Abstract

Abstract; The purpose of this study is to find out the different effects between the teaching style of commanding and practising on 1) study result of free style swimming, 2 ) study result of free style swimmning between age-grouped of 8-9 to 10-11. 3) the relational effect between  teaching style and age group towards study result of free style swimmning. This is an experimental research with 2x2 factorial design, the population of which is male students of SD N 07 and SDN 14 pagi Cengkareng of 2008/2009 whose ages ranging from 8 to 11. The sample is 40 students taken through purposive random sampling. The data needed are obtained through the measurement of distance that students can reach by using mideline and analyzed using two way ANAVA continued by the Newman Kleus Test at a significance of  α  = 0.05.   Abstrak; Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek yang berbeda antaragaya pengajaran memerintah dan berlatih pada 1) hasil studi berenanggaya bebas, 2) studihasil swimmning gaya bebas antara usia-dikelompokkan 8-9 untuk 10-11. 3) efek relasional antara gaya mengajardan kelompok umur terhadap hasil studi dari berenang gaya bebas. Ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan desain faktorial 2x2, populasi siswa laki-laki SD N 07 dan SDN 14 pagi Cengkareng dari 2008/2009dengan usia mulai dari 8 sampai 11. Sampel adalah 40 siswa diambil melalui purposive random sampling. Data yang diperlukan diperoleh melalui pengukuran jarak yang dapat dijangkau siswa dengan menggunakan mideline dan dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA duaarah dilanjutkan dengan uji Kleus Newmanpada signifikansi α = 0,05.

Abstract

Physical Education is essentially an integral part of a total sum education system aims to develop aspects of health, physical fitness, critical thinking skills, emotional stability, social skills, reasoning and moral action through physical activity and sport. Physical Education in the learning process, teachers are expected to teach a variety of sports basic movement skills, techniques and strategies of games and sports, internalization of values (sportsmanship, honesty, cooperation, etc.) and habituation of healthy living. In the lesson the teacher can provide a variety of approaches that students are motivated and keen to keep learning. To have the ability to manage learning (pedagogical) well, of course, teachers need to understand the important elements related to learning management.Keywords: Physical Education, Learning, Management, Fun

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to develop a model of volleyball passing exercise through games. The study used qualitative and quantitative using Research and Development from Borg and Gall which consists of ten stages. The subject in this research is junior high school student in Makasar. Data were collected through interview and questionnaire. Data analysis was done descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of finding show that games have given exercise variation which makes some students interest and fun when they do volleyball passing exercise. The model has twenty types of games in volleyball passing exercise.

Abstract

Badminton is a popular sport in Indonesia for children to adults. This can be seen from many people in cities and villages who play badminton both in indoor and outdoor courts. The purpose of this study was to develop the basic techniques of forehand lob in badminton using the drill. The research method was research and development using Borg and Gall models. The process of collecting data used documents, questionnaires, observation and tests. Model analysis techniques used (1) trial in small and large groups; and (2) judgment expert. The results show that there are two types of net used in the development of the model namely standard net and multilevel net. Each type of exercise consists of 6 models which are model L, V, U, N, W, and M. Each level has three categories, namely easy, medium, and difficult.

Abstract

Kinesthetic intelligence is the movement to coordinate body movements using parts or the whole body to communicate and solve problem parts. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method (quasi-experimental). The design used in this study is the one group control pretest-posttest design. This researcher used the TGMD 2 test instrument. Based on the results of the effectiveness test, it was proven that the average value of the experimental class's posttest effectiveness test results was 77.4048% greater than the results of the control class posttest score of 50.1343%. Then it can be concluded that the ACIK (Anak Ceria dan Kreatif) gymnastics model proved to be effectively applied to improve the kinesthetic basic motion of kindergarten students. From the results of these studies, it is necessary to submit a suggestion that is especially for kindergarten teachers should be more creative and innovative in designing and delivering learning materials, especially in physical motor material.

Abstract

The aiming of this research and development is to produce training model of pointing skills for petanque athletes. Other than that, this research and development done for gaining in-depth information about developing and application training model of pointing skill, to knowing the effectivity, efficiency, and athlete’s interest towards the training model. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) by Borg and Gall.   The instrument used in this research and development are questionnaires and Petanque pointing skills test, which were used to collect data on the results of athletes pointing. The subject in this research and development were 30 athletes of DKI Jakarta club. The results in this study is a guidebook of pointing skills for petanque athletes with a total of 30 models that have been evaluated by experts, trials and revisions, and have been tested for their effectiveness. The effectiveness test used the “t-test” technique, data taken from the pre-test and post-test result with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the result of the effectiveness test using the t-test, the difference in the results of the pointing skills between the pre test and post test obtained t0 = 14.159 bigger than tt = 0.000, so the hypothesis is rejected. In conclusion, there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test of the skill of pointing on petanque. The average of pre-test on pointing skills was 3.77 smaller than the post-test average of 7. This can be concluded that the pointing skills training model for petanqque athletes is effectively applied in training at the petanque sports club.

