Abstract

The purpose of research and development, namely: (1) develop a science module through a scientific approach to the theme of the rotation and revolution of the earth, (2) the results of student learning after the learning process using science module through a scientific approach to the theme of the rotation and revolution of the earth. Methods used in research and development Research and Development (R & D). Development implemented by referring to the model ADDIE (Analyse, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) proposed by Russell and Molenda. Science module validation is assessed on the feasibility of the content, presentation, and language by lecturers, teachers, and peer review. Based on the validation of the feasibility of the content, presentation and language science modules to be eligible to use and implemented in class VIII.B SMPN 1 Pulau Sembilan Kotabaru District. Student learning outcomes were analyzed with nonparametric tests using the Wilcoxon test is processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software. Results of research and development: (1) science module through a scientific approach to the theme of the rotation and revolution of the Earth was developed using a scientific approach components using ADDIE models include Analyse, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, (2) the results of student learning after the learning process using science module through a scientific approach to the theme of the rotation and revolution of the earth has increased significance. Improving student learning outcomes seen from the p-value of -4.462 below (<0.05). Keyword: science module, scientific approach, ADDIE.

Abstract

The problem of the study is low quality of process and learning result in mathematics of class V student at SDN 2 Rampa in Kotabaru. The study aims at examining (a) the improvement of process quality and learning result in mathematics on nets geometry throught project-based learning of class V student at SDN 2 Rampa in Kotabaru?.(b) Is there an increase in the quality of mathematics learning about geometry nets project-based learning of class V student at SDN 2 Rampa in Kotabaru?. The study employed qualitative approach with a classroom action research with in cycles which consisted of the planning, the implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were teachers and 25 students of class V student at SDN 2 Rampa in Kotabaru. Data were collected d through observation,test,questionnaire, and dokumentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis. The result of the study revealed that the project-based learning process can improve the quality of learning process in mathematics on nets geometry of class V student at SDN 2 Rampa in Kotabaru viewed from the teaching activity and student’ learning in cycle I and II as well the improvement of the quality of learning result in mathematics on net geometry throught project-based learning of class V students at SDN 2 Rampa in Kotabaru viewed from the  improvement of the result of pre-test in cycle I cycle II. Therefore, the conclusion of the study is there is improvement of process quality and learning result in mathematics through project-based learning of class V at SDN 2 Rampa in Kotabaru.  Keywords: Quality Learning Process And Results, Math Through, Project Based Learning

Abstract

One factor that determines the success of the students in learning is self-confidence (self-efficacy). Self-efficacy may affect the form of the activities, objectives and efforts of students in solving problems, especially in terms of thinking. Different confidence will lead to a tendency to think different between the students and other students. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of solving problems of Mathematics Based on factual understanding of students. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Researchers act as the main instrument guided by test superitem, self-efficacy scale and interview guides valid. Data collected through the provision of testing and verified by interview. Subjects were students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Kotabaru consisting of four people (two subjects with high efficacy and two subjects with low efficacy). The research process followed the steps of: (a) formulate indicators Understanding of factual (b) to formulate supporting instruments (tests superitem, the scale of self-efficacy, and interview guides) are valid and reliable, (c) making the subject of research by the state of self-efficacy , (d) data collection to reveal the levels of thinking student with test superitem, (e) perform triangulation method to obtain valid data, (f) perform data analysis (g) discussing the results of data analysis, (h) withdrawing the conclusion of research. The results showed: (a) subject to the efficacy of high showed a tendency to think at an abstract level expanded, (b) subject to the low efficacy showed a tendency to think the relational level, (c) subject to the efficacy of high and low show berpikiryang same inclination relative to the tingkatunistruktural, multistruktural, and relational and propensity to think differently on abstract levels expanded.

