Abstract

One of the technologies that evolve today is Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR) camera. The number of products makes users have difficulties to choose the appropriate camera based on their criteria. Users may utilize several ways to help them choosing the intended camera such as using magazine, internet, and other media. This paper discusses about a web based decision support system to choose cameras by using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method in order to make the decision process more effective and efficient. This system is expected to give recommendations about the camera which is appropriate with the user’s need and criteria based on the cost, the resolution, the feature, the ISO, and the censor. The system was implemented by using PHP and MySQL. Based on the result of questionnaire distributed to 20 respondents, 60% respondents agree that this decision support system can help users to choose the appropriate camera DSLR in accordance with the user’s need, 60% of respondents agree that this decision support system is more effective to choose DSLR camera and 75% of respondents agree that this system is more efficient. In addition, 60.55% of respondents agree that this system has met 5 Es Usability Framework.

Abstract

The large amount of crime data generally becomes a pile of data that lacks of information. Data mining can be implemented in various fields such as crime. Data mining techniques can be used to find information from crime data that has been collected by the police. This study analyzed 3.198 crime data of Polresta Yogyakarta in 2016-2018. This study was conducted to determine the pattern of interrelationships between regions with potential crime in the region using association rule mining with CT-PRO algorithm. System testing was done by changing support and confidence values to find best crime patterns. The results were support and confidence values that can produce association rules are 8,59% and 70% with one rule, namely: "If the committed crime is CURAT then the crime occures in MUKIM." The rule has 70,5% confidence, 275 support count and 1,66  lift ratio which means the rule were in the strong category.

Abstract

Dalam tulisan ini dijelaskan pembuatan sebuah sistem pendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasispengetahuan yang dapat membantu pasangan suami istri untuk memilih metode kontrasepsi sesuai dengankondisi dan kebutuhannya. Sistem ini menggunakan algoritma brute force untuk subsistem modelnya. Sistemdibangun berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Personal Home Page (PHP). Sistem ini telah diujimenggunakan metode pengujian black box untuk memastikan kecocokan antara perhitungan sistem denganperhitungan manual. Selain itu, sistem juga telah diujicoba dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepadaseorang pakar Keluarga Berencana dan 17 responden lain. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, dapat disimpulkanbahwa sistem ini membantu dalam mengambil keputusan terhadap pemilihan metode kontrasepsi yang sesuaidengan kondisi dan kebutuhan pengguna, mudah untuk digunakan, murah, cepat, dan tepat.

Abstract

Apotik PS sering mengalami kesulitan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk pengadaan obat. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan oleh pengelola apotik yaitu jumlah penjualan item obat, investasi, dan alokasi biaya. Pengelola apotik dituntut untuk menemukan cara mengendalikan pemesanan yang tepat dengan biaya yang optimal sehingga mengurangi terjadinya penumpukan obat dan menghindari masa kadaluarsa obat. Untuk itu dalam makalah ini diuraikan pengembangan sistem pendukung pengambilan keputusan pengadaan obat yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi pengadaan obat kepada pengelola apotik. Sistem dirancang dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan pengguna terkait proses analisis Pareto ABC, yaitu metode yang digunakan untuk analisis perencanaan sediaan. Sistem ini dibuat dalam bentuk aplikasi desktop menggunakan Pemrograman Java dan Database Management System MySQL. Model yang digunakan adalah metode analisis Pareto ABC dan optimasi kualitatif. Sistem telah diuji oleh pengguna dengan hasil bahwa sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan rekomendasinya dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan pengadaan obat di apotik.

Abstract

Online game that is on the rise as one of e-sports is the unknown battleground player. To win the game requires the right strategy. In this paper, a study of effective playing strategies in the player unknown battleground game is explored by extracting data from player statistics taken from the kaggle website. From the statistical data, a model is made to predict the win ratio of each player using the random forest method. From the results of the study, random forest was able to produce an accuracy of 88.19%.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor penyebab kematian ibu pada saatmelahirkan adalah keterlambatan pengambilan keputusan padasaat penanganan persalinan. Untuk mengidentifikasi penangananyang tepat dalam persalinan, dalam penelitian ini dibangunmodel klasifikasi jenis persalinan ibu hamil menggunakan metoderandom forest terhadap 302 data yang diambil dari RSUDArgamakmur. Model klasifikasi diuji dengan variasi jumlah tree2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096 pada data aslidan data yang telah dilakukan balancing. Dengan teknik crossvalidation, diperoleh akurasi terbaik 92,55130% pada jumlahfold 3 dan jumlah tree 64.

Abstract

Bidang perdagangan Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan Pertanian (Disperindagkoptan) kota Yogyakarta saat ini masih melakukan pendataan dan membuat laporan perkembangan harga bahan pokok pasar-pasar tradisional di kota Yogyakarta menggunakan spreadsheet sehingga masih belum optimal dalam mendukung pekerjaan bidang perdagangan. Selain itu, belum ada sistem informasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat guna mencari informasi harga bahan pokok di pasar-pasar kota Yogyakarta dengan cepat. Dalam makalah ini dibangun sebuah sistem OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) yang terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi harga bahan pokok di kota Yogyakarta. Sistem informasi harga bahan pokok digunakan oleh bidang perdagangan untuk memasukkan, mengedit, dan menhapus data harga bahan pokok, serta untuk membuat laporan. Sistem informasi juga memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk melakukan pencarian informasi tentang harga bahan pokok di berbagai pasar di kota Yogyakarta. OLAP dibangun untuk membantu bidang perdagangan Disperindagkoptan kota Yogyakarta dalam mengambil keputusan dengan melihat tren perkembangan harga bahan pokok yang beredar di tengah masyarakat sehingga dapat dilakukan tindakan jika terdapat lonjakan harga suatu bahan pokok. Dari hasil uji coba sistem ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi harga bahan pokok yang berada di pasar-pasar kota Yogyakarta, sangat membantu pegawai bidang perdagangan Disperindagkoptan dalam mengolah data-data harga bahan pokok, dan membantu Kepala Bidang Perdagangan dalam melihat perkembangan harga bahan pokok dalam OLAP.
