Abstract

Spiritualitas merupakan sebuah keyakinan yang terdapat pada setiap individu terhadap Tuhan, yang kemudian ditunjukkan melalui perilaku dan seberapa besar komitmen seseorang dalam menjalankan ajaran agama. Salah satu bentuk emosi positif dari manusia adalah rasa bahagia, kebahagiaan tentunya merupakan cita-cita yang di dambakan oleh setiap orang dalam menjalani kehidupannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Spriritualitas Dengan Kebahagiaan Mahasiswa Asrama Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada mahasiswa asrama Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa angkatan 2019 dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah Teknik simple random sampling dengan bantuan rumus slovin. Sample penelitian berjumlah 69 orang. Adapun data penelitian diperoleh dengan istrumen skala spiritualitas berdasarkan teori Glock & Strak dan skala kebahagiaan berdasarkan teori Saligman. Uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara spiritualitas dengan kebahagiaan dengan nilai korelasi sebesar r = 457; p = 0,001 (p < 0,005) yang menandakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara spiritualitas dengan kebahagiaan. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi spiritualitas mahasiswa asrama maka semakin tinggi pula tinggat kebahagiaan.

Abstract

Secara umum, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan deskripsikan manajemen kelas dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran tematik pada kelas awal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer melalui obervasi, wawancara dan data sekunder melalaui dokumentasi sekolah. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deksriptif meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Sampel atau informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah guru wali kelas 1-3, sedangkan informan pendukung adalah kepala sekolah, guru mata pelajaran PAI dan PJOK SDI Bina Shaliha Depok Jawa Barat. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Manajemen kelas dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di awali dari perencanaan penataan ruangan, pelaksanaan kegiatan penataan ruangan yang meliputi: (a) penetaan fisik ruangan terkait tata letak meja kursi sesuai standar, penempatan papan putih, penataan ventilasi atau pengaturan cahaya yang sesuai, pengaturan benda-benda musim, pengaturan ruang diding seperti; organisasi kelas, hasil karya peserta didik, jadwal pelajaran, jadwal piket, pojok baca, jadwal pelajaran, poster yang edukasi, hiasan dinding yang menarik, yang dapat memberikan rangsangan edukasi kepada peserta didik (b) penataan tempat duduk, terkait formasi yang guru gunakan dalam kelas, kemudia penempatan peserta didik sesuai kemampuan dan karakternya, (c) pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran guru, (d) penataan administrasi guru terkait kelengkapan silabus, program semester, KKM, kelender, dan Rpp, (e) implementasi kegaiatan pembelajaran aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan (PAIKEM). Kedua, pendayagunaan media pembelajaran oleh guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran tematik meliputi; media berbasis cetakan, visual, audio visual, komputer, zoom dan papan tulis, dengan tahapan (a) perencanaan pembuatan media pembelajaran, dengan memperhatikan tujuan instruksional, ketersediaan biaya, dan faktor teknis; (b) penggunaan media pembelajaran, dengan tahapan: persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi: (c) evaluasi tentang efektivitas media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran di SDI Bina Shaliha Depok Jawa Barat.

Abstract

This service aims to determine the quality of community involvement in the delivery of education. This activity was carried out in Lawela Village, South Buton Regency. This community service used the Community based Research method with a qualitative approach. This service activity divide 3 stages, The first stage was Focus Group Discussion, Literature Review, and socialization were carried out by involving various parties, including the community service team, family, teachers, school principals, the community and the village government. Second Stage, Activities at this stage are assistance to families, schools and communities. The Community Service Team is directly involved in school activities involving parents of children, the community and the government related to the Parenting program, Parents Visits to school, child discipline, character building, healthy and comfortable environment programs. 3. Third stage, in the third stage the Community Service Team conducts interviews and observations. The results of this service show the awareness of the community, schools and village government, through educational activities held together. Families begin to be involved in education, namely discipline towards children, character education in the family environment, socializing early childhood education program, children's learning patterns at home and joint evaluation of children's development

Abstract

This research aims to know the relationship between self-esteem and anxiety in choosing a spouse in early adult women.This research used quantitative descriptive approach. The technique of taking sampling is purposive sampling. Withdrawing sampling used Slovin formula, the sample of this research is fifty five early adult woman who are not married which is in the Kerato Village. The data of the research was carried out by using instrumental research called self-esteem and anxiety. The instrumen of reliability test using validity constrast. The result of this research showed that there are posiive correlations between self-esteem and anxiety by value of c0-efficiency correlation 0,663 with p value = 0,000/p<0,05 which means the higher it is self-esteem so the better it is anxiety in choosing a spouse, and vice versa. The lower self-esteem so the lower anxiety in choosing a spouse. Based on the research output, generally self-esteem be on high level and anxiety in choosing a spouse be on hight level.

Abstract

Attachment is a deep and long-lasting emotional bond that children form with their parents as a result of their interactions with them. These bonds can help children develop adaptively while also protecting them. Self-motivation, resilience in the face of failure, emotion management and deferred gratification, and mental state regulation are all examples of emotional intelligence. The purpose of this study was to see if there was a relationship between mothers' parental attachment and students' emotional intelligence. This study employed a quantitative correlation method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 154 students in grade 12 majoring in science at SMAN 01 Tumijajar. All of the students still have mothers, with an error rate of 1%. According to the results, there is a relationship between mothers’ parental attachment and students’ emotional intelligence. The obtained correlation number of 0.219 with a significance value of 0.006<0.05 supports this claim. This number suggests that the mother's attachment variable and emotional intelligence are correlated, and that the relationship is positive. In other words, the stronger the mother's bond, the higher the emotional intelligence of the students, and vice versa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of parental supervision during the New normal on the moral development of adolescents. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 81 adolescents. The research data were obtained using research instruments in the form of two scales, namely the scale of parental supervision and the scale of moral development. The results showed that parental supervision had an effect on moral development in adolescents with a significance value of Sig. 0.000 (Sig. <0.05) and R Square of 0.158, which means parental supervision has an effect of 15.8%, while 84.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Parental supervision is in the sufficient category with the highest aspect being the active supervision aspect Meanwhile, moral development is in the good category with the highest aspect being the cognitive aspect.
