Abstract

The roles and responsibilities of parents in pre-school age children in the perspective of Islam are very important and very important in the development and formation of children's character and education because at this time it is very vital (golden age) for children's growth and development, both in terms of physical growth, brain growth, and spiritual growth because at this time children will usually imitate what their parents do, whether their actions are good or bad. Therefore, at this time parents must pay more attention to their children and educate them on good and positive things so that they become children who are beneficial to society, devoted to their homeland and nation. The research method in this journal is carried out with a literature review by analyzing theoretical data about the role of parents in children's Islamic education from an early age with various sources so that a comprehensive thought is formed about how important the role of parents in the formation of children's Islamic education is carried out. since early stage. Every parent wants to educate their child well and successfully. They hope that their children have personality, faith, and piety to Allah SWT. A child who has a noble character is devoted to his parents, and is useful for himself, his family, society, homeland, country, and also his religion. Efforts to educate children must start as early as possible so that children grow and develop into intelligent children. One of the earliest and most basic efforts is praying to Allah SWT, asking that the child who will be entrusted to us later is intelligent and pious, and asking for instructions so that we are given the ability to nurture, maintain and educate him by the teachings of Islam. So with the role and responsibility of parents for children's Islamic religious education, children will become a successful generation in the hereafter and able to serve their parents, homeland, and nation.

Abstract

Schools or madrasas are one of the places that provide teaching on Aqidah Akhlak and Islamic religious education, so it is appropriate for madrasas or schools to provide facilities in the form of learning media/learning media that support teaching and learning activities, of course with the hope that what is the basic goal of learning can be achieved. This subject seeks to create quality human resources (HR) not only in cognitive aspects but also in affective and psycho-motor aspects based on Islamic religious values. The type of research used is library research. While the data obtained is a descriptive narrative of student's character building. The research includes that learning Aqidah Akhlak and Islamic religious education is a very important factor for students. So students get good learning in madrasas, with good methods, supporting facilities and infrastructure in the form of learning media/learning media used, of course this is an aspect that supports student success in forming themselves with Islamic character. While parents have full responsibility for everything related to students, parents are responsible for the child's future, so they are required to provide positive education, including by cultivating their potential and need to emphasize early on so that results will be achieved. the maximum. Parents' responsibility can also be increased by giving homework, namely work given by the teacher that students must do at home. With the involvement of third parties, communication is established, especially with parents and family. In this case the expected input is communication with parents as well as parental control over their children.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how Islamic education is in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The type of research used is library research. While the data obtained is a descriptive narrative about Islamic education. The results of the study are that Islamic religious education is a process of growing and developing the intellectual, spiritual, physical, social, ethical, aesthetic, and moral potential of students. In an effort to overcome the problems of Islamic education in the modern era, the author offers ideas about the development of Islamic religious education from various perspectives. In addition, the development and implementation of Islamic religious education programs must be in line with the times, where today is the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, and schools or madrasas and universities must be able to adapt to these developments by integrating Islamic religious education with intellectual capabilities in technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the challenges of Islamic education in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The type of research used is library research. While the data obtained is a descriptive narrative about Islamic education. The results of the study show that there are three things that must be utilized by educators in the Revolution 4.0 era, including the Internet of things in the world of Education (IoT), Virtual/Augmented reality in the world of education, and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Islamic religious education teachers are required to have high competence to produce students who are able to answer the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. So an Islamic religious education teacher must have principles in the learning process, including; Learning Process, Active, Innovative, Creative Effective, efficient and educative, and fun (PAIKEM) and the ability to integrate technology into learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student perceptions of teacher creativity in managing class (X). Student achievement of Islamic religious education