Abstract

Marketing education is a step in renewal when an educational institution follow the tight competition to obtain customers. For educational institutions that have good in the implementation of marketing management of education requires only good planning with continuous improvement quality in order to anticipate the demand of the world of work. As for schools or institutions that have not received a place of public heart (customers) it is necessary to do hard work introducing its products to the public. The way to do this is by implementing marketing management tahfidz quran education that adopts Kotler et al marketing theory famous with the term The Seven Ps of Marketing. Namely: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Process (7P)

Abstract

The educational value of Islam, was the spirit of the character education. However it was a religious education into knowledge, no imprint on the attitudes and behaviors of learners. So that the internalization of Islamic religious education into separate points in education. The problems to be studied this thesis was the implementation and internalization of Islamic education in the learning of subjects Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sumenep. Furthermore, the factors that were supporting and inhibiting internalization of such values.This study used descriptive qualitative approach that aimed to understand and described the internalization of Islamic religious education at the sites.The survey results revealed that: First, the educational values of Islamic Religion which consists of faith, worship and morality contained in the subjects of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sumenep implemented well in the aspects of real life. Second, the internalization of such values was done in four ways. The ways that were imitation, habituation, meals (conditioning), sustainability (istiqamah). Third, the factors supporting the process of internalization of Islamic religious education among them was a good environment, parents, curriculum, and teacher. Whereas the inhibiting factors were uncontrolled environment, parents who did not care and problematic, then the limitations of teacher supervision.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to explain the strategy applied by the Kyai to transform the traditional marriage ceremony of Merariq/Nyongkolan among the sasak people of Lombok into becoming more shari’a friendly tradition. The kiai's communication strategy in changing the tradition of merariq nyongkolan in Sasak Lombok tribal community are: First, kiai as the leader of Pesantren Darul Falah Mataram communicates with the community of Sasak Lombok by using preaching method, bilḥikmah (wise). Second, kiai foster the harmonious relations with internal public and also external public. The kiai utilizes the graduates of Darul Falah to convey the kiai's messages and missions to the community through the majlīs ta’līm or pesantren, Madrasah Diniyah, muṣallā, and the mosques which is led by them. Third, the kiai uses non-verbal communication through a social approach to the community by attending to the celebration's routine such as 'aqīqah, diba’an, marriage celebration, maulīd an-nabiy, death, and other religious events its held in private homes or in mosques and muṣallā. Fourth, the kiai uses communication by using forms of threats to the community, especially the to the gradutes of Pesantren Darul Falah, who if they invite the kiai to the merariq nyongkolan event but still using kecimol music then the kyai will not be present in that event. But, when the community use Islamic music such as rebana, marawis, and with a series of activities those are not contrary to the shari'ah, the kiai will be happy to attend the invitation.Keywords: Communication strategy, cultural change, Merariq Nyongkolan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan pola komunikasi kiai dalam membangun komitmen guru di Pesantren Nabil Husein Samarinda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Kiai di Pesantren Nabil Husein Samarinda telah berhasil menjalankan fungsi-fungsi kepemimpinan Pesantren khususnya dalam membangun komitmen guru. Hal tersebut dapat dicapai melalui strategi komunikasi edukatif-persuasif. Strategi komunikasi edukatif-persuasif dalam membangun komitmen guru di Pesantren Nabil Husein Samarinda dilakukan dengan empat (4) cara yaitu: Pertama, memanfaatkan kekharismatikan kiai, kiai dalam memberikan uswah (keteladanan) bagi guru dalam hal nilai-nilai spiritual, diantaranya dari hal adab, ibadah yang langsung dicontohkan oleh kiai. Kedua, guru di Pesantren memiliki komitmen terhadap pesantren karena melihat keluasan ilmu kiai lebih utama ilmu dalam bidang agama (tafaqquh fiddin) dan ilmu hikmah yang dimiliki  kiai. Ketiga, Kiai memotivasi guru untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi melalui pendidikan, pelatihan, pembinaan, pengembangan karier dan lain-lain. Keempat, guru di Pesantren memiliki komitmen terhadap Pesantren karena melihat sikap  kiai serta kedekatan kiai dengan guru dan masyarakat Pesantren Nabil Husein Samarinda.

