Pringkuku District, Pacitan city. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling. The data collection technique was done by observation, interviews, and analysis documents. The data validity test used source triangulation and time triangulation. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's model. The results of this study indicate that MNR method is quite helpful for students in understanding Mathematics during online learning. The MNR method steps that Pak Ridwan presented are in accordance with the MNR syntax theory. The display of the segment "Gemar Matematika Bersama Pak Ridwan" which uses animations and interactive images makes students interested in Mathematics learning. A unique variation in learning is the use of traditional clothing that changes every day which attracts the curiosity of students. Apart from functioning as variations in learning, the use of traditional clothing is also beneficial for students to gain new knowledge and insights about customs in IndonesiaKeywords: Mathematics, Online learning, MNR method, Elementary School.

Abstract

The purpose of science and technology for the Community Service is to provide training to apply the method of waste water treatment EcoTech garden for ease of processing of domestic wastewater for communities Jebres. Training provided through four stages: (1) preparation, (2) understanding of waste treatment (3) implementation of (4) the evaluation by the method of presentation, demonstration, and practice. These activities will provide the knowledge and skills of people in processing the domestic wastewater they produce every day. Wastewater treatment using EGA is one of the treatment options appropriate given the characteristics of the waste water gray water with a relatively small organic load as well as nitrogen and phosphate are quite high. This service activities contribute to provide convenience to the public in treating domestic wastewater they produce every day through methods EcoTech garden. Thus, people will have a good knowledge of how the processing of domestic wastewater.Keywords: ecotech garden, waste water treatment.

Abstract

The purpose science and technology for the Community Service is to provide counseling to teachers to do: (1) development of a laboratory model of the classroom as an integrated and where students of class IV and V in learning science. The design of this model is that in one corner of the room has been laid out practical tools ready to use with the IPA SD labeled with hints of good practice for use in experiments each item IPA SD, (2) refresh the entire scope of the basic concepts of materials science SD High Class with conduct demonstration experiments and preparation of simple science tools in the subject-subject taught in high grade,(3) creat simple IPA instrument lab from scrap materials or practical tools in the box KIT IPA SD.This activity contributes to equip and enrich the primary school teachers in managing good learning process focused on the study of elementary science with lab-based integrated development class area that facilitate experimental equipment ready for use (ready to use). Lab-based integrated area this class helps teachers in implementing the learning science in terms of the implementation of good practices in the IPA SD.Keywords : laboratory model of the classroom, managing good learning process

Abstract

The purpose science and technology for the Community Service to empower people reservoirs cengklik District of Ngemplak, Boyolali to develop mushroom cultivation through the application of appropriate technology for the processing of water hyacinth. This step once Cengklik dam maintenance of water hyacinth weeds. This service activities do: (1) provide training to the public on the application of appropriate technology for the processing of water hyacinth as a mushroom growing media development for pioneering the cultivation of mushrooms; (2) empower the reservoir area Cengklik District of Ngemplak to develop mushroom cultivation by adopting appropriate technologies hyacinth processing an effort to create food availability and improving the quality of society and the economy Cengklik dam maintenance of water hyacinth weeds. These activities are carried out through four stages: (1) planning; (2) manufacture mushroom farmer groups; (3) training; and (4) evaluation. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengetahuan kegiatan ekonomi siswa kelas VA SDN Dukuhan Kerten no. 58 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2017/ 2018 dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas dan siswa kelas VA SDN Dukuhan Kerten no. 58 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2017/ 2018 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif yang terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif dan teknik analisis kritis. Prosedur penelitian menggunakan model spiral yang saling berkaitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation (GI) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengetahuan materi pokok kegiatan ekonomi siswa kelas VA SDN Dukuhan Kerten no. 58 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2017/ 2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve understanding of the concept of force through Predict Observe Explain (POE) Model to the students in grade IV of State Primary School 1 of Munggung Surakarta in Academic Year 2017/2018. The form of this research was a Classroom Action Research which conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages i.e. planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research included teacher and students as many as 20 in Grade IV of the aforementioned school in Academic Year 2017/2018. The data collected by interview, observation, test, and documentation techniques. The data validity test were using content validity, triangulation of resource, and triangulation of technique.The result of this research shows that in each cycle there is an improvement in the conceptual understanding values from pre-action, cycle I until cycle II.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to improve the experimental skills of 4th grade students of SD N Surakarta year 2017/2018 through the application of Predict, Observe, Explain (POE) learning model in learning natural science. This research is a classroom action research conducted in three cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. The subjects of this research are teacher and fourth graders of SDN N Surakarta Year 2017/2018 consisting of 12 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique used is inte-ractive analysis model which has four components consisting of data collecting, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Data validity test uses content validity and triangulation. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that the application of Predict, Observe, Explain (POE) learning model can improve the experimental skills of 4th  grade students of SD N Surakarta Year 2017/2018.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of limited PTM in science subjects class V SDN Tunggulsari I Surakarta. This research is a descriptive qualitative, phenomenological approach. The research subject is the teacher of the students. The effectiveness analysis is based on 3 aspects, namely the skills of the teacher in managing learning, learning activities, and student learning outcomes. Sampling by purposive sampling. Collecting data through observation, interview, and document study. The results showed that the implementation of Limited PTM on science subjects in grade V SDN Tunggulsari I was quite effective. Of the 3 indicators of learning effectiveness, there are 2 indicators in the good category and 1 in the fairly good category. Due to time constraints, teachers cannot vary the method and do not prepare interactive learning media so that it affects the learning activities of students. When learning, the activeness of students is low but still in the good enough category. Learning outcomes during Limited PTM did not increase as when online. The value obtained by each individual class V has reached the KKM with a standard value of 70 and classical completeness reaches >85%.Keyword: learning effectiveness, limited PTM, science studies learning