in Cipondoh District, Tangerang City (Y). Whether or not there is a relationship between students' perceptions of teacher creativity in managing classes and student achievement in Islamic religious education at State Junior High Schools in Cipondoh District, Tangerang City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research subjects totaled 32 respondents, using a stratified random sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument (X) and a report card value documentation instrument to collect data (Y). The collected research data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Testing the hypothesis shows a positive relationship between student perceptions of teacher creativity in managing classes and student achievement in Islamic religious education at Cipondoh District Public Middle School, Tangerang City. This can be seen from the recount (observation ratio value) of 0.641, greater than the rtable (correlation table value) at the significance level of 5%:0.349 and 1%:0.449. This shows that the teacher's creativity determines 64% of the variation in Islamic religious education learning achievement scores. From the results of this study, it was concluded that there was a positive relationship between students' perceptions of teacher creativity in managing classes and student achievement in Islamic religious education, in the sense that the higher student perceptions of teacher creativity in managing classes, the better student achievement in religious education.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between parental guidance and the motivation to study Islamic Religious Education of students at SDIT Rabbani Rajeg, Tangerang Regency. The research method used is a quantitative research method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research sample consisted of students at SDIT Rabbani who were selected by simple random sampling. In this study there is a positive and meaningful relationship between parental guidance and student learning motivation (specifically in Islamic Religion subjects), the contribution of x to y is shown by a correlation coefficient of 0.951 with a coefficient of determination of 90%. This means that parents contribute 90% of the learning motivation of SDIT Rabbani students. The sample in this research, the authors determined 40 students out of a total of 153 students. Based on research from Suharsimi Arikunto, namely: "If the subject is less than 100, it is better to take all of them, if the subject is large it can be taken between 10 - 15%, or 20 - 25% or more. 5 The author took a sample of 40 students from 153 students at SDIT Rabbani. The sample technique chosen is random sample or simple random sample. Thus it can be concluded that parental guidance can significantly determine student learning motivation. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between parental guidance and the motivation to study Islamic Religious Education for SDIT Rabbani students. Data analysis revealed that the level of guidance given by parents was positively related to the level of students' learning motivation in dealing with Islamic Religious Education subjects. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of the role of parents in increasing students' motivation to study Islamic Religious Education. The results of this study indicate that the support, guidance, and attention given by parents can influence students' motivation in learning Islam. Therefore, it takes an active and involved role from parents in providing proper guidance in learning Islam to their children.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning media on student learning outcomes in class VII MTs Daarus Sa'adah Cipondoh Tangerang subject of Islamic Religious Education. The hypothesis being tested is that there is a significant effect of learning media on the learning outcomes of class VII students of MTs Daarus Sa'adah Cipondoh Tangerang. This research was conducted using survey and quantitative descriptive methods. The research population was an affordable population, namely class VII students of MTs Daarus Sa'adah Cipondoh Tangerang, totaling 101 students. While the sample was taken by random sampling technique, namely 40 students, taken 39% of the reachable population. The data collected was analyzed using statistical techniques such as regression tests to identify the relationship between the use of instructional media and student learning outcomes. The research instrument for measuring learning media uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Validity is calculated using the product moment correlation technique. Reliability is calculated by Alpha Cronbach formula. The test results show that 24 items are declared valid, and the reliability of r count = 0.9. The analysis requirements test is the normality test using the Liliefors test and the homogeneity test using the Fisher test. Inferential Analysis (Hypothesis Test) with simple regression and correlation analysis. The results of the study concluded that learning media had a significant effect on student learning outcomes in class VII SMP MTs Daarus Sa'adah Cipondoh Tangerang, with a correlation coefficient = 0.94 at a significance level of 0.05. From these results it is hoped that it will be useful for a teacher to improve the quality of his learning by using the latest and most interesting media so that he can deliver better learning outcomes and better achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of professional competency of Islamic education Teachers on changes in the behavior of SMA Al-Husna Tangerang City students. The hypothesis tested states that there is a significant influence of teacher professional competence on changes in the behavior of SMA Al-Husna Tangerang