Abstract

The aims of this development research were to produce a learning model for basic technique of squat-style long-jump based on biomechanics with the game for junior high school students and to know the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness against learning model. This research used Deff model adopted from Research & Development by Borg and Gall. The subject used was junior high school students which consists of 45 students. The instruments used were need analysis, expert’s evaluation, small and large group test. Effectiveness test was to know junior high school students’ jump skill level before being given biomechanic treatment. The Pre-test obtained from the students’ jump result was about 540, and Post-test was about 812. The conducted t-test between the experiment group and the control group obtained was t = 10.152 and in the n-gain score test between the experiment group (biomechanic treatment) obtained by 76% (effective) and the control group obtained by 43.40% (less effective). Therefore, this game model is effective in increasing students’ jump learning. According to the result, it could be inferred that: (1) this model can be developed and applied in physical education, (2) the model proved that there are significant difference in pre-test and post-test between the experiment group (biomechanic treatment) and the control group after the treatment model, based on N-gain test.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of drilling exercise using N and V model on increasing the forehand clear technique for badminton beginner players. This study uses an experimental method. A sample of 26 people is taken by using purposive random sampling from 38 total of population. The results show that there is an effect drilling exercise using N and V model on increasing the forehand clear technique for beginners. Furthermore, there is a difference in the effect of drilling exercise using N and V model on increasing forehand clear technique for beginners. It means that the drilling exercise using N model is better than the V model to improve forehand clear technique for badminton beginner players.

Abstract

EFEKTIFITAS KOMUNIKASI ANTARA PELATIH DAN ATLET TERHADAP PRESTASI ATLET PANAHAN PUSAT PENDIDIKAN LATIHAN PELAJAR (PPLP) NASIONAL Nadya Dwi Oktafiranda1 Ramdan Pelana2, Ika Novitaria Marani2 1Program Studi Ilmu Keolahragaan 2 Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Kampus B, Jakarta Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosentase efektifitas komunikasi antara pelatih dan atlet terhadap prestasi atlet panahan Pusat Pendidikan Latihan Pelajar (PPLP) Nasional. Penelitian ini dimulai dari uji coba sampai pengambilan data. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 April – 14 Mei 2013. Tempat pengambilan data ini dilakukan di lapangan Panahan GOR Ragunan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik survey. Instrument penelitian ini berupa angket tertutup yang dibagikan kepada seluruh sampel. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 orang yang merupakan populasi dari atlet Panahan PPLP Nasional. Pemilihan sampel dilaksanakan dengan mengunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket dengan skala likert. Uji coba validitas angket dengan mencari rhitung yang menggunakan rumus Product Moment, kemudian dibandingkan dengan rtabel dan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Alpha cronbach. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji coba instrumen dari 44 pernyataan, diperoleh 37 pernyataan yang memenuhi kriteria, sedangkan 7 pernyataan dinyatakan drop. Tiap dimensi memiliki nilai maksimal yang berbeda. Dimensi keterbukaan yang paling baik memperoleh nilai sebesar 40%, sedangkan yang kurang baik dari dimensi keterbukaan memperoleh nilai sebesar 10%. Dari dimensi empati yang memperoleh nilai paling baik sebesar 30%, sedangkan yang kurang baik dari dimensi empati memperoleh nilai sebesar10%. Dari dimensi dukungan (suportif) yang memperoleh nilai paling baik sebesar 30% sedangkan yang kurang baik sebesar 10%. Dari dimensi rasa positif yang memperoleh nilai paling baik sebesar 50%, sedangkan yang memperoleh nilai kurang baik sebesar 10%. Dari dimensi kesetaraan (kesamaan) yang memperoleh nilai paling baik sebesar 50%, sedangkan yang kurang baik sebesar 10%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan prosentase keseluruhan efektifitas komunikasi antara pelatih dan atlet panahan PPLP Nasional adalah prosentase sebanyak 78,81%. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Antar Pribadi, Atlet dan pelatih, Prestasi Olahraga Panahan.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan beban fitness taman terbuka dengan asupan minuman kedelai terhadap perubahan lingkar dada pada laki – laki usia 18-21 tahun dan perbandingannya antara kelompok yang diberi asupan minuman kedelai dan tanpa asupan minuman kedelai, Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April – Mei 2016. Metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Two Group Pre Test and Post Test Desaign. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan seluruh warga Asrama Mahasiswa Islam Sunan Giri yang berjumlah 40 orang, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang yang diambil berdasarkan tekhnik pusposive sampling, data primer yang diambil dari penelitian ini merupakan data yang diambil dari experiment penelitian yang telah dilakukan kemudian dilakukan analisis dan pengolahan data statistika.Penelitian ini meliputi pengaruh latihan beban fitness taman terbuka terhadap perubahan lingkar dada pada laki-laki usia 18-21 tahun dengan dibandingkan antara yang diberikan asupan minuman kedelai dan tanpa diberikan asupan minuman kedelai, hipotesis ini didasarkan bahwa protein nabati adalah protein yang baik untuk meningkatkan perubahan lingkar dada yang diiringi dengan latihan.Berdasarkan hasil eksperiment dan olah data statistika latihan beban fitness taman terbuka dapat meningkatkan lingkar otot dada pada laki-laki usia 18-21 tahun dengan rata-rata peningkatan 2,15 cm dan t-hitung 6,14 cm. Latihan beban fitness taman terbuka tanpa diiringi asupan minuman kedelai dapat meningkatkan perubahan lingkar dada pada laki-laki usia 18-21 tahun dengan rata-rata peningkatan 1,15 cm dan t-hitung 4,26 cm. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kelompok asupan minuman kedelai terhadap perubahan peningkatan lingkar dada pada laki-laki usia 18-21 tahun dengan peningkatan 1 cm lebih banyak. Kata Kunci :Lingkar Dada, Minuman Kedelai.