Abstract

Penambangan tradisional, berdampak kualitas air, khususnya adalah air sumurpenduduk. Indikator yang diteliti meliputi kualitas fisik air yaitu bau, rasa dan warnaserta kualitas kimia air yaitu TDS, DO, BOD, COD, dan pH itu juga diukurkonsentrasi kandungan Minyak sebagai indikasi sumber air telah tercemar minyak darikegiatan penambangan tradisional. Penambangan minyak tradisional menimbulkandampak bagi lingkungan hidup. Penampungan minyak mentah hasil dari penambangandan penampungan sebagian residu mengalir menuju sungai yang berada di sekitarpemukiman penduduk, sehingga menyebabkan pencemaran air sumur di sekitarnya. Persepsi terhadap lingkungan ini merupakan pola pikir masyarakat untuk membangkitkan kesadaran menjadi jalan hidup dalam masyarakat hal ini menunjukanbahwa masyarakat memiliki persepsi positif dan persepsi negatif tentang pentingnyaair sumur yang tidak berbau, berasa, dan tidak berwarna keruh serta dapat diketahuidari nilai TDS, DO, BOD, COD, pH, dari peresapan minyak yang melebihi ambangbatas pencemaran. air sumur yang berbau, berasa, dan berwarna keruh serta nilai TDS,DO, BOD, COD, pH, dan Minyak yang melebihi ambang batas pencemaran.Persoalan yang tidak begitu dipahami oleh masyarakat sebagai pelaku penambangminyak dalam pelestarian lingkungan, perubahan yang terjadi di lingkungan tidakbegitu diperhatikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, sehingga perludiadakan survey dan dialog dengan masyarakat. Sehingga indikator yang palingdibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dapat teridentifikasi dan kemudian dapat menetapakanpengembangan sistem yang cocok untuk masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze student learning styles in science subjects during the covid-19 pandemic in grade 5 students at SDN Tunggulsari 1. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, questionnaires, and document studies. This research was conducted using questionnaires distributed to students, observations to observe student activities, interviews with teachers, and documentation to support the research. The data validity test technique uses technical triangulation and time triangulation. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that visual learning style activities, namely students were more likely to use the sense of sight. Auditory learning style activities, namely students are more likely to use the sense of hearing. Kinesthetic learning style activities, namely students are more likely to learn by moving and touching. Visual learning style has a percentage of 54.5%, kinesthetic learning style has a percentage of 36.4%, and auditory learning style has a percentage of 9.1%. The most dominant learning style for fifth graders at SD Negeri Tunggulsari 1 is the visual learning style.Keywords: learning styles, science, covid-19, elementary school