City students. This research was conducted using survey and quantitative descriptive methods. The population in the study were all students of SMA Al-Husna Tangerang City as the target population, totaling 105 students, while the reachable population consisted of 44 students. The research instrument for measuring teacher professional competence uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Validity is calculated using the product moment correlation technique. Reliability is calculated by Alpha Cronbach formula. The test results show that 39 statement items are declared valid, and the reliability of r count = 0.96. The analysis requirements test is the normality test using the Lilie Fors test and the homogeneity test using the Fisher test. Inferential analysis (Hypothesis Test) with simple regression and correlation analysis. The results of the study concluded as follows: there is a significant influence of teacher professional competence on changes in the behavior of Al-Husna High School students in Tangerang City, with a correlation coefficient = 0.96 at a significance level of 0.05. This means that the hypothesis which states that there is a significant influence between the professional competence of teachers on changes in student behavior is accepted. So that the teacher's professional competency variable (X) makes a contribution (contribution) to the variable changes in student behavior (Y) of 0.96%. This means that the interpretation of the correlation coefficient or the influence of the teacher's professional competence on changes in student behavior is very strong. This research is expected to be useful for improving the quality of student behavior so that they have noble morals. Research shows that the professional competence of teachers has a significant effect on changes in student behavior at SMA Al-Husna Tangerang City. Teachers who have high professional competence are able to inspire and motivate students to behave better in various aspects of life, both at school and outside of school. professional competency of Islamic education Teachers which includes material knowledge, teaching methods, interpersonal skills, class management, and objective assessment plays an important role in shaping student behavior. This research has important implications for the development of education at SMA Al-Husna Tangerang City. Teachers need to continue to improve their professional competence in order to have a positive impact on changes in student behavior. Schools may also consider continuing training and development for teachers to strengthen their professional competency of Islamic education Teachers. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to an understanding of the importance of teacher professional competence in achieving positive behavior change in high school students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of principal supervision and teacher work ethic on teacher discipline at MTs in Pinang District, Tangerang City. The method used in this research is a survey research method. The variables in the research consist of two independent variables, namely supervision of the madrasa head as a variable (X1), teacher work ethic as a variable (X2), and one dependent variable, namely teacher discipline as a variable (Y). The sample in this study was 102 teachers taken randomly. Based on the results of the regression and influence analysis, it is known that the supervision of madrasah heads has an influence on teacher discipline. Based on the t test analysis, it shows that the t value is 15.056. After comparing, it turns out that the tcount value is greater than ttable (15.056 > 2.625), so it can be concluded that the supervision of the madrasa head (X1) has a significant effect on teacher discipline (Y). The teacher's work ethic has an influence on teacher discipline. The t test analysis shows that the tcount value is 15.456, after comparing it turns out that the tcount value is greater than ttable (15.456 > 2.625), so it can be concluded that teacher work ethic (X1) has a significant effect on teacher discipline. The results of the regression and influence analysis show that the supervision of the madrasa head and the teacher's work ethic have an influence on teacher discipline. Based on the results of the F test, it is known that the calculated F value is 259.96. After comparing, it turns out that the calculated F value is greater than the F table (259.96 > 19.486), so it can be concluded that the supervision of the madrasa head (X1) and the teacher's work ethic (X2) together they have a very significant effect on teacher discipline (Y). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the influence of madrasa head supervision (X1) and teacher work ethic (X2) on teacher discipline (Y) obtained a coefficient of determination of 0.840. This means that the supervision of the madrasa head (X1) and the teacher's work ethic (X2) together have an influence of around 84% on teacher discipline in MTs throughout Pinang District, Tangerang City. Based on the findings of the research results showing that there is a direct positive and significant influence of the supervision of madrasa principals and the work ethic of teachers together on the discipline of MTs teachers throughout Pinang District, Tangerang City, in order to improve the quality of education, it is recommended: School principal supervision of teachers should be carried out optimally through monitoring, assessment and guidance by planning, implementing and following up, so that teachers become aware of regulations, both those made by the school and the government. Enforcement of school discipline can be done through optimizing the supervision of madrasah heads towards teachers and increasing teacher work ethic.
