Abstract

Pangabdian to the community is intended to provide guidance and training to the community in this area of economic activity, improving the economic level of the community, especially the middle and lower economic classes. This entrepreneurial training activity was held on January 11, 2020. Training materials are chosen according to the needs of the people in Blimbing Village who have the opportunity to make the village more resilient and advanced and make family life more prosperous in particular and the village community in general. Therefore, in Blimbing Village, Gudo Sub-District, Jombang held entrepreneurship training to improve the economic level of the community.

Abstract

The Islamic economic sistem is not detached from the entire sistem of Islamic teachings in an integral and comprehensive. Thus, the basic principles of Islamic economics refer to the Islamic teachings. Conformity of the sistem with the human Fitrah is not left this alignment so that there is no collision in its implementation, the freedom of controlled economy into the character and principles of the Islamic economic sistem, freedom has Production elements in running the economy wheels are an important part of not harming collective interests. The interests of individuals are opened wide, the absence of income restrictions for a person encourages human beings to actively work with all its potential, the human tendency to continuously meet his or her own infinite needs in Control with the obligation of every individual to its community, the balance between individual and collective interests is this is a driving force for the wheels of the economy without damaging the existing social sistem. To realize social welfare has not fully fulfilled the ideal concept of social security within. Therefore, the author gives input that there needs to be an endeavor to realize the social welfare in accordance with Islamic economic objectives as well as human purpose itself. The endeavor must use the basic Islamic economy that is moral as the basis of the economic sistem, should keep the halal-haram in consumption, as well as the economy that aims to realize the welfare of mankind.

Abstract

In general, marketing is considered as a place for profit-earners, tricky people, vendors who tempt people's desires. Therefore many consumers are swallowed up by bad people, but if we implement Islamic systems in marketing then things like that won't happen. Basically, for Muslims, the Prophet Muhammad SAW has taught us how the Islamic marketing system. However, because the community has rooted in conventional marketing systems, the Islamic marketing system is less well known. This is also a lesson for us to be able to re-introduce and make the marketing system develop among the people. In general, Syariah marketing is a strategic business discipline that directs the process of creating, offering and changing the value of the initiator to its stakeholders which in the whole process are in accordance with the agreements and principles of muamalah in Islam. This means that in Syariah marketing, the entire process, both the creation process, the bidding process, and the process of changing values ​​- there must be no conflict with sharia principles.

Abstract

Ethics are all general norms or "rules" that must be considered in doing business which are the source of noble values ​​and good deeds. In Indonesia, it highly upholds moral and ethical values ​​in every behavior of daily life. Of course this makes the marketing (marketing) also must obey whatever has been arranged to be in line with the socio-cultural values ​​of the community. If it is related to business, then the norm aspect is about what is appropriate or inappropriate for someone when running a business in order to get profit. Business has several systems that consist of input inventory, processes to activities that produce output. The series of activities include production, distribution, capital, and marketing. All of these things must be carried out in accordance with the applicable syari’ah rules, so that in running its business, a Muslim is not only oriented in the business of the world, but oriented horizontally and vertically. So, Islamic ethics in the fields of business and marketing is very necessary, especially Islamic ethics for Muslim entrepreneurs

Abstract

The spirit in work illustrates the aspects of good work ethics in humans, sourced from the quality of self, realized based on the value of the work ethic that is implemented in work activities. Islamic teachings strongly encourage his people to work hard, and that the teachings of Islam contain the spirit and encouragement of the growth of culture and labor productivity activities that have a balanced spiritual dimension. The work ethic in Islam is closely linked to the values contained in the Qur'an and the Sunnah about "work" -which is a source of inspiration and motivation by every Muslim to engage in work activities in various areas of life. The way they understand, live and practice the values of the Qur'an and al-Sunnah about the drive to work that form the work ethic of Islam. Islam does not neglect the role of rewards and material benefits in one's work. Islam invites managers and employers to behave well to their subordinates with the full treatment of brotherhood and also provide decent monetary compensation in the provision of wages or raising wages and welfare of the workforce, so the activity and discipline of one's work can be realized, which ultimately increases the level of work productivity the entire workforce. Based on the attitude of devotion to Allah SWT, the spirit of work and tomorrow's view with optimism, is the basis for the improvement of labor productivity, by improving education and skills supported by work ethic capable of carrying out the task of working properly, which will encourage the effort in the effort which in turn increases income, both individual, group, and national income.