Abstract

"Implementation of Edupreuneurship in the Formation of Excellent School Characters (Multisitus Study at the Fastabiqul Khairat Foundation and the Bunga Bangsa Samarinda Foundation). This study aims to determine 1) What are the forms of edupreneurship formulation as stated in the strategic plan at the Fastabiqul Khairat Samarinda Foundation and the Bunga Bangsa Samarinda Foundation. 2) To find out how the Implementation of Edupreneurship Foundation Fastabiqul Khairat Samarinda and Samarinda Flower Foundation. The results of the study show that to realize the vision and mission of the educational institutions the two foundations always emphasize the synergy between the elements of the school. Principals, teachers, employees, students as well as parents of students committed in one synergy for the best education for their children. The implementation of edupreneurship in realizing superior school character in the Fastabiqul Khairat Foundation and Bunga Bangsa Samarinda is done by building a commitment to provide the best service to students and parents of students. The implementation of edupreneurship in realizing the character of superior schools in the two leading educational foundations in Samarinda is done in a conscious and systematic way by creating an atmosphere of conscious talent and interest in exploring the potential of students so that educators can adjust to the learning styles of their students. The implementation of edupreneurship in realizing the character of a superior school is done by theorizing and direct practice through the bazaar, business center (school canteen) or bazaar at the classroom level

Abstract

Organizational culture is often understood as a set of beliefs or values thatexist in the organization. It is also believed that the implementation of astrong organizational culture can bring out the characteristics and identityof an organization. It is also through this culture that public consumers canget to know the organization and then position the organization in theirminds. Because organizational culture contains a set of values that areembraced and practiced by all people in the organization, the role of religiousinstitutions or institutions is as an institution that is believed to be one ofthe sources of values or norms in society. With a good organizational culture,it is expected that the goals and objectives of the organization can be achievedoptimally. Building a strong culture requires strong leaders who have strongvisions and personalities. The founders are the people who build the vision,mission, philosophy and main goals of the organization. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan budaya organisasi pendidikan dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Cordova Samarinda, keberhasilan budaya organisasi sekolah untuk membentuk karakter siswa serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan budaya sekolah. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan empat informan, ditambah dengan data pendukung yang diperoleh dalam observasi dan dokumentasi. yang digunakan sebagai data pendukung dalam menganalisis karakter siswa. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa kegiatan pembiasaan sebagai suatu perubahan budaya organisasi yang diterapkan di sekolah tersebut, diantaranya budaya religius, disiplin, dan gemar membaca yang berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Faktor-faktor pendukung penerapan budaya organisasi sekolah adalah kebersamaan dan kekeluargaan antar warga sekolah serta keikutsertaan stakeholders dalam penerapan budaya sekolah. Sedangkan faktor-faktor penghambat yang dihadapi guru dan kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan budaya sekolah untuk pembentukan karakter siswa adalah perbedaan karakter siswa dan faktor lingkungan dan keluarga yang melatarbelakangi karakter siswa.

Abstract

Komitmen guru PAUD yang rendah sehingga kurang mampu membangun pembelajaran efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa upaya yang dilakukan kepala PAUD dalam meningkatkan komitmen guru PAUD Umi Sundari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis studi kasus. Adapun data di peroleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini ialah kepala dan guru-guru PAUD Umi Sundari. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah berupa upaya-upaya kepala PAUD dalam meningkatkan komitmen guru diantaranya ialah (1) Memperkuat kompetensi profesionalisme guru dengan mengikuti pelatihan dan melanjutkan studi, (2) Menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan seluruh warga sekolah, (3) Bersungguh-sungguh dalam menjalankan profesinya, dan (4) Adanya evaluasi serta motivasi dari kepala PAUD juga rekan guru. Implikasi dari penelitian ini ialah dengan meningkatkan komitmen guru maka akan semakin mudah pula pembelajaran efektif diciptakan di PAUD Umi Sundari