Abstract

This research is an experimental research that involves one group that aims to determine the application of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type cooperative learning model for mathematics learning in class VII A MTsN. 1 Kotabaru which is viewed from (1) student learning completeness, (2) student activity in the learning process, (3) teacher's ability to manage learning, and (4) student's response to learning. The subjects of this study were students of class VII A MtsN 1 Kotabaru in the Odd Semester, 2017/2018 Academic Year, as many as 24 students consisting of 14 male students, 10 female students. Data retrieval is done using tests of mathematics learning outcomes, observation of student and teacher activities, and questionnaires to determine students' responses to learning. The results obtained are as follows: (1) student learning achievement that is from 24 students as research subjects there are 20 (83.33%) who complete and 4 (16.67%) who do not complete individually, (2) student activities related to learning activities from all aspects observed, most have been implemented, (3) Teacher activity in mathematics learning through Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model is generally implemented entirely, (4) student response to cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Togethetr (NHT) in mathematics learning generally provides positive responses. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type cooperative learning model is effectively applied in mathematics learning in class VII A MTsN 1 Kotabaru. Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the effect of family socioeconomic status on mathematics learning achievement of students of class VIII in SMP Negeri I Pamukan Utara. (2) to determine the effect of student independence on mathematics learning achievement of students of class VIII in SMP Negeri I Pamukan Utara. The method used in this study is a regression research method with a quantitative approach that is research that examines to see the effect of using numbers ranging from data collection, interpretation of the data, as well as the appearance of the results. In addition to data in the form of numbers, in quantitative research there is also data in the form of qualitative information. While this type of research is a simple regression research that is research that aims to see the effect between two or more variables. Abstract

This study is (1) To determine the mathematics learning outcomes of class XI IPA students of SMA Negeri 1 Kotabaru in mathematics learning using the think talk write cooperative learning model. (2) To find out the mathematics learning outcomes of XI IPA students of SMA Negeri 1 Kotabaru in mathematics learning using direct instruction learning model. (3) To find out whether there is a significant difference in mathematics learning outcomes after using the cooperative learning model Think talk write (TTW) type and direct instruction learning model for XI IPA class students of SMA Negeri 1 Kotabaru. (4) To determine the response of class XI IPA students of SMA Negeri 1 Kotabaru when the think talk write (TTW) type of cooperative learning model is applied and the direct instruction learning model. This study uses an experimental method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Kotabaru. Class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class and class XI IPA 3 as the control class. The material taught is integral. Abstract

The aims of the research is to know about the condition infrastructure of facilities on sport of karate in Dojo kodim 1004 Kotabaru. The method of this research is used of descriptive kualitatif or survey and technique of collecting data used of the interview, observation, questionaire and documentation. Thechnique take of sampel is that purposive of sampling, and take of sample with the ceritain of purpose. This thing show with have training building with one number that located on kodim 1004 Kotabaru or 100% that include in good category, karate clothes facilities good category, hand protector in good category, shind guard in good category, chest protector in good category.The jury referee uniforms include: white shirt, gray pants, red tie, black rubber shoes without soles in good category, scoring board in good category, score board in good category, red belt and blue in good category, red and blue flags for judges in good category, whistle for referee in good category, mattress in good category, Samsak in good category. Abstract

English translation. This study aims to determine the contribution of arm muscle strength to the service ability of SMA Negeri 1 Kotabaru volleyball. To find out the contribution of eye-hand coordination to the ability of service over volleyball. To find out the contribution of arm muscle strength and eye-hand coordination to the ability to serve volleyball. The population is the Overall Students of SMA Negeri 1 Kotabaru. Sampling was carried out randomly with a total sample of 35 people. The data analysis technique used is by the method of multiple regression with the SPSS 25.0 for windows program. The results showed that there was a significant contribution between the strength of the arm muscles to the serviceability of volleyball students of Kotabaru State High School, amounting to 28.5%. There was a significant contribution between hand-eye coordination to the ability to serve volleyball by 25.7%. There was a significant contribution between arm muscle strength and eye-hand coordination to volleyball top service ability of 43.5% with an F value: 12.297 and a sig (p)= 0.000. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan siswa dalam memahami teks bacaan pada siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Kotabaru. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pemahaman siswa dalam memahami teks bacaan pada penggunaan pendekatan komunikatif melalui song pada pelajaran reading. Penelitan ini dilakukan di kelas X B. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Instrument penelitian ini adalah peneliti itu sendiri. Peneliti menempatkan dirinya sebagai instrumen utama karena desain penelitiannya adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan tes dalam mengukur kemampuan siswa dalam memahami teks bacaan pada pelajaran reading. Analisis data menggunakan dua langkah, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian/penampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 15 siswa yang mendapat nilai 50 atau dibawah rata-rata dikarenakan masih kesulitan memahami teks pada pelajaran reading. Pada observasi kedua diberikan angket untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa dalam memahami bacaan teks dengan menggunakan pendekatan komunikatif melalui song, dan hampir semua siswa cepat memahami bacaan teks yang dijelaskan. Diberikan nilai sangat baik kepada siswa dengan nilai 70 - 100 karena siswa cepat memahami teks bacaan pada pelajaran reading. Kata Kunci: Pemahaman Membaca, Pendekatan Komunikatif, Lagu
