Abstract

Media retorika menjadi sebuah seni yang dapat membantu tercapainya proses komunikasi dan mempengaruhi orang lain untuk menerima isi pesan yang disampaikan. Retorika dakwah merupakan poin penting yang dibutuhkan dalam menyampaikan sebuah isi pesan dakwah yang diberikan kepada manusia. Penerapan retorika dakwah dapat membantu tercapainya tujuan dakwah yang diinginkan. Setiap orang akan memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk bisa menyampaikan dakwah di era milenial seperti saat ini. Adanya penerapan seni berbicara yang mampu diterima dengan mudah oleh para khalayak. Di era milenial masyarakat telah mengalami perubahan pada pola hidup di mana segala sesuatunya didampingi dengan penggunaan teknologi digital. Manusia serasa tidak bisa hidup tanpa adanya teknologi digital yang kini dapat membantu terpenuhinya kebutuhan yang dimiliki. Tentunya, dakwah akan bisa dilakukan dengan baik dan mampu mempersuasi penerima pesan saat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Kini dakwah dapat dilakukan dan disebarkan melalui beragam media sosial seperti WA, Facebook, internet, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, dan media lainnya.Kata Kunci: media retorika, dakwah, era milenial.

Abstract

This study aims to get an overview of the development of Islamic Preaching through smartphones in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenology design. This study examined the phenomenon of the booming of Preaching content on social media since Preaching through social media is currently in demand, as indicated by the emergence of a large number of the preacher, especially in Indonesia. The experience and motive of such phenomenon became the basis of this study’s analysis using phenomenological methods and Alfred Schutz’s theory. The results demonstrated a change in the Preaching of the preacher. The spirit of delivering Preaching (through writings) is based on two types of motives. First, individuals are eager (to) receive a blessing from Allah and be ‘ghirah.’ Second, the convenience and facilities available in smartphone technology have triggered the development of social media platforms that eventually support the delivery of Preaching.

Abstract

Strategi dakwah adalah salah satu upaya untuk memediasikan Islam sebagai sebuah sistem nilai dan ajaran kepada objek yang didakwahi (mad’u); yaitu suatu cara/metode yang dipakai dai dalam mengaktualisasikan keimanan/kepercayaannya, sehingga memengaruhi cara berkebudayaan mad’u meliputi cara berpikir, merasa, bersikap, dan bertindak dalam semua aspek kehidupannya. Penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti strategi dakwah berkearifan lokal di kalangan suku terasing “Orang Rimbo Suku Anak Dalam” Taman Nasional Bukit Dua Belas (TNBD) Jambi. Penelitian ini penting untuk dikaji karena akan mengelaborasi: pertama, bagaimana komunikasi antarbudaya dibangun oleh dai dengan Orang Rimbo Suku Anak Dalam; kedua, interaksi antara nilai-nilai Islam yang universal dengan nilai-nilai lokal lewat komunikasi antarbudaya antara dai dan mad’u (dai/orang Islam dan Orang Rimbo Suku Anak Dalam). Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa tantangan dakwah di kalangan SAD bagi para dai adalah kemampuan untuk dapat diterima menjadi bagian dari mereka tanpa kemudian menimbulkan kecurigaan. Yang demikian itu menjadi modal dalam pendekatan dakwah mengingat selama ini keberadaan orang luar dianggap merugikan dan tidak menyelesaikan, bahkan menambah masalah; Selain itu dalam berdakwah dengan memanfaatkan kearifan lokal dilakukan salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan budaya dan kebiasaan setempat.